Abstract

Citizen satisfaction is an important indicator for assessing the success of public service delivery. At a Public Service Mall (MPP), satisfaction is related not only to technical service quality but also to citizens’ confidence in the service-providing institution. This study aims to examine the effects of public service quality and public trust on citizen satisfaction and to test the role of public trust as a moderating variable in the relationship between service quality and citizen satisfaction at the Public Service Mall of Padang Panjang City. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal survey design. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire from 175 service users selected using accidental sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on citizen satisfaction (β = 0.379; t = 5.658; p < 0.001). Public trust also has a positive and significant effect on citizen satisfaction (β = 0.407; t = 6.069; p < 0.001). However, the interaction between public trust and service quality has a negative and significant effect on citizen satisfaction (β = −0.160; t = 2.716; p = 0.007). These findings indicate that public trust is a stronger direct predictor than service quality, whereas its interaction effect is negative and small (f² = 0.046). This study contributes to an understanding that the relationship among service quality, public trust, and citizen satisfaction is not always linear or mutually reinforcing. The findings imply that MPP management should integrate service quality improvement with procedural consistency, information transparency, and efforts to strengthen public trust.

Abstract

Credit is one source of financing that can support household business sustainability, but its impact depends greatly on how the funds are allocated. This study aims to analyze the effect of the allocation of consumer credit and productive credit on household business sustainability in Makassar City. The study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Primary data were obtained through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The tests included validity, reliability, classical assumptions, the t-test, the F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that consumer credit has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability, with a coefficient of 0.655, a t-value of 9.717, and a significance level of <0.001. Productive credit also has a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of 0.235, a t-value of 4.004, and a significance level of <0.001. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on business sustainability, with an F-value of 101.529 and a significance level of <0.001. The R² value of 0.672 indicates that consumer credit and productive credit explain 67.2% of the variation in business sustainability, while 32.8% is explained by other factors outside the model. These findings indicate that household business sustainability is related not only to access to credit, but also to the pattern of utilizing financing sources to meet business and household needs

Abstract

The development of digital media has changed news consumption patterns and increased competition among online news media in retaining audiences. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing strategies on audience loyalty in online news media with audience engagement as a mediating variable. The study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were obtained through a survey of 400 online news media users selected using purposive sampling. Digital marketing strategies were operationalized through four dimensions, namely social media marketing, content marketing, personalized marketing, and interactive marketing. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with tests of validity, reliability, the structural model, and mediation effects. The results show that social media marketing, content marketing, personalized marketing, and interactive marketing have positive and significant effects on audience engagement. Audience engagement also has a positive and significant effect on audience loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.521. In addition, audience engagement was found to mediate the effects of all four dimensions of digital marketing strategy on audience loyalty. These findings indicate that digital marketing strategies not only function to increase the reach and visibility of news content, but also serve as important instruments for building engagement and long-term relationships with audiences. This study contributes theoretically by integrating digital marketing and audience behavior perspectives in the context of online news media and provides practical implications for media managers to develop more relevant, personalized, and interactive digital strategies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, work commitment, and organizational support systems, both partially and simultaneously, on the speed and accuracy of medical record reporting at Permata Bunda Mother and Child Hospital, Ketapang Regency. The research problem stems from the continued occurrence of delays in medical record reporting, incomplete data, recording errors, and discrepancies in information that may affect the quality of health information and the effectiveness of hospital reporting. This study employed a quantitative correlational approach using a total sampling technique involving healthcare and non-healthcare personnel directly involved in medical record management. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using multiple linear regression after conducting classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results showed that digital literacy, work commitment, and organizational support systems had a positive and significant influence on the speed and accuracy of medical record reporting, both partially and simultaneously. Work commitment was found to be the most dominant variable, followed by organizational support systems and digital literacy. The findings also indicated that these three variables jointly explained part of the variation in the speed and accuracy of medical record reporting, while the remaining variation was influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings demonstrate that improving digital capabilities, strengthening work commitment, and providing adequate organizational support can contribute to improving the speed and accuracy of medical record reporting in hospitals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience and burnout on employees’ turnover intention at PT Mandiri Inovasi Bersama in Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive associative approach. The population consisted of 45 employees, and the entire population was selected as the research sample using the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected throught questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The result of the study indicated that the work experience variable (X1) had a positive and signification effect on turover intention (Y), as evidenced by a calculated t-value of 13.453, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.682, and a significance value of 0.000<0.05, Therefore, H01 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. The burnout variable (X2) also had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (Y), as indicated by a calculated t-value of 18.602, which was a greater than the t-table value of 1.682, and significance value of 0.000<0.05. Therefore, H02 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted. Simultaneously, work experience and burnout had a positive significant effect on employees’ turnover intention. Therefore, Ho3 was rejected and Ha3 was accepted. Thus, the regression model used was considered appropriate and capable of explaining the effect of work experience and burnout on employees’ turnover intention at PT Mandiri Inovasi Bersama in Tangerang
