Abstract

The game of football is one of the most popular games in the world and this game enjoys great care and attention everywhere, because it is one of the most popular games in the countries of the world and the characteristics and variables of search of perceptions of sense - motor and the proportion of its contribution to the performance of the skills of football halls. The aim of the letter is to: Prepare exercises in the development of some sense of mobility for football players of the halls. The study hypotheses were: There were significant differences in the results of the Pre and Post measurements and for the two groups of research (control, experimental) and for the sake of distance measurements. There were significant differences in the results of the dimension measurements and the two groups of research (control, experimental) and for the benefit of the experimental group. The problem of research in some of the club exercises was observed. There is a lack of attention to the dimensions that directly affect the performance of the skills, including the cognitive requirements, despite their importance. So the researchers wanted to go into the study of this problem a pilot study was the development of special exercises to develop awareness (sense - motor) and then the extent of his contribution to the development of the skillful performance of the players of football halls. The research community consists of players of the fans club for the sports season (2017-2018) and one of the clubs was chosen by lottery (18 players). The most important sensory movements that contribute to the skillful performance of the Futsal Hall were identified through a questionnaire distributed to specialists and obtained special perceptions (Time and place and ball) the highest ratios and then the tests were chosen for the research and modified one of them to suit the subject and after the homogeneity and the experiment was carried out for two times and then conducted Pretests on the members of the research sample and then was given special exercises for the experimental group and adopted the group الظا The course was conducted on the trainer's curriculum and lasted for two months and varied methods of giving exercises to fit the best performance and taking into account the training bases and after the tests were carried out in the same conditions as in the Pretests, the fourth section included the presentation of the results and analyzed and discussed by the researchers put them in the tables and which are illustrative means of what came Results of the study in order to identify the validity and conformity of the objectives of the study and its mandate to analyze the reality of the differences between the Pre and Post tests of the two groups as well as the contribution ratios of perceptions sense of movement and skill performance of the post-test MJ Experimental anguish In order to achieve the objectives of the study researcher used the bag statistical (SPSS) .Thus to reached several conclusions and recommendations of the most important of which there is a positive influence in the development of dynamic perceptions _football players lounges and two sets of research (experimental, control), but to varying degrees. Abstract

Objective The present consideration converged on trailing the underlying molecular mechanism of gallic acid in striking the distinctly invasive breast cancer cell line; MDA-MB-231 in vitro. Methods The cytotoxic influence of gallic acid and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) on MDA-MB-231 cells was stipulated by MTT assay. The expression levels of apoptosis, proliferation, progression, invasion and metastases-related genes were identified by RT-PCR. Results Our data specified that gallic acid and 5-FU displayed modest growth suppression with IC50 values of 251 and 367.171 µM contra MDA-MB-231 cells respectively after 48 h. Otherwise, treatment of MDA-MB-231 cells with gallic acid inspired significant downregulation in the expression level of survivin, STAT3, IL-6, VEGF, Slug, Snail, MMP7 and Notch-4 genes. Whereas, 5-FU instigated significant downregulation in the expression level survivin, STAT3, IL-6 and VEGF genes correlated with significant upregulation in the expression level of Snail and Notch-4 genes. Likewise, 5-FU provoked insignificant upregulation in the expression level of Slug and downregulation in the expression level MMP7 genes. Conclusion The attained data throw light on the distinct mechanism by which gallic acid could engage breast cancer. Gallic acid manifested chemopreventive potentiality against breast cancer aggressiveness through rectifying several dysregulated molecules implicated in cancer cell survival, proliferation, progression, angiogenesis, chemoresistance and metastasis.

Abstract

Underground spaces are frequently applied in defense areas due to their natural and environmental conditions. Passive defense is a good tool for reducing the possible losses and increasing the efficiency of these structures. By studying the past events, it can be observed that, despite the popular belief, these structures have incurred irreparable damages during the earthquake. To this end, the present paper evaluated the seismic behavior of two specimens of rectangular and oval tunnels applied in passive defense using the plaxis 2D software. These structures were placed under three particular earthquake accelerographs in a dense and loose soil (soil environment of Bandar Abbas), and it was attempted to study the seismic behavior of these tunnels affected by the form of the structure and the soil-structure interaction using this dynamic analysis. The analysis of results showed that the earthquake had a greater impact on rectangular tunnels in loose soil, and the construction of oval tunnels will be more justified in the environment of Bandar Abbas. Keywords: Underground spaces, Passive defense, Earthquake, Soil-structure interaction.

Abstract

The Z-disc is located within the I-band between neighboring sarcomeres (the fundamental unit of contraction within the muscle). It is composed of approximately 40 proteins, mostly α-actinin. Recent studies have reported that this part of the sarcomere is an active structure that contributes to the sensing mechanism and signaling pathways that control muscle activity. Several mutations occur in the Z-disc proteins and cause many diseases. In addition, the interactions between these proteins are not understood yet. Thus, many attempts have been made to isolate a well-preserved Z-disc that would help to understand the interactions between its proteins and treatment of different diseases, particularly some cardiac diseases. Different strategies have previously been applied to isolate the Z-disc from insects, for example, but these were harsh conditions that caused damage to the Z-disc. Herein, mild conditions were applied to extract a well-preserved Z-disc from vertebrate myofibrils. Our procedure was primarily based on two steps; homogenisation of myofibrils into A-bands and I-bands after digestion of titin with trypsin, and then depolymerising actin through gelsolin. Phase contrast light microscope, SDS-PAGE analysis and electron microscopy with negative staining were employed for visualization. Myofibrils were prepared successfully in a suitable quality (striated and single myofibrils) and quantity. Titin was cleaved using trypsin and the A-band and I-band were partially separated. Furthermore, our findings showed partially depolymerisation of actin filaments with gelsolin. The mild conditions used were considered a promising start to a successful method for isolation of Z-discs from vertebrates. Keywords: Z-discs, Sarcomere length, Titin, Trypsin, Actin, Gelsolin.

Abstract

The current available developing zika virus vaccines and virus immunity are being stated.  All the known vaccine classes have been attempted for evolving human zika approved vaccine(s).At the experimental preclinical level both preventive and therapeutic vaccines are known. While on clinical level, neither preventive nor therapeutic zika vaccines are globally approved for public human use   till now. Zika vaccine immunity in mice monkeys and to lesser extent in man has shown to be dependent on the nature of the active immunogen forming the investigational vaccine. Different vaccine design may affect different immune response types. The vaccine immunity in mice and monkeys are rather different from that of man though they are of mammalian lineage. Live attenuated and inactivated whole virus vaccines induced virus neutralizing zika antibody responses .Zika DNA vaccine makes induced cell mediated immunity .mRNA vaccines showed antibody and cell mediated immunity. The  features of  zika infection versus zika vaccine immunity can be summarized as :i- Virus neutralizing antibody responses ,ii-antibody response reduces local and systemic viremia associated with immune protection ,iii- post challenge sterile immunity ,iv- antibody dependent immune enhancement of other related viruses ,v-zika  pathologic autoantibody mediate nervous  immune tissue injuries ,and v-zika specific monoclonal antibodies were found valid for immunotherapy of zika infection based onto passive immune effect of mAb at the experimental level.  Having an in hand global approved zika vaccine will needs   around five to ten years to be attained. Keywords: Antibody, Autoantibody
