<![CDATA[This study aims to describe: (1) the structural aspects of Ajip Rosidi's Jante Arkidam Poem (2) the psychological aspects of Jante Arkidam's Poem (3) The author's psychology (4) The psychology of the reader. This research method is descriptive qualitative using the approach of Literary Psychology. The source of this research data is Ajip Rosidi's Jante Arkidam published by cupumanik publisher in 1967. The data of this study are intrinsic elements, extrinsic elements and psychology. The data collection techniques used are document techniques, listening techniques and note-taking techniques. In this study, researchers used content analysis techniques as data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that: 1) aspects of intrinsic elements in Poetry include; (a) stanzas and arrays, (b) rhymes/rhythms, (c) diction/word choice, (d) imagery/imagery, (e) majas/stylistics. 2) aspects of extrinsic elements include; (a) the license granted by the author. 3) the representation of the figure of Jante Arkidam. These three structures influence the behavior, mindset, and representation of the figure jante Arkidam in the poem Jante Arkidam by Ajip Rosidi.]]>

<![CDATA[Analysis of the title of the song "One Eye" by the band The Greenhouse Effect is backgrounded by the rapid development of this music among teenagers, therefore it aims to analyze the title of the song "Next to the Eye" by the Greenhouse Effect band using a semiotic approach and hermeutic reading to understand the meaning implied in the fragments of the lyrics. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this study was that the form of signifier and sginified was found in the version of the song with a certain meaning. The lyrics of this song "One Eye" by ERK use a very good selection of language, not easy enough to capture the meaning but the lyrics contained can be directly touching when read.]]>

<![CDATA[In a literary work, especially poetry or song lyrics, figure of speech is very common to appear so that the poem or song lyrics become more beautiful. One of the figures of speech that is often used is hyperbole. This figure of speech serves to give a great impression by exaggerating sentences. The lyrics of the song, This Is Me, which is the original sound tract from the film The Greatest Showman, is very thick with the use of hyperbole figure of speech. This is because the moral message of the song is to inspire the listeners.]]>

<![CDATA[One of Ahmad Tohari's short stories is The Bright House, in the collection of short stories Smile Karyamin (2013). The short story records the incident of electricity entering a village. As narrated in the short story, the existence of electricity has a significant impact on society, both positively and negatively. The positive side brings physical changes with the presence of lights and other facilities to support people's lives. On the other hand, this positive aspect has a negative impact, namely the "death" of culture and human aspects with the presence of technology which has an impact on changing perspectives and making them a market for advanced capitalism with the existence of technology and information. The formulation of the problem in this paper concerns the problems that exist in society related to the existence of technology and information after the presence of electricity which allows people to experience dependency and changes in mindset due to interaction with the outside world. This writing method is by showing forms of inhumanism in the short story. The theory used is the theory of postmodernism by Jean Francois Lyotard as explained by Struart Sim regarding the Inhuman condition. The result of this discussion is Inhumanism in rural communities caused by the presence of electricity as the initial foundation for the presence of technology in the form of the loss of cultural habits for the local community, both in terms of habits of responding to nature or new conflicts after the presence of electricity in society. This happens because of the presence of artificial life, replacing the role of nature which has been a part of people's lives like the existence of the moon. Access to information is obtained by the community after getting to know technology which presents new values and is different from the values they previously had as a communal society]]>

<![CDATA[Literary works are expressions that convey ideas and ideas conveyed by an author. Literary works in the form of poetry discuss a lot about life such as feelings, education, economics, social, politics and culture. This study aims to determine the meaning of the poem Mata Hitam by W.S. Rendra. This study uses a stylistic approach based on the theory of Wallek & Warren, 1995: 229 and Munir, S, & Mulyono, 2013: 2. This study uses qualitative methods and content analysis. The source of data in this study is the poem Mata Hitam by W.S. Rendra. The result of this research is to know the stylistic and meaning contained in the poem through sentence structure, figure of speech, imagery, pattern, and rhyme. Every love poem by W.S. Rendra has different meanings of love and always ends happily.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the use of endocentric and exocentric phrases in the news “Kapolri Larang Polisi Tilang Manual” in the digital newspaper Detik.com October 2022 edition. The descriptions in this study include, patterns and forms of endocentric and excocentric phrases. This research conducts a qualitative descriptive method. The data is gained from the news “Kapolri Larang Polisi Tilang Manual” in the digital newspaper Detik.com October 2022 edition. All of endosentric and excocentric phrases from the news “Kapolri Larang Polisi Tilang Manual” in the digital newspaper Detik.com October 2022 edition were the object this study. The data collection techniques that used in this study are reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis technique. The result of this research is that the phrase has various types in it. This study analyzes endocentric and exocentric phrases. The results showed that there were three types of endocentric phrases, namely coordinating endocentric phrases, attributive endocentric phrases and appositive endocentric phrases. The study found two types of exocentric phrases with two types, namely directive exocentric phrases and non-directive exocentric phrases. This research is useful in developing syntactic theory about phrases, especially endocentric and exocentric phrases, and could increase knowledge about types of phrases.]]>

<![CDATA[Media masa atau yang dikenal sebagai media berita menyanjikan ragam informasi yang bermanfaat serta dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, teks berita harus disampaikan dengan padat dan jelas dari segi penyajian dan pengunaan diksinya. Penggunaan diksi dalam teks berita sangatlah berperan penting, sebab pemilihan diksi yang tepat berpengaruh pada pemahaman masyarakat secara pemaknaannya. Untuk itu peneliti melakukan analisis secara semantik terhadap teks berita berjudul “KPK Eksekusi RJ Lino ke Lapas Cipinang”. Analisisi semantik yang dilakukan akan berfokus pada makna dari pengunaan kata atau diksi dalam teks berita tersebut. Analisis ini akan menentukan pengkatagorian makna kata secara leksikal, gramatikal, denotasi, dan konotasi. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam analisis ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif yang artinya data akan dipaparkan secara sistematis.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan supervisi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jensi studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah belum optimal dikarenakan kepala sekolah belum menyusun program pengawasan dan belum mensosialisasikan program pengawasan kepada pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, adapun faktor pendukung dan pengahambat supervisi kepala sekolah yakni komintmen tugas kerja dan beban kerja yang rangkap jabatan, sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru adalah dengan mengikuti pelatihan, pendidikan kilat, dan seminar online]]>

<![CDATA[Metode pembiasaan adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus sehingga menjadi kebiasaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai agama dan moral anak usia dini melalui penerapan metode pembiasaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan uji kepercayaan menggunakan tringgulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam mengembangkan perkembangan nilai-nilai agama dan moral anak melalui metode pembiasaan adalah sebagai berikut: rutin memandu kegiatan berdoa sebelum dan sesudah melakukan kegiatansehari-hari, Ibadah shalat dhuha, sopan dalam bertutur kata untuk membiasakan prialaku mulia, keteladanan, menjaga kebersihan diri dan lingkungan, dan secara terprogram mengahafal surat-surat pendek dan do’a sehari-hari. kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan tersebut adalah bentuk pembiasaan dapat diterapkan pada anak usia dini dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai agama dan moral.]]>
