Abstract

Teachers as educators, teachers are required to be more creative in carrying out learning activities for their students. For matters related to this, it is very important for teachers to have broader insights and high creativity. In carrying out its activities, a teacher must have ideas to improve thinking power because the 2013 curriculum that we use today demands teacher creativity in the learning process, especially in developing innovative learning models, especially when carrying out practicals. Being a creative teacher, carrying out practicum not only in the laboratory but in the environment around us can be a place to carry out practice by utilizing materials from the natural environment around us. Strategies to increase teacher creativity in carrying out practicum through various teacher competency improvement programs. Therefore, to increase the creativity of teachers in carrying out practicum at SMAN 3 Toraja Utara, it is necessary to hold regular training/workshops given to teachers so that they can actualize themselves and increase creativity. In addition, schools need to intensify peer-to-peer programs, namely the socialization program for the results of training that are attended by teachers and imparted to teachers in the school environment in order to obtain the same knowledge and information.

Abstract

Belajar yang menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pada kondisi yang selalu berubah tentu tidak mudah. Namun dengan adanya usaha untuk beradaptasi dan keinginan dalam mencari solusi yang tepat selalu diupayakan, sehingga kegiatan belajar dapat dikondisikan dengan baik. Pada masa pandemi dengan adanya proses pembelajaran jarak jauh maka salah satu solusi yang diandalkan adalah belajar dengan menerapkan e-learning yang berbasis moodle. Para pendidik mengikuti pelatihan dalam rangka memiliki kecakapan dalam mengimplementasikan moodle dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif dengan menggunakan google form sebagai aplikasi untuk pengumpulan data terhadap tanggapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran e-learning berbasis moodle. Dari data diperoleh siswa yang sangat setuju di 27.50%, setuju 66.67% dan 10.00% tidak setuju. Ini merupakan gambaran yang jelas jika selama PJJ belajar menyenangkan dengan mengguakan aplikasi moodle adalah salah satu solusi yang tepat

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pealtihan dan seminar kewirausahaan dapat mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa SMA. Beerbagai literatur dari beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pelatihan dan seminar kewirausahaan dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa SMA. Sebelum pelatihan dimulai siswa tentunya diberikan pengetahuan melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan di sekolah. Beberapa literature pelatihan dan seminar yang menunjukkan hasil positif adanya pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan sebagai berikut: 1) Pelatihan Digital Entrepreneurship, 2) Pelatihan Bisnis Simulasi, 3) Pelatihan Green Entrepreneur, 4) Seminar Online (Webinar) dalam Pembinaan Wirausaha, 5) Pelatihan PKM siswa SMK Melalui Pelatihan Ecopreneur. The purpose of writing this article is to see how entrepreneurship training and seminars can develop the entrepreneurial spirit of high school students. Various literatures from several studies show that entrepreneurship training and seminars can foster the entrepreneurial spirit of high school students. Before the training begins, students are certainly given knowledge through entrepreneurship education in schools. Some of the training literature and seminars that show positive results in the development of an entrepreneurial spirit are as follows: 1) Digital Entrepreneurship Training, 2) Simulation Business Training, 3) Green Entrepreneur Training, 4) Online Seminar (Webinar) in Entrepreneurship Development, 5) Student PKM Training Vocational High School Through Ecopreneur Training.

Abstract

Language is the ability of human to communicate with other humans using sign, such as word and movements with the aim of develomping their potential. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Nisam, North Aceh District. The purpose of the research is to know whether Turn Taking Strategy can improve students’ ability in speaking and to know the class atmospheres when the teacher teaches speaking by using Turn Taking Strategy. The design applied in this research is a qualitative approach and the type is an action research collaborative. This research will do in several phase: 1) preliminary study, 2) planning and action, 3) implementation of the action, 4) observation, and 5) data and reflection. The result showed, From the results of speaking test, there was an improvement of students’ speaking ability. It could be seen from the results of the posttest. There was an improvement in students’ interest in teaching learning process. It was proven they were more active and attention in instructional process. Students were more enthusiastic in English lesson. They did the task and assignment seriously

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of school principals in developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the principal. The technique used in data collection is interview, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The data were analyzed using the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the principal's function as an educator is to create a conducive school climate, provide advice to school residents, provide encouragement to education staff and implement interesting learning models. As a manager, the principal is able to deal with various problems at school, thinks analytically, conceptually, always tries to be an intermediary in solving various problems. The principal as an administrator has a close relationship with various administrative management activities that are recording, compiling, and documenting all school programs. As a supervisor, the principal supervises the work carried out by education personnel. As a leader, he must be able to provide guidance and supervision, increase the willingness and ability of educational staff, open two-way communication and delegate tasks. as an innovator, it is necessary to have the right strategy to establish a harmonious relationship with the environment, seek new ideas, integrate every activity, set an example for education staff and develop innovative learning models. As a motivator, the principal has the right strategy to motivate education staff in carrying out various tasks and functions.

Abstract

Salah satu factor utama yang memengaruhi sikap disiplin siswa adalah peran layanan bimbingan dan konseling merupakan pelayanan bantuan untuk peserta didik, baik secara perorangan maupun kelompok, agar mampu mandiri dan berkembangan secara optimal, dalam bidang pengembangan kehidupan kehidupan pribadi, kehidupan sosial, kemampuan belajar, dan perencanaan karier, melalui berbagai jenis layanan dan kegiatan pendukung berdasarkan norma-norma yang berlaku. Di MTs N 1 Batanghari juga menerapkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling diharapkan siswa dapat merubah perilaku siswa, seperti dalam hal kedisiplinan. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk, (1) menjelaskan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di MTs N 1 Batanghari , (2) menjelaskan kedisiplinan siswa di MTs N Batanghari ,(3) untuk menjelaskan dan mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan dan konseling terhadap siswa di MTs N 1 Batanghari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah adalah menggunakan angket dan pedoman wawancara .

Abstract

This study concerns investigates the value of the use Verbal communication is the use of words to share information with other people. It can therefore include both spoken and written communication. However, many people use the term to describe only spoken communication. The verbal element of communication is all about the words that you choose, and how they are heard and interpreted. The purpose of this research is to Encouraging a child to use verbal communication is an important step in their overall development and it is important that you open them up to as many different voices and words as possible, in order to help them grow. The people they have around them in terms their childcare are ideal for helping to develop communication skills. Playing games, encouraging conversation, and simple naming activities are all fantastic tools which can encourage verbal communication back and forth.

Abstract

Berdasarkan realita pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di kelas VII-A MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya, pembelajaran IPS cenderung kurang bervariasi sehingga siswa cepat merasa bosan dan hasil belajar siswa pun belum memenuhi KKM. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai siswa pada materi Potensi Sumber daya Alam dan Kemaritiman Indonesia di atas KKM hanya 8 siswa atau sekitar 32%. Selain itu, pelaksanaan pembelajaran di MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya lebih terpusat pada guru, dalam hal ini guru sebagai pemberi informasi. Kegiatan belajarnya hanya memindahkan pengetahuan dari guru ke siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti mengadakan inovasi pembelajaran IPS materi Potensi Sumber daya Alam dan Kemaritiman Indonesia melalui penerapan model pembelajaran saintifik model discovery learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan performansi guru, aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII-A MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya, dengan jumlah 25 siswa yang terdiri dari 10 siswa perempuan dan 15 siswa laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik tes dan non tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis data kuantitatif rata-rata nilai tes formatif siklus I sebesar 71,60 meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 81. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 72% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 92%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran saintifik model discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa materi Potensi Sumber daya Alam dan Kemaritiman Indonesia pada siswa kelas VII-A MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk menerapkan model saintifik model discovery learning dalam pembelajaran IPS atau pelajaran lain.

Abstract

Hasil studi dokumentasi dan data semester ganjil pada kelas VIII-C MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya, menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak masih belum optimal, hal ini disebabkan karena siswa masih cenderung pasif dan kurang memperhatikan penjelasan guru saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung, penerapan model dan media pembelajaran yang kurang tepat sehingga belum mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar siswa. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah, apakah model Problem Solving dengan media Flashcard dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII-C MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak?. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak melalui model Problem Solving dengan media Flashcard. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus 1 pertemuan. Penelitian dilakukan di MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya. Subjek penelitian tindakan ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas VIII-C. Data hasil penelitian berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes.Hasil penelitian dari siklus I sampai siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan ditunjukkan dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 59%, dan siklus II mencapai 95% atau seluruh siswa dari 22 siswa tuntas belajar dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) mendapatkan nilai ? 70. Dari data hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Solving dengan media Flashcard dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak di kelas VIII-C MTs Negeri 2 Pidie Jaya. Saran dari peneliti yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif, khususnya model Problem Solving dengan media Flashcard.

Abstract

This aim of the study determine the effectiveness of Indonesian Language and Literature Teaching Materials Based on HOTS (High Order Thinking Skill) in the text of the observation report. The method of this study is the experimental method with the design of the Two Pretest-Posttest Design Group which involves differences treatment between the two groups of experimental methods which give different treatments to the two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. This experimental method also uses an experiment specifically designed to generate useful data to answer research questions. For the study data were taken from 67 samples from the population. The retrieval data is finished with an assignment instrument which is writing a Report Text of Observation Results based on field observations. The research hypothesis is the learning outcomes using HOTS-based teaching materials are more effective than module teaching materials. The data of this study were analyzed by the "t" test. After the value of t count is known, then consulted with the value of t table at a tarf of 5% or 1% with dk = (N1 + N2) - 2 = 65. In table t with dk = 65 a significant level of 5% = 2.00 and level significant 1% = 2.65. Because t0 obtained is greater than tt which is 2.00 <3.89 <2.65, the hypothesis is accepted. The result shows that learning using HOTS-based teaching materials is more effective to use.
