Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to assess the child-friendly school programs in South Tangerang City, with a specific focus on SMPN 18 South Tangerang City. The research aims to identify areas for improvement in order to enhance the effectiveness of these programs in the upcoming year. Leo Agustino (2023) Evaluation theory serves as the framework, encompassing elements such as apparatus or human resources, institutions, infrastructure and technology, finance, and regulations. Data for this study were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while the analysis involved data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research site was SMPN 18 South Tangerang City. Key findings include: (1) Insufficient human resources in the implementation of child-friendly school programs; (2) Lack of collaboration and coordination among program implementers; (3) Adequate but insufficient Facilities, Infrastructure, and Technology, leading to disruptions in teaching and learning activities; (4) Financial shortcomings, necessitating independent fundraising by the school to support program activities; (5) Adherence to regulations governing child-friendly school programs, yet suboptimal impact due to prevalent physical and verbal violence in the school environment. In summary, the study sheds light on various challenges in the current implementation of child-friendly school programs at SMPN 18 South Tangerang City, providing valuable insights for improvement in the upcoming year.

Abstract

The assessment of services that can bring satisfaction to the community often relies on the examination of service quality. This research specifically delves into the quality of public services for individuals with disabilities within Tangerang City's Disdukcapil. The primary objective is to ensure the realization of the rights of individuals with disabilities by receiving optimal public services, thus preventing discrimination. The study adopts the Quality-of-Service theory as proposed by Zeithaml, Parassuraman, and Berry (Pasolong 2017). Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research incorporates analysis through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that, according to Zeithaml, Parassuraman, and Berry's model (Pasolong 2017) measuring public service quality, the services provided by Tangerang City's Disdukcapil for individuals with disabilities have not reached an optimal level. This assessment is based on evaluations of various dimensions of public service quality, including:i) Tangible: Facilities, infrastructure, and amenities remain inadequate, and cleanliness in the service office is yet to be addressed; ii) Reliability: Document preparation procedures lack clarity and organization within the service office; iii) Responsiveness: Employees exhibit a lack of responsiveness when dealing with visitors with disabilities and lack proficiency in sign language; iv) Empathy: Some employees still display unfriendliness when providing services. In essence, the study underscores areas where improvements are needed to enhance the quality of public services for individuals with disabilities in Tangerang City's Disdukcapil.

Abstract

Based on Law Number 25 of 2009, it can be interpreted that the Government is obliged to serve the rights and needs of the community as citizens through public services. To achieve better public services, the Government innovates services through Public Service Malls (MPP) so that everyone can access government services easily and quickly without exception. One of the Public Service Malls (MPP) is held in Tangerang City, the research locus. Implementing this service innovation is directed at public satisfaction with government services. In conducting this research was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods. This research also has limitations, namely in discussing how high the quality of service is at the Tangerang City Public Service Mall (MPP) and carried out on the population of people using the Tangerang City Public Service Mall (MPP) with a total of 74,422 users. Sampling was conducted using the Slovin formula with a MoR of 10%, namely 100 respondents. This research also aims to prove the magnitude of the influence that the implementation of QRIS has on purchasing interest. To support this, respondents were determined as one of the instruments, namely using the Purposive Sampling Technique. This research shows that the Public Service Quality score at the Tangerang City Public Service Mall reached a value of 75% or obtained a percentage result of more than 60%. Of course, it is necessary to provide supporting facilities such as digital services, facilities for pregnant women or people with disabilities, a clean MPP environment, and increased human resources for service staff. The 75% service quality score at the Tangerang City Public Service Mall (MPP) was also declared good.

Tourism villages make tourism products more valuable in rural culture because there is development of tourist villages that have cultural value without destroying it. Local communities host and become important actors in the development of tourist villages at all stages, starting from the planning, monitoring and implementation stages. Pipitan Tourism Village is an interesting research object because its location coincides with the capital of Banten Province, namely Serang City. Development of the Pipitan Tourism Village into a community-based Pipitan Tourism Village by developing the role of the local community who are the managers of the Pipitan Tourism Village, such as: the chairman and members of the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) who are the administrators. or local residents of the Pipitan Tourism Village, MSME crafts such as flower pot crafts, garden decorations, wooden crafts, corn husk crafts are local craftsmen from the Pipitan Tourism Village. The Banten Provincial Tourism Office plays a role in distributing the budget in the development process of the Pipitan Tourism Village and the private sector will build facilities and infrastructure in the Pipitan Tourism Village. This collaboration aims to increase the economic impact, improve welfare and become a contributor to local original income in the community-based tourism sector. Abstract

The Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH) from the Cilegon City Government is still needed considering that there are still many houses that are uninhabitable. Collaboration in implementing RS-RTLH in Cilegon City involves various parties, such as the Social Service, CCSR (Corporate Social Responsibility Cilegon), and Baznas, who work together in building RS-RTLH in accordance with the joint agreement stated in several letter numbers, namely the Social Service Number 460/14/pemt/2020, CCSR Number 045/CCSR-Dinsos/X/2020, and Baznas Number 497/pengurus/BAZNAS CLG/X/2020. This research aims to explore collaboration between stakeholders in RS-RTLH in Cilegon City using the theoretical model of Ansell and Gash (2008). The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive design. The research results show that collaboration between stakeholders in the implementation of RS-RTLH still follows the rules of each stakeholder. However, there are still shortcomings, such as the lack of meeting forums provided by the Regional Government to facilitate communication and program reporting. Therefore, researchers recommend that the Cilegon City Government make special regulations between stakeholders in the form of Regional Regulations or Mayor Regulations, as well as directing the community to support the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH).
