The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence job satisfaction and employee loyalty have on employee performance at PT. Gistex Textile. The research method used is descriptive and associative method. The unit of analysis in this research is the employees of PT. Gistex Textile. Based on the results of sample calculations using saturated sampling techniques, 228 participants were obtained as research samples. Multiple linear regression analysis was also carried out using the following analysis technique t-test and F-test. Based on the results of the study, the independent variables (job satisfaction and employee loyalty) indicated that there were factors that influenced the dependent variable (employee performance) by 59.8%. The magnitude of the influence of the service quality variable on the intention to use is 39.7%, and the effect of consumer trust on the intention to use is 20.1%. The implication of this research is that companies must conduct further analysis to understand the reasons employees feel dissatisfied with career development opportunities in the company. As well as creating performance-based incentive programs by designing programs related to employee performance and contributions so as to provide additional motivation to try harder and contribute optimally to achieve predetermined targets

Tokopedia.com is a prominent digital buying and selling company in Indonesia, known for rapid growth since its establishment. It operates as a marketplace and online store platform, enabling individuals, small businesses, and brands to manage online stores. In 2015, Tokopedia offered free access to its core services to boost internet development in Indonesia, with a focus on supporting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The company's research uses descriptive and associative methods to assess customer satisfaction, with a strong positive correlation between information quality and customer satisfaction. Information quality and service quality combined account for 87.4% of customer satisfaction, with the remaining 12.6% attributed to unexamined factors

CV.Adijaya Supplier company is engaged in the sale of imported and local food raw materials for the needs of hotels, restaurants and bakeries abbreviated as horecaba since 2012 until now. The company sells goods from importers for resale both for sale to individuals and large parties. The goods sold are imported goods from abroad and within the country. This study is designed to determine, both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions, how much influence Electronic Word Of Mouth and consumer involvement have in influencing purchasing decisions. Descriptive methods and associative methods will be applied to the research conducted in this study. The sample in this study amounted to 163 respondents. Sampling using Probability Sampling. Testing the validation and reliability of research instruments is also carried out in the analysis method using a number of linear regression analyses. Based on the results of the study, there is an influence of the external variables Electronic Word of Mouth and Consumer Engagement on the endogenous variables of Purchasing Decisions partially and simultaneously. Other factors that have not been studied in this study explain the magnitude of the influence of the work environment and education on performance, namely R2 x 100%7 of 66.7.7% and 33.3% respectively

This research was conducted on Pasim National University Faculty of Economics students who making purchases online on the Shopee platform. The research methodology applied in this study is a descriptive approach along with an associative approach. A total of 124 participants were sampled in this study, and the sampling technique used was stratified proportional random sampling. In addition, multiple linear regression analysis was also conducted, which involved t-test and f-test. Based on the results of the study, the independent variables (price and free shipping) show that there are factors that influence the dependent variable (purchasing decision) by 60.5%. The magnitude of the effect of the price variable on purchasing decisions is 16.3%, and the magnitude of the effect of free shipping on purchasing decisions is 44.1%. The implication of this research is that shopee can maintain price variations in order to compete with other e-commerce, also pay attention to product prices to match the quality provided and pay attention to providing free shipping without a minimum purchase so that consumers decide to buy in shopee e-commerce

The Maternal and Child Health (MCH) program is a health program in Indonesia that aims to improve the health and welfare of mothers and children as stated in Permenkes number 4 of 2019. To support the implementation of the program requires technology in the form of information systems. Information systems are designed to help health workers manage maternal and child health more effectively. Delays in data collection, incomplete filling and long time in presenting data are one of the reasons why a maternal health information system is needed to run optimally. The purpose of this study was to describe the recording and reporting of maternal health monitoring activities. The method used is a literature review based on the PRISMA flow. The results of the health information system research are able to provide the right, accurate and up-to-date quality of information data so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services and facilitate evaluation and help health workers manage maternal health more effectively. The running of an information system will depend heavily on human resources to utilize the information system and produce records and reports to improve the performance of users of the system

Service Quality Variable (X1) significantly affects Customer Satisfaction because the probability of t count is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 (0.005 <0.05). Service_Quality Variable (X1) has a direct effect on_Customer_ Satisfaction of 0.365. Product Quality Variable (X2) significantly influences Customer Satisfaction because the probability of t arithmetic is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 (0.005 <0.05). Product Quality Variable (X2) has a direct influence on Customer_Y Satisfaction of 0.432. Quality_X1_Quality Variable, Product_X2_Quality has a 31.7% role to Customer_Y Satisfaction

Marketing strategy is one of many ways to win a sustainable competitive advantage for companies that produce goods or services. Marketing strategy can be viewed as one of the foundations used in compiling a comprehensive company plan. If we perceive such phenomenon from the angle of available problems that exist in companies, it is necessary for companies to have a comprehensive planning in order to be used as a guidance to determine the segments in carrying out their activities. Another reason that shows the importance of compiling a marketing strategy is the fact that generally the competition between companies become tough and tougher these days. This study aims to determine what kind of marketing strategy is implemented in order to achieve the best results that is in accordance with company's product marketing strategy. By conducting a SWOT analysis, i.e. by calculating IFAS and EFAS; the recapitulation results obtained are S-W= a score of 1.5 and O-T = a score of 1.25, these results show that the company's strategy is in quadrant I. Based on the analysis of internal strategic factors that can be seen in SWOT analysis diagram, the position of the saving and loan cooperatives is in quadrant 1 which shows the implementation of SO strategy in the SWOT matrix, namely the aggressive strategy. Aggressive strategy is a strategy that is implemented by using all strengths of the companies in order to take further opportunities. This strategy is a very profitable strategy because it has some opportunities and strengths so that it can be used for the advancement of the Saving and Loan Cooperatives in South Tangerang

The purpose of this study was to see how big the effect of advertising and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Lemonilo Noodle products at Pasim National University. The research methods used are descriptive and associative methods. The unit of analysis in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Pasim National University. Based on the results of the sample calculation, 124 respondents were obtained as samples in the study. Multiple linear regression analysis was also carried out using the t test and F test analysis techniques. Based on the research results, the independent variables (advertising and brand awareness) show that there are factors that influence the dependent variable (purchase decision) by 69.8%. The magnitude of the influence of advertising variables on purchasing decisions is 30.6%, and the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions is 39.2%
