Abstract

Medical records as a record are the responsibility and obligation of every medical and health worker to keep the health data of the patients they handle confidential. However, in 2021 there was a data leak from BPJS Health membership patients, where there were 279 million records of BPJS Health patient personal data information spread and traded on Raid Forums. Then it happened again in early 2022. This research aims to analyze and describe the protection and legal responsibility for the medical records of patients of the Social Security Organizing Agency in the perspective of legal certainty and to analyze and describe the implementation of the regulation of patient medical records of the Social Security Organizing Agency based on applicable provisions. This research uses empirical normative legal methods (Socio-Legal). The results of the study show that the implementation of the regulation of medical records of patients of the Social Security organizing agency is technically carried out on the basis of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. In the regulation, there are conditions that are difficult to distinguish related to the responsibility of the Ministry of Health and the relevant hospitals. The researcher concludes that the policy of protection and legal responsibility for the medical records of patients of the Social Security organizing body in the perspective of legal certainty is currently not fully realized.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out the reaction of the capital market to the rise in BBM in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study is an event study or event that arises directly from the rise in the price of oil (BBM) on October 1, 2023, against the market reaction based on the actions of transportation and logistics companies. Abnormal Return and Trading Volume Activity are variables used to analyze reactions. The data collection method used in this research is the Quantitative Data Method. Observations were conducted for 5 days before and 5 days after the BBM rise on October 1, 2023, using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test with a sample of 10 companies and a data test of 110. On the test results, there were abnormal differences in return and trading volume activity before and after the rise in BBM prices, the results could help market participants understand market dynamics, find investment opportunities, and manage risk. With a rise in sales, this means investors respond to events so that the markets react. The findings support the theory of signals because investors see the announcement of a BBM rise as a signal that can affect the stock price.

Abstract

In this era of Globalization, the world's population has increased so human needs and desires must also continue to grow. Choosing needs, cannot be separated from a person's lifestyle, where fashion has become an inseparable part of daily appearance and style. The development of the fashion industry is in line with fashion which is no longer just a necessity but also a lifestyle. This research is the result of practice-based research, where local brand SukkhaCitta strives to design sustainable fashion collections by raising the issue of clothes that can heal the earth. Through this practice, Sukkhacitta retraces the footsteps of their ancestors, where SukkhaCitta makes clothes directly manually in the village without using factories.  From the application of traditional agroforestry to spices used as natural pesticides. Intercropping naturally balances the carbon cycle between the soil and the atmosphere. Another attraction that SukkhaCitta tries to highlight is the storytelling behind each product it makes. This story element is what differentiates SukkhaCitta from other fast fashion products that only follow trends.
