Abstract

Load balancing web server is one of the ways used to improve the performance and availability of web servers, is to divide the requests dating to multiple servers at once, so that the burden borne by each server lighter. The level of availability bias web server is maintained with the use of load balancing, namely when one server can not serve user requests (server down), then automatically the other server directly replace it, so the user as if not knowing that the server is down. The method used in load balancing is to use round robin algorithm and modulo in the server Internet Information Service. From the analysis of the implementation of load balancing has been done, the system load balancing can be one of the effective and efficient solution to create a reliable system with high availability, in particular web server.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of motivation and compensation to job satisfaction lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika (STIKOM CKI). The method of this research is quntitative method. There are two kinds variable involved, independent and dependent. Motivation and compensation as the independent variable and job satisfaction lecturer as the dependent variable. Data were collected through a interview and questionnares. The population of the research all over the number of lecturer in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika (STIKOM CKI) is a number of 31 people. Sampling method that used is saturated sampling. The data analysis using test validity, the reliability test, the classic assumption test, and to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regresions analysis, testers hypothesis statistics consisting of parcial test (t test), simultant test (f test), the coefficient determinasi and correlation. The result of this research shows that motivation and compensation have positive and significant effect in job satisfaction faculty lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika (STIKOM CKI). Based on that result, it is suggested to give more attention to job satisfaction lecturers through motivation and compensation as a whole.

Abstract

Information that is built and maintained properly will provide the benefits of the use of information in a systematic and integrated by having an integrated arrangement. SMP  Islam Terpadu Ar-Rudho Jakarta organized a web-based student assessment report cards. In this regard the need for a way to insert data to build value into each component of the information environment in student scores. This is to facilitate the homeroom teacher to do the job to complete the task to enter the data value of students. With the information value of these students if it were made an application component integrated value for scan / enter data these values quickly and easily and also the provision of application given to the teacher to enter a value that will be treated by having uniformity components in the management of student scores were later will be submitted to the student's grade for inclusion in easily and quickly. From the discussion it will obtain student assessment facility by implementing an integrated component of the web-based values. This conclusion with ease in entering / enter the data.Keywords: Knowledge Management, UML, Web

Abstract

Nowadays, organizations must fulfill themselfes to develop series of Information Technology trough various of Information Systems, the purposes is to attend the continuity of business process and to face the competition. On the contrary, the complexity of existing information systems and the interface has created the complexity of Information Technology landscape/architecture. The purpose of this research is to find a gap in a way to anticipate the complexity described above, by taking a case study at University Of Bung Karno, Jakarta. TOGAF is an Information Technology/Information System (IS/IT) Architecture Framework that is used in this research. Abstract

Abstract

Information system for library can enhance its services such as process of borrowing and returning collection quickly and accurately. In this article, we present a system which is developed by implementation of Model-View-Control architecture in order to make components within the system more independent to each other. The system was developed for the existing process business in the library of Al-Azhar 1 Junior High School. The existing system is so rigid that further development for additional features is almost impossible. The currently developed system by adopting MVC design pattern provides better reusability in object-oriented programming paradigm hence adding a new feature is much more feasible.Keywords: Model-View-Controller (MVC), Sistem Perpustakaan

Abstract

In this study the authors analyzed to determine the effect of corporate culture and motivation on employee performance improvement Pension Fund. From the analysis of multiple correlation coefficients obtained a correlation coefficient Culture Company X1 and X2 correlation coefficient Motivation to employee performance is 0950, thus the corporate culture and motivation strong and significant influence 0,000 <0.05 on the performance of the employee pension fund of Pertamina in Jakarta. Results of analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.903 thus the corporate culture and motivation have contributed 90.3% to the Pension Fund employee performance in Jakarta, and the remaining 9.7% are influenced by other factors were not the authors carefully, including discipline , leadership, and quality of human resources. Based on the results of research by F test showed that the corporate culture and motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee performance improvement DPP (Pension Fund) in Jakarta, because sig. F count is 0000, meaning <5% (0.000 <0.005). Thus Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Based on testing with the t variable X1 is the corporate culture of -0.222 with t table is 1,701 and the value of the variable significant corporate culture X1 0.826> 5%, thereby to> tα then Ha (alternative hypothesis) refused and Ho (null hypothesis) is accepted , This means that the corporate culture is partially no significant effect on employee performance DPP (Pension Fund) in Jakarta. While the value of t count X2 motivation of 11 494 with the value t table is 1,701 and significant value for the variable X2 motivation 0000> 5%, thereby to <tα, That X2 motivation partially significant effect on employee performance Pension Fund in Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation to good employee performance simultaneously and partial also to know dominant variable that influence the employee performance. Department of Industry and Commerce Depok is the researcher location with 40 employees as respondent. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis are multiple linear regressions analysis that has a purpose to know the simultaneous and partial influences also to determine the dominant variable that influences employee performance. Based on the analysis result we know that work motivation variable, work discipline, and compensation positive influences and significant simultaneously to industry and commerce department of depok employee performance city. Work motivation variable, Work discipline, and compensation has positive influences partially to employee performance at the department of industry and commerce of depok with Work discipline variable as the most influence variable to employee performance.
