Abstract

delivery of leader’s message to his followers requires a profer communication pattern so that the message submitted will be received well by his followers with good effects. the research method used is a qualitative description research method. the focus of the research of this thesis is on leadership patterns of leadership communication chairman of mulawarman university sketsa for 2017/2018 period in increasing members work motivation consist of formal and informal communication patterns in supported by harold lasswell theori. teh result of the research that the chairman of unmul sketsa conduct a formal pattern of communications by conducting general meetings or field necessary, making directions to members, and submitting the result of working better with supplied result. polite before meeting bearucrats, communicating with other organizations or agencies at the event while informal communication patterns are initially reraly used in the process of communication in this organization, especially in the informal communication pattern of the chairman of the sketsa, but the general chairman is aware of the communication process with more care, attention and empowering all members.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's role as an opinion leader in overcoming the moral degradation of Parunggalih Elementary School students in the digital era. This study uses a descriptive approach by using data collection through observation, interviews, and library research. The development of technology in the digital era is increasingly rapid and difficult to become a challenge in the world of education. Technology causes a shift in values, norms, rules, and morals in students, especially elementary school students. This phenomenon is called moral degradation. SD Negeri Parunggalih students have experienced moral degradation. The absence of accurate filtering allows adult information on the internet to be accessed by elementary school students and causes misunderstandings among students at SD Negeri Parunggalih. The teacher as a figure who has more knowledge than his students should work by providing an understanding of what his students receive. so that students remain in control and do not get lost in the shackles of negative information technology. It was found that there were 5 roles played by the teachers of SD Negeri Parunggalih as opinion leaders in overcoming the problem of moral degradation in the students there. The five roles include: (1) teachers as role models; (2) teachers as educators and mentors; (3) the teacher as a mediator; (4) the teacher as a motivator; (5) and the teacher as a communicator.

Abstract

Dramatism studies the language and its application to the audience. In drama, life problems are a source of motivation for the actions of the actors involved in it which reflect the character and thoughts, something cannot be said as drama without using a situation that contains a conflict. Drama is like a theatrical performance, it requires the presence of an actor. This study places the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Tri Rismaharini as the object of research. Inaugurated as social minister in the midst of the crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic, Risma has been faced with chaos in the social assistance data. This research is included in descriptive research. Data analysis was performed using pentad analysis from Kenneth Duva Burke. This research resulted in an identification of the rhetorical style of the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini. Risma presents herself in public as an emotional Minister. The weight of pentad in the activities of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Tri Rismaharini, lies in the agency and the scene. Even though Risma is a politician who is known to be angry and fierce, Risma goes through various scenes to achieve the realization of good governance.Keywords : Dramatism, Risma, Angry, Rhetoric.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah peranan istri nelayan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan rumah tangganya, bentuk atau wujud partisipasi seorang istri nelayan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan rumah tangganya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peranan istri nelayan dan dalam wujud apakah partisipasi yang dilakukan oleh istri nelayan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan rumah tangganya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran istri mempunyai peran ganda jadi penambah dan penutup kebutuhan keluarga. Suami merasa terancam dan terganggu akibat istri bekerja untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap hubungan relasi antara suami dan istri.

Abstract

The construction of Pantai 9 Sumenep distric Madura Island has had positive and negative impacts on the Madurese community. Ecotourism project development that has been planned by the government certainly requires a land acquisition program. This land acquisition program became the next stage with the establishment of Pantai 9 to turn Madura into an industrialized area. The pros and cons of the people of Pantai 9 in the land acquisition program have made the community fight against the government. To find out the form of community resistance to the government in land acquisition for ecotourism projects in Bringsang Village, Gili Genting District, Sumenep Regency. purposive sampling technique, the type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from unstructured interviews. Secondary data obtained from literature study. In this study to analyze the data using the theory of resistance Sidney Tarrow. The results showed that the form of resistance owned by the people of Pantai 9 was with actions based on the politics of resistance that facilitated the public to openly express opinions. Creating an organizational structure for community groups against evictions as a vehicle for mobilizing the resistance movement and the process of framing the Pantai 9 community groups together making banners by creating meanings by displaying slogans.
