Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and knowledge on public interest in using Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSi) KCP Jambi Sungai Bahar. There are many strategies that can be done to attract people's interest to use Bank Sayariah, one of them is by promotion. In this day and age, promotion can be done in many ways, namely, using social media, advertising, and so on. In addition, banks must also provide knowledge to the public about the products/services offered by Islamic banks so that they can increase public interest in using Islamic banks. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the community around Tanjung Sari Village. The sampling technique used the slovin technique with a sample determination of 100 people. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation. Furthermore, data processing and analysis techniques use the help of the SPSS program. The stages in data processing and data analysis techniques are testing the quality of research instruments, namely validity and reliability tests . Furthermore, the classical assumption test will be carried out consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test . Then, this study will use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Partial test results on the promotion variable t arithmetic value > t table ( 4.719 > 1.985 ) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005 thus H 0 is rejected and H 1 is accepted. Furthermore, the knowledge variable t arithmetic value > t table ( 4.645 > 1.985 ) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005 , thus H 0 is rejected and H 1 is accepted. So, the promotion and knowledge variables affect people's interest. While the results of simultaneous testing with the values of the F test results for promotion (X 1 ) and knowledge (X 2 ) simultaneously on public interest (Y) is 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated F value > F table ( 47 , 160 > 3.09). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H 0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence between the promotion variable and the knowledge variable simultaneously on the public interest variable . The implication of this research is that it can increase knowledge and sources of information about the effect of promotion and knowledge on public interest.

Abstract

The success of a business is the result that entrepreneurs want to achieve in running abusiness. A business can be said to be successful if it able to countinue to grow and generate incresed profiyd, this is certinlu influenced by factors such as how the perception of enterpreneurs in running a business. This research was conducted to see how the influence of the perception of enterpreneurs and the use of sharia principels on the success of UMKM in Bangko district, Merangin. The technique used in sampling is saturated sampling, which uses the entire population as a sample of 34 samples. The data used are primary data obtained directly through respondents using a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regresision using SPSS. The ruslt showed that the entrepreneurs perception had an effect on the success of UMKM and the use pf sharia principles had an effect on the success of UMKM in Bangko sub district.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam which is always equated with prayer in accordance with the verse of the Qur'an Surah Al Baqarah verse 43. Zakat as a social aspect, hopes that zakat can reduce and even overcome the income gap for the rich and the poor. In addition, zakat is also expected to be able to increase or grow the economy, either at the individual level or at the social level of society in general. Zakat in the moral aspect can erode greed and greed for the rich. Whereas in the economic aspect, zakat can prevent the accumulation of wealth for a handful of people, zakat is distributed before wealth increases and is dangerous in the hands of the owner. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Jambi City. This study discusses the strategy of collecting, distributing and impacting zakat funds. This is in order to increase the potential of zakat funds collected by BAZNAS Jambi City.

Abstract

The problem that often arises in our society is to whom zakat should be given. More importantly, it is distributed directly by muzakki mustahiq, orphans, neighbors, and family. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, religion and belief partially and simultaneously on the public's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS Jambi City. The type of research used is field research with a quantitative approach, where the method is accompanied by hypothesis testing. The population of this research is the people of Jambi City, while the sample of this research is 100 respondents using probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling which is calculated by the Slovin formula. The data collection method used a questionnaire that was given directly to the respondents. Testing of the results of the questionnaire using validity and reliability tests. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, R2 test, and classical assumption test. The results showed that knowledge had a partial effect on people's interests, religion had no partial effect on people's interests, trust had a partial effect on people's interests, and simultaneously or simultaneously, religiosity and belief had a significant effect on people's interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS. Jambi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of gold price fluctuations and promotions on customer interest in gold savings products at the Jelutung Sharia Pawnshop. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The research was conducted at the Office of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah which is located at Jl. DI Panjaitan No.30,Kebun Handil, Kec. Jelutung, Jambi City, Jambi. This study uses multiple regression analysis tools. This study uses a population of 2,151 customers of the gold tube of Pegadaian Syariah Jelutung Branch with sampling using the slovin formula which produces a sample of 100 customers. The results of this study are partially positive and significant effect of Price Fluctuations on Customer Interest in gold savings products at Pegadaian Syariah Jelutung. Promotion has an effect on customer interest in gold savings products at the Jelutung Sharia Pawnshop. Simultaneously, price fluctuations and promotions have an effect on customer interest in gold savings products at the Jelutung Sharia Pawnshop

Abstract

This thesis is entitled Analysis of Accountability and Transparency of Village Fund Allocation Management in Community Empowerment in Simpang Nibung Rawas Village in 2020 and aims to determine the accountability and transparency of village fund allocation management at Simpang Nibung Rawas. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods by conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and supporting tools. From the results of this study it was found that: (1) In the accountability and transparency of the management of village fund allocations in Simpang Nibung Rawas Village that in planning, administration, and accountability for village fund allocations, it has referred to Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. However, transparency has not been fully implemented by the apparatus. the village as the manager of the allocation of village funds to the community in the form of information on the use of village fund allocations. (2) Constraints and efforts to manage ADD in community empowerment in Simpang Nibung Rawas Village, namely low human resources in ADD management. Meanwhile, for ADD management efforts, namely so that the village government pays more attention to, explores innovation and empowers the potential of the community in order to create community welfare independently as stated in the vision and mission of the village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah financing on the profitability of Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk period 2014-2021. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the sample is used in this study as many as 32 data samples taken from the quarterly report of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank. The results showed that partially, mudharabah and murabahah had no effect on profitability and musharaka had no effect on profitability. Simultaneously shows that the variables mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah have an effect on profitability at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk period 2014-2021. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the financing of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah on profitability has an effect of 50.2% and the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan dan peran masyarakat ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana hambatan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat ekonomi syariah dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah BPH MES Provinsi Jambi. Adapun sumber data yamg digumakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data didapat langsung dari responden dengan melakukan metode analisis data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi secara personal, kemudian data diolah menggunakan teknik pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh MES yaitu kegiatan roadshow berupa muhadatsa, dan adanya peran MES dalam peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap penggunaan lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Dan hambatan yang dialami masyarakat ekonomi syariah yaitu kurang optimalnya pengurus dalam melaksanakan program kerja dan visi misi yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Nilai-nilai Islam juga merupakan himpunan akhlak yang membentuk kepribadian muslim yang unggul, dengan adanya penerapan nilai-nilai Islam, akan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat untuk menempatkan dananya ataupun menggunakan pembiyaan dari perbankan syariah, itu menunjukkan masyarakat telah menjadi nasabah yang loyal pada bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh positif signifikan dari nilai-nilai Islam terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Jambi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif Deskriptif. Tekhnik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah sampling Quota yaitu metode penetapan sampel berdasarkan jumlah sampel yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuisioner, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis, Analisis Regresi Sederhana, Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian terbukti bahwa nilai-nilai Islam berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,01<0,05 dan koefisien regresi regresinya +0,064 yang artinya bahwa x naik dan y naik dan besarnya pengaruh x terhadap y sebesar 10,3%, dalam artian 89,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Dengan demikian walaupun nilai-nilai Islam mempengaruhi secara signifikan akan tetapi bukan faktor paling utama yang membuat pengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

Organisasi pengelola zakat yang bertanggung jawab akan memberikan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat yang tinggi pada umumnya selaras dengan kepercayaan masyarakat sehingga minat masyarakat untuk menyalurkan zakat di BAZNAS akan tinggi. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat muzaki dalam menyalurkan zakat yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan transparansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan transparasi secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat muzakki dalam membayar zakat pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Opsezi Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh muzakki di Lembaga Amil Zakat Opsezi Kota Jambi. Metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif dan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan hasil Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan transparasi mempengaruhi secara parsial terhadap minat muzakki dalam membayar zakat pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Opsezi Kota Jambi, (2) Berdasarkan hasil Uji-F menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan transparasi mempengaruhi secara simultan terhadap minat muzakki dalam membayar zakat pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Opsezi Kota Jambi dengan pengaruh sebesar 18,4%.
