Abstract

The research objective was to prove the influence of God's Servant Leadership and the Role of the Congregation on Diakonia Transformation through Entrepreneurship. The research was conducted on 80 samples of the Servant of God and members of the congregation around the City of Pematangsiantar, Province North Sumatra using simple random sampling. Data collection using google form with a questionnaire. The study used SEM-PLS to process data for testing validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. Research proves that the influence of God's Servant Leadership and the Role of the Congregation has a very big influence on entrepreneurship in realizing the Transformative Diakonia. Thus, the influence of God's Servant Leadership and the Role of the Congregation is very large and has a direct impact through entrepreneurship to create a Transformative Diakonia. The research recommends three things; first, as a solution to the development of church services in dealing with problems that occur both in the church and in the community. Second, it is important to develop effective and significant leadership of the Servant of God in realizing the ministry of the Transformative Diakonia. Third, the results and research outputs explain that the Transformative Diakonia ministry is very important for church ministry.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop a learning model of problem confirmation with elaborative and collaborative sharing associated with mind mapping approach [PCECS] to foster the students’ critical thinking skills in science learning at secondary high school. This research used the research and development approach by using validation instrument of need assessment via google form. 10 teachers of 9 schools in Jember Regency were taken as the respondents. The validation results referred to what the teachers Idea, in which critical thinking skills and prior knowledge were 55,6% intertwined. On the other hand, 90% of teachers agreed upon the underdeveloped students’ critical thinking skills. It was found in the validation results that there need a development on learning model to maximize the prior knowledge as one of the factors to foster critical thinking skills and learning achievement.

Abstract

Very fast developments in technology have encouraged companies in the world to convey and disseminate corporate information globally in the form of web-based corporate reporting. Based on data from internet users, Indonesia is the fourth largest country in the world as internet users, and the majority of internet users in Indonesia are entrepreneurs. This shows that the company conducts web-based corporate reporting with the aim of attracting potential investors. Web-based corporate reporting is carried out by the company as a form of information disclosure and this will affect the value of the company. This study examines the effect of the level of web-based corporate reporting on firm value, and examines what information is needed by investors in making decisions to invest in a company. This study focuses on banking companies as a tertiary sector and uses multiple regression analysis in the test. This study found that the information disclosed on the company's website, especially related to stock information, had a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

The availability of domestic raw materials is gradually decreasing, while the need for energy sources is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to have the availability of renewable energy sources, one of which is biomass. In this study, researchers will discuss the waste of sugarcane bagasse and orange peel which can be used as briquettes. Usually, these wastes are only used as animal feed, sometimes they are just thrown away. The goals and benefits expected by the author in this study are, to provide information that the manufacture of briquettes from bagasse and Pacitan orange peel can be used as an alternative fuel. So, it can be implemented to reduce fossil fuels, whose availability is getting less and less. In the study, the best results were on the adhesive variable 20% ratio 1:2 with a calorific value of 5,949,114 cal/gram, 9% moisture content, 9% ash content.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Kegel exercises on the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at the Niar Pratama Clinic and the Citra Pratama Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency. The design used in the study was a quasi-experimental method with a static group comparison, which is a type of research to determine the effect of an action on a group of subjects who received treatment, then compared it with a group that did not receive treatment. This research was conducted at the Niar Pratama Clinic and the Citra Pratama Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency which was carried out in November 2019 - November 2020. The sampling design was based on purposive sampling, namely postpartum mothers with perineal injuries of degree I. The number of samples was 60 people who received treatment 30 people, while the control group was 30 people. Data analysis was carried out after all data had been collected by re-examining all the questionnaires one by one and ensuring that all data had been filled in according to the instructions. Then provide a code for all the questions that have been asked to make it easier for researchers when tabulating and analyzing data. Data were tabulated and analyzed using the Median Test (Mann-Whitney U-Test) with a significance level of < 0.05. The results of this study are that there is a difference in wound healing in post partum mothers who do Kegel exercises when compared to mothers who do not do Kegel exercises with a difference of 18.76 points and there is an effect of Kegel exercises on perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers at the Pratama Niar Clinic and Pratama Clinic. Abstract

Job satisfaction is the general attitude of an individual towards the work he does. Someone with a high level of job satisfaction shows a positive attitude towards his job, while someone who is dissatisfied with his job shows a negative attitude towards his job. This study aims to examine the factors (age, education, gender, years of service, salary, supervision, working conditions, relations between employees, opportunities for advancement, financial security) that affect nurse job satisfaction. Quantitative research used the study with a cross sectional design. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The study was conducted on June-July, 2017 on 64 nurse respondents at dr. Reksodiwriyo Hospital. Data analysis using Chi-Square and Fisher's Exact. The results showed that only the period of service, working conditions, relationships between employees and financial security were related to job satisfaction, while other factors were not related. It is recommended to improve the factors that affect job satisfaction to maximize the work of nurses.

Abstract

In the development of the national economy in Indonesia, the priority is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs are the backbone of the people's economy that can reduce poverty problems and their development is able to expand the economic base and can make a significant contribution to improving the regional economy and national economic resilience. In order for the MSMEs of ikat buna and sotis from Insana to survive the Covid-19 pandemic situation, an appropriate strategy pattern is needed to maintain the existence of MSMEs of Insana's buna and sotis woven fabrics. The research uses qualitative methods with interview data collection methods, participant observation and documentation studies. Then the data analysis technique in this study uses data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions from data analysis. The results of the study suggest that the pattern of developing MSMEs for insana woven fabrics is by innovating, updating products and then implementing social capital by increasing business networks and increasing income even though the situation is completely limited in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Obesity is a health problem caused by excessive fat accumulation which causes a person to gain weight far above normal. Adolescence is also a period that is vulnerable to obesity, because in adolescence biological, psychosocial and cognitive changes begin to occur which begin during puberty and have a direct effect on the nutritional status and needs of adolescents. Unexpected health problems occur around the world which have resulted in a pandemic, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. This pandemic has changed several habits that can lead to health problems, namely the occurrence of being overweight above normal as happened to teenagers in the Sendangmulyo Village area. To find out the description of food intake and physical activity related to the incidence of obesity in adolescents aged 16-18 years in Sendangmulyo Village during the Covid-19 pandemic. Included in the nutritional research field of society using a cross sectional approach. The sample used in the study was 35 teenagers who live in Sendangmulyo Village. Intake data was collected twice 24 hours using the recall method and physical activity data was collected once by filling out a questionnaire. Most respondents have overweight nutritional status as many as 16 people (42.9%) with adequate energy intake (40%), with sufficient protein adequacy (45.7%), excess fat adequacy (60%) carbohydrate adequacy which is still lacking (57.1%) accompanied by low activity (54.3%). The majority of respondents have overweight nutritional status with sufficient energy and protein, but fat adequacy is still classified as excess, carbohydrate adequacy is still lacking and physical activity is still classified in the low category.

Abstract

Losses due to the Covid-19 pandemic have a global impact on the life of a country, including companies in all sectors. Mining sector companies listed on the Sharia Securities List are also affected by this pandemic and are demanding companies to work harder for better productivity and selling points than the previous year. This study aims to determine factors such as company characteristics (ROA, DER, CR and size) that affect the mining sector company value (PBV) on the Sharia Securities List listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used is secondary data obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The research period starts from 2015 – 2020. The samples obtained were using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and the samples obtained were 8 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing are analytical techniques used. The result of this research is ROA has an effect on PBV. DER, CR and size partially have no effect on PBV. Mining sector companies listed on sharia securities should pay attention to company characteristics such as DER, CR and size to increase company value.
