Abstract

Organizational commitment is the force binding individuals to perform an action that is relevant to one or more goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on the organizational commitment of non-permanent employees of BNI Pare-Pare Branch, either directly or indirectly by using AKHLAK Culture as a mediating variable. This type of research is quantitative research involving 115 respondents to fill out a questionnaire with the results of data processed using SmartPLS 4. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, the conclusion of this study is that when the workload of employees decreases, it does not affect the increase in organizational commitment of BNI Pare-Pare Branch employees, both directly and when AKHLAK Culture is used as a mediating variable. Furthermore, a conducive and comfortable work environment has a significant direct effect on increasing organizational commitment from employees but when it is associated with AKHLAK Culture as a mediating variable, the indirect effect shown has not shown a significant impact.

Abstract

Disruptions that occur in the business world can penetrate into any business sector and industry, including banking, which is known as an industry that has strict regulations and is not easy for newcomers to enter. This study aims to understand the process of disruption in the banking sector, construct the phenomenon of disruption that occurs, find potential opportunities and risks of threats faced by incumbents in the Indonesian banking industry, and answer the question whether incumbents should be worried about the disruption that occurs. The main data collection technique used is in-depth observation of the phenomenon of disruption that occurs by conducting direct and indirect interviews, group discussion forums (FGD) and documentation studies or even a combination of the three (triangulation). Industrial business landscape analysis techniques use the 4C-Diamonds analysis tool and Industrial Business Model Environmental Analysis with a Business Model Generation approach. The results of the research conducted show that the era of disruption in the Indonesian banking industry sector has been clearly visible since 2016, which was triggered by advances in information technology, especially the internet, high-speed microprocessors, smart devices and the rapid development of fintech. The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic forced banks to accelerate the adoption of technology and digitization in their financial transaction services and other banking services, to match the changing preferences of customers who prefer to do activities through digital channels. Fintech developments and shifts in customer preferences have also been a trigger for the presence of new players or new entrants, including: fintech companies, technology giants, digital banks and neobanks. Incumbents don't have to worry about any disruptions that may occur, if only they are able to meet the requirements for sustainable growth and are able to adapt to -or even create- environmental scenarios for future business models to come.

Abstract

This research aims to see and measure the performance of the supply chain management implemented by PT Semen Tonasa in Pangkep. This research was conducted based on the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method using primary data. The Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method is based on five components, namely reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, and assets that are assessed and tested whether they are aligned or not as the best way to achieve business goals. It is found that Perfect order fulfilment (POF), Order fulfillment cycle time (OCFT), Upside supply chain flexibility (USCF), Supply chain management cost (SCMC) dan Cost of good sold (COGS) were in high level of performance (excellent positions) with a gap value of 0%, 0%, 0%, 20% and 3% respectively. Meanwhile Return on supply chain fixed asset (ROFA) and Return on working capital (ROWC) re only in a moderate level by indicating result (gap value) around 10% and 9% respectively. It is, however, Cash to cash cycle time (CTCCT) still in the average position with a gap value of 0%. It can be concluded that all supply chain components have been manage properly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai negeri yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur Teknik pengampilan sampel menggunakan metode survey dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan jumlah 50 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan SPSS. Kemudian digunakan juga uji sobel dalam upaya mencari pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (5) Gaya kepeimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. (6) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Abstract

This research uses a quantitative research based on the type of approach that aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, work culture, work discipline on the performance of ASN teachers at State Senior High Schools in the Campalagian District. The population in this study amounted to 57 people with saturated sampling, namely the entire population. This study used the Path Analysis and Sobel Test methods to determine the direct and indirect effects of variables. The research consists of independent variables of leadership and work culture, the dependent variable is the performance of ASN teachers, and work discipline as an intervening variable between the independent and dependent variables. The results of this study indicate (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of ASN teachers, (2) work culture has a positive and significant effect on ASN teacher work discipline, (3) leadership has a positive and significant effect on ASN teacher performance, (4) work culture has a positive and significant effect on ASN teacher performance, (5) work discipline has a positive effect and significant effect on performance, ASN teachers (6) leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance through the work discipline of ASN teachers. and (7) work culture has a positive and significant effect on performance through the work discipline of ASN teachers at State Senior High Schools in the Campalagian District. Abstract

This study aims to analyze leadership style that has an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in the Regional Financial and Asset Agencies of Maros Regency and to analyze the work environment that has an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in Regional Financial and Asset Agencies Mars County. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. A sample of 60 respondents. The respondent is a permanent employee/state civil apparatus of the Maros Regency Regional Finance and Assets Agency. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and path analysis using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 24. The results showed that leadership style and work environment have a direct influence on employee performance through conflict that occurred in the Maros Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency, and there was an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occurred in the Maros Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency. This shows that when the leadership style and work environment are high, the employee's performance will increase and vice versa. The results of the study show that leadership style and work environment have a direct influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in the Maros Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency, and there is an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in the Maros Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency . Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of product and design on purchasing decisions of Yamaha’s motorbikes at Pettarani Makassar Branch. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used non probability sampling, puprosive sampling technique and used 100 respondents for the sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this tudy state the quality of product and design both has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a Yamaha’s motorbikes at Pettarani Makassar Branch. The results of the coefficient of detemine (R2) Obtained a value of 0,600. This shows that the purchasing decision variable is influenced by the quality of product and design variables which are highly influential.

Abstract

Digital marketing has been proven as an effective way to expand brand reach and increase sales figures. Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in utilizing information technology to run their business. The purpose of this research is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSEs in the city of Baghdad. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where the researcher tries to describe and analyze specifically the data obtained in the field according to the focus of the problem to be studied. The results of this study indicate that selecting the right social media platforms and good content management can increase sales. Utilization of Instagram social media has a positive impact on the development of product marketing so that Instagram followers and sales increase. Apart from that, the operation is easy and there are many users so that it becomes a practical promotional medium, which is cheap, reliable and can reach all users wherever they are.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Customer Satisfaction (X1), Switching Cost (X2), dan Brand Trust  (X3) terhadap Customer Retention (Y) Mahasiswa Layanan Pelanggan Bisnis GO-JEK Jurusan manajemen UNM. Survei ini mencakup konsumen yang menggunakan atau pernah menggunakan layanan GO-JEK sebanyak 1.038 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 92 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan dua metode uji statistik yaitu. uji simultan (uji-F) dan uji parsial (uji-t) dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, persamaan regresi berganda adalah Y = 7,317 -0,202 X1 0,367 X2 0,517 X3 e Hasil hipotesis uji F menunjukkan bahwa F-hitung (20,290) > F-tabel (2,31) dengan tingkat signifikansi (tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,0>0,010) <0,290. 000 <0> t larik (1,661) pada taraf nyata <0,610,0,010 larik (1,661) 0 dan lt; 0,05 yang berarti variabel X3 (Kepercayaan terhadap merek) berpengaruh positif secara parsial  terhadap variabel Y (Retensi Pelanggan).

Abstract

PT Semen Tonasa is one of the cement producers in Indonesia and is part of PT Semen Indonesia. Since 2015, cement sales have reversed due to supply being greater than demand. This condition requires cement producers to work hard to increase their sales or reduce costs in order to survive. One of the company's efficiency programs is to reduce equipment maintenance costs by increasing preventive maintenance to reduce corrective maintenance. The operational disturbance control work unit is tasked with controlling equipment operational disturbances and is corrective maintenance. To increase preventive maintenance, the maintenance strategy must change by optimizing the business process of the operational disturbance control work unit. From the results of the study that has been conducted using strong weakness opportunity threats (SWOT) and analitycal hierarchy process (AHP) analysis, it shows that the operational disturbance control work unit is in quadrant 1 with a value of X = 1.24 and Y = 0.94 which is aggressive in making several changes. This study aims to test and analyze decision making in optimizing the work unit.
