Abstract

Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the world economy, one of which is the economy in Indonesia. The Indonesian economy is increasingly experiencing a decline, and poverty and unemployment are increasing. This research aims to analyze government policies to overcome the problem of unemployment in Indonesia after Covid 19. Research Methods: The method used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with library research. Results: The research results show that the government has implemented policies to overcome the unemployment problem in Indonesia post-Covid-19, as follows: (1) Allocating funds for handling Covid-19. (2) Organizing income tax incentive programs and relaxing credit payments. (3) Provide social assistance to 70.5 million informal sector workers in the vulnerable and poor categories. (4) Organizing various competency and productivity-based trainings. (5) Expanding job opportunities for workers affected by the pandemic. (6) Opening of consultation, information, and complaint services for workers related to Occupational Safety and Health. (7) Issuance of Pre-Employment Cards to develop competency and job opportunities. Conclusion: The government has implemented the right policies to overcome the unemployment problem in Indonesia after Covid-19.

Abstract

Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic is the main reason for the decline in the economy in Indonesia in 2020, so the government must establish policies to overcome this problem. Apart from that, other authorities such as the central bank also play a role in carrying out a series of activities to achieve economic and financial stability during the pandemic. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the role of the Central Bank in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research Methods: The method used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with library research. Results: This research explains that the COVID-19 pandemic put great pressure on the Indonesian economy and even the world, so that in 2020 Indonesia experienced an economic decline of -2.07%, this was a result of the very wide spread of the corona virus. The central bank as the monetary authority has several roles to fight COVID-19 in the economic sector, including: (1) Bank Indonesia is the lender of last resort, (2) Exchange rate policy, (3) Buying securities, (4) Lowering interest rates, (5) Issuing and circulating money. Conclusion: Therefore, the central bank has an important role in economic recovery in Indonesia during Covid-19. However, the central bank must still carry out its role optimally even though the Covid-19pandemic has ended in order to increase economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

ntroduction: Covid-19 has hurt the global economy, including in Indonesia. This research analyzes government policies to increase economic growth in Indonesia after Covid-19. Research Methods: The method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The type of data used is secondary. Data collection in this research was through journals, books and websites. Results: The research results show that the government's policy to increase economic growth after Covid-19 is as follows: (1) there is a policy in the health sector in the form of vaccination created by the government. (2) monetary policy in the form of minimizing state expenditure during Covid-19, raising or lowering bank interest rates, and providing cheap credit for the Indonesian people as well. (3) fiscal policy in the form of distribution of cash assistance and necessities, encouraging MSMEs. Of these three policies, the policy that has the most significant influence on economic growth after Covid-19 is the vaccination policy. As a result of this policy, Indonesia's economic growth will increase from 2.97% to 5.72% in 2020 to 2022. Conclusion: From this research, it can be concluded that economic growth has increased after Covid-19 occurred, which was caused by the existence of very effective fiscal and monetary policies to increase economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Introduction: Indonesia is a developing country that ranks 16th among the G20 countries in 2021 in its economic sector. Indonesia's economic sector is mainly driven by investment, an activity of the capital market. This study aims to analyze the role of the capital market in the Indonesian economy. Research Methods: This research method uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach whose data is from journals, books, and the internet. Results: The results showed that the capital market is a means to raise public funds to be channeled into productive activities, such as funds obtained from the capital market can be used for business development, expansion, additional working capital and so on. Conclusion: From this research, it can be concluded that the capital market is vital in developing the Indonesian economy because it is part of investment. Hence, the country has the capital to carry out development and production activities to improve the economy.

Abstract

Introduction: Recently, there has been a shortage of 3 kg subsidized LGP gas which has impacted lower middle class people who have difficulty getting 3 kg subsidized LPG gas from the government. This research aims to analyze how government policies address the problem of subsidized LPG gas scarcity in Indonesia. Research Methods: This method uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach from books, journal articles and previous research. Results: The research results show that to overcome this scarcity problem, the government issued several policies to overcome the scarcity of subsidized gas, including increasing subsidized gas supplies in several areas, revoking fraudulent agents' permits, market operations in several areas, purchasing subsidized gas by bringing an ID card, strengthening distribution control, limiting purchases of subsidized gas, managing stock well, determining the right price according to market prices, and reviewing revise subsidy policies so that they remain sustainable and efficient. Conclusion: The government must consistently monitor the market, and the public must use subsidized 3 kg LPG gas wisely and not hoard it.

Abstract

Introduction: BPS recorded that Indonesia's inflation or Consumer Price Index (CPI) was 3.27 per cent in August 2023 annually, causing retail rice prices in August 2023 to increase by 1.43 per cent and rise by 13.76 per cent. This research aims to analyze government policies in dealing with rising rice prices in Indonesia in 2023. Research Methods: The method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. With types and sources of secondary data obtained from journals, the Central Statistics Agency and the National Strategic Food Price Information Center. Results: The results of this research show that to overcome this problem, the government is carrying out: 1.) importing rice from several rice-producing countries, 2.) ensuring rice reserves in Perum Bulog, 3.) carrying out market operations, 4.) holding a cheap food movement, 5.) Urge the public not to panic buying, 6.) Distribute 10 kilograms of rice aid to Beneficiary Families (KPM). Conclusion: Apart from these short-term policies, the government must also make long-term policies, such as increasing rice production and distribution.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic Compensation and Work Environment on the performance of Employees at the Sumber Murah Magetan Shopping Center partially and simultaneously. Research Methods: The method used in this research is quantitative, with data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of Sumber Murah Magetan. The instrument testing techniques in this research are the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, t-test, f-test. Finding/Results: This research shows that (1) work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Islamic compensation partially positively and significantly affects employee performance. (3) the work environment partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Conclusion:To improve the quality of employee performance, Sumber Murah can focus on increasing employee discipline and job satisfaction and creating a more comfortable work environment to achieve optimal performance results.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research aims to determine ice cream cones' production and production principles "Proceed Established" Pacitan home industry. Research Methods: The method used in this research is qualitative, data collection is by field research, including interviews, observation, and documentation with business owners and employees of the Pacitan "Proceed Established" ice cream cone production. Finding/Results: The results of this research 1) the production of "Maju Mapan" ice cream cones functions of labor, materials, capital, organization/management, and technology. 2) Based on the production principles applied, they are in understanding with Islamic production principles: creating quality ice cream cones, halal, and tayyib; implementing justice to all employees and meeting consumer demand and satisfaction; not committing acts of exploitation and exploration of existing natural resources; intertwine good relations or ties of friendship between business owners, workers and consumers; free in the use of materials and technology by paying attention to whether it is halal or not violate sharia, and freely manage business income and expenses; Responsible for all production activities which is conducted. Conclusion: Institutions are advised to arrange halal product certification and include production raw materials and expiry dates on the packaging.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research aims to determine the management and impacts resulting from working capital financing management at BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Research Methods: The method used in this research is field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection uses triangulation techniques, interviews, observation, and documentation. Finding/Results: The study's results indicate that the management of working capital financing at BMT Hasanah Ponorogo is quite good because it has gone through an excellent planning, organizing, controlling, and monitoring process. However, paying attention to caution and accuracy in financing customers is still necessary. Conclusion: Good working capital financing management will have an impact on the profits obtained by the bank. This will also increase customer trust to transact at BMT Hasanah Ponorogo.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has paralyzed the Indonesian economy; many MSMEs have gone bankrupt because their income has decreased, and many companies have laid off their employees. This study aims to analyze several government policies to save the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Research Methods: This study uses qualitative data from articles, books, journals, or other related sources. Finding/Results: The results of the study show that to overcome the economic problems, the government has taken steps in the form of fiscal and monetary policies. Fiscal policies include the pre-employment card program, tax incentives, launching budget refocusing, and budget reallocation. Monetary policies such as MSME credit restructuring Bank Indonesia's rupiah stability. Conclusion: The government must make every effort to stabilize and improve the economic sector in Indonesia to improve people's welfare
