Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment simultaneously and partially on the performance of UPTD Puskesmas District Kampar employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 34 people. Hypothesis testing is done by the F test and t test. based on the results of the study it can be concluded that based on simultaneous testing (together), Motivation and Work Environment affect the Performance of UPTD Puskesmas District of Kampar Employees. Based on partial test (individual), Motivation and Environment affect the Performance of UPTD Puskesmas District of Kampar employees. The closeness of the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable is close with a contribution of 58.9%

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and cash turnover on profitability and variables that influencethe firm value of automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study are companies listed on the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018, which are 13 companies. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, the sampel in this study was selected as many as 12 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results of the study show that simultaneously influence of accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and cash turnover affect the profitability. Partially cash turnover has an effect on profitability.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of leadership, discipline, competence and compensation on the performance of employees in the Dinas Kesehatan Office Kampar Regency. Sampling was carried out by 104 census employees. Data analysis carried out by multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of leadership, discipline, competence and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Dinas Kesehatan Office Kampar Regency. Based on the partial test results, the variable of leadership, discipline and compensation have a significant while the competency variable doesn’t significantly on the performance of employees in the Dinas Kesehatan Office Kampar Regency. Contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 70% while the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Syariah Bangkinang. The analysis used as many as 34 people. The research approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis models. The technique of data collection is done by observing directly on the object of research and giving questionnaires to employees of Bank Mandiri Syariah Bangkinang. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that, there is a significant simultaneous and partial variable effect between competence and work environment on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Syariah Bangkinang. Hypothesis testing is done by the F test and t test, based on simultaneous testing (together) and partial testing (individual). Competence and work environment affect the performance of Bank Mandiri Syariah Bangkinang.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of good corporate governance on earnings management in automotive sub sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study were all automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018, as many as 13 companies. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the samples in this study were selected as many as 11 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneous institutional ownership, the size of the board of commissioners, the proportion of independent boards of commissioners, and the audit committee affected earnings management. Partially, institutional ownership, the proportion of independent board of commissioners, and the audit committee has an influence on earnings management.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of sales growth, ROA, and DER and variables that affect the value of the company in the textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study were all textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the samples in this study were selected as many as 11 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneous sales growth, ROA, and DER affect the value of the company. Partially, DER has an effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to study the application of controls over accounts receivable at PT. Mega Auto Central Finance (MACF), Bangkinang Branch. research results, publications on the internal control system of trade receivables at PT. Mega Auto Cental Finance has been effective. The research method used is descriptive research using qualitative. This research was conducted by comparing the internal controls implemented by the company by transferring COSO which consists of 5 components, namely control, control activities, risk assessment, information and communication, and monitoring.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence Millennial consumers in purchasing decisions for Vivo HP in Bangkinang City. The population in this study are buyers belonging to the millennial age range of 15-34 years. The sample is determined by the Porposive Sampling method with the number of respondents in this study as many as 100 people with multiple linear regression analysis. The type of data used consists of primary and secondary data. The data is collected using a questionnaire and research file. From the results of the validity test, all items of the statement submitted to the respondent were declared valid with a calculated value greater than the rtable value (0.197). The reliability test results also showed that each item had a good level of reliability with Cronbach's alpha values ​​above 0.5. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the independent variables namely culture, social and personal simultaneously influence the purchasing decisions of Vivo HP in Bangkinang City, while partially cultural, social and probability variables influence the purchasing decisions of Vivo HP in Bangkinang City where the significance is 0,000 for cultural variables, 0.001 for social variables, and 0.036 for personal variables where < 0,05. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.804 means that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is classified as strong with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 64.7%.

Abstract

The application of a non-cash transaction system is a system of development in the transparency of regional financial management. As a follow-up to the implementation of non-cash transactions, the Government of Kampar Regency has implemented a non-cash transaction in full on January 1, 2018 in accordance with the Kampar Regent's Regulation Number: 61 Year 2017 dated December 15, 2017 concerning the Non-Cash Payment System within the Kampar Regency Government. The purpose of this study is to find out the process of implementing a non-cash transaction system in local financial management in Kampar Regency, then to find out the problems and constraints as well as steps for improvement in the process of implementing a non-cash transaction system in regional financial management. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research.The implementation of non-cash transactions by the Kampar District Government has shown a 75% percentage of the level of "Good" implementation. The implementation of the non-cash transaction system at the Kampar Regency government has not been effective because there are still internal and external constraints including limited human resources in financial management, infrastructure limitations to support non-cash transactions, the absence of SOPs in the implementation of non-cash transactions, not all partners have bank accounts and the Treasurer Cash Management System (CMS) application is not yet available.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and motivation on employee performance in the Kampar District Regional Disaster Management Agency. Job stress is a feeling experienced by employees in dealing with work. This work stress, among others, unstable emotions, feelings of displeasure, can not relax, anxiety, tension, nervousness, increased blood pressure, and experiencing indigestion. Motivation is the encouragement of the individual to carry out certain activities in order to meet their needs so that the goal is finally achieved. While the performance is the level of success achieved by an employee in his work, which looks inside how the quality and quantity of an employee in doing a job. The analysis in this study uses multiple analysis with 65 respondents. Sampling uses the census method, while the hypothesis testing in this study uses the f test and t test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially, work stress and motivation significantly influence performance.
