Abstract

Therefore, halal branding is used to reduce cognitive dissonance in Muslim consumers.  The consumption market for halal products mostly consists of Asian (63 percent), Middle Eastern (23.6 percent) and European (10.5 percent) markets, it is important for the halal product industry to understand consumer purchasing behavior so that this knowledge can be used to increase halal product consumption and market performance in the future because halal products include products that are acceptable and have positive feedback so it is possible for Indonesians to buy halal products. Suggests consumption value as a variable of consumption behavior (purchase decisions, etc.), pre-consumption behavior (such as intention, search, etc.) and post-consumption behavior (such as satisfaction, repurchase, adoption, switching, and engagement). To identify the moderating effect of halal awareness on the effect of consumption value on online halal food purchase decisions. In this study there are 11 hypotheses with. Hypotheses will be tested using PLS-SEM by determining the structural model used by the statistical program. Estimation of the structural model is done by looking at the coefficient of determination (R²), predictive relevance (Q²), the size and significance of the path coefficient, and the effect size f². All tests were conducted using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS 8 as the testing software. This study has 11 hypotheses with 7 hypotheses supported and 4 not supported. The existence of time limitations is less widespread so that it can allow this to cause many hypotheses that are not supported, therefore future research can be given a longer time frame and spread more widely. For the future, it can be carried out in different halal contexts such as halal tourism, Islamic-based retail, and lodging that uses the concept of sharia using consumption value theory.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for organizations in various sectors to remain competitive in the rapidly evolving era of technology. However, the success of digital transformation depends not only on the adoption of technology, but also on the work design that supports these adjustments. This study aims to analyze the integration between work design and digital transformation strategies through a systematic literature review. The results of the study identified three key factors that determine the success of integration: first, the adaptation of work design to digital technology, second, the improvement of employees' digital skills, and third, the creation of an innovative organizational culture. The key challenges faced include employee resistance, infrastructure limitations, and data privacy concerns, while opportunities include improved operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and work flexibility. This research provides practical recommendations for organizations to design adaptive work designs and support digital transformation holistically. These findings enrich the literature by offering an integrated perspective between work design and digital transformation, as well as being a guide for practitioners in optimizing the integration of the two aspects.

Abstract

Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in product design offers opportunities to enhance efficiency, idea exploration, and personalization. However, its impact on human creativity and related ethical concerns remains unclear. This study aims to explore the role of AI in product design and highlight challenges in human-AI collaboration. Using an exploratory approach and a Systematic Literature Review with the PRISMA protocol, findings show that while AI accelerates the design process, human involvement remains crucial for creativity. Ethical issues such as intellectual property and workforce displacement also require attention. The study underscores the need for collaborative approaches and further research across diverse industries.

Abstract

The growth of the hospital industry shows that hospitals are currently seen as a promising business opportunity. The increasing level of business competition makes hospital management must conduct an analysis to obtain competitive rates. Rates decision is an important part of ensuring the sustainability of the hospital business. This study aims to analyze the implementation of inpatient rates at XYZ Hospital, South Jakarta, evaluate its impact on the hospital, and analyze the application of more competitive inpatient rates. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, document review, and questionnaire surveys. Primary data was obtained from interviews with hospital informants and patient surveys to measure Willingness to Pay (WTP) and Ability to Pay (ATP). Secondary data was obtained through documentation related to hospital operational costs. Rates analysis was conducted using the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) method for unit cost calculation and comparison with patients' ability and willingness to pay. The results showed XYZ Hospital still uses the traditional method in setting inpatient rates. The impact of implementing this method is the high price of inpatient rates. To overcome these problems, rates were calculated using the ABC, ATP, and WTP methods to obtain more accurate rates that reflect the actual use of hospital resources. The calculation analysis showed that the application of the new recommended rates allows the hospital to set more competitive rates, which is expected to improve the competitiveness of inpatient services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on financial distress in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019–2023. Secondary data in the form of financial statements were processed using logistic regression methods to test the relationships between variables. The results show that liquidity and profitability have a significant negative effect on financial distress, meaning that higher liquidity and profitability reduce the risk of financial distress. Conversely, leverage has a significant positive effect, indicating that higher debt usage increases the risk of financial distress. These findings emphasize the importance of managing liquidity, capital structure, and profitability to maintain the company’s financial health. Therefore, company management needs to routinely evaluate and control these three aspects to minimize the risk of financial distress and ensure sustainable business continuity.
