Abstract

The Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH) from the Cilegon City Government is still needed considering that there are still many houses that are uninhabitable. Collaboration in implementing RS-RTLH in Cilegon City involves various parties, such as the Social Service, CCSR (Corporate Social Responsibility Cilegon), and Baznas, who work together in building RS-RTLH in accordance with the joint agreement stated in several letter numbers, namely the Social Service Number 460/14/pemt/2020, CCSR Number 045/CCSR-Dinsos/X/2020, and Baznas Number 497/pengurus/BAZNAS CLG/X/2020. This research aims to explore collaboration between stakeholders in RS-RTLH in Cilegon City using the theoretical model of Ansell and Gash (2008). The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive design. The research results show that collaboration between stakeholders in the implementation of RS-RTLH still follows the rules of each stakeholder. However, there are still shortcomings, such as the lack of meeting forums provided by the Regional Government to facilitate communication and program reporting. Therefore, researchers recommend that the Cilegon City Government make special regulations between stakeholders in the form of Regional Regulations or Mayor Regulations, as well as directing the community to support the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH).

Children have the same rights guaranteed by the state. Fulfilling children's rights is the responsibility of local governments to improve child-friendly cities through the PUSPAGA program. But the fact is that there are still many children, especially in the city of Serang, who are still victims of violence, which is increasing every year. This research focuses on the implementation of the PUSPAGA Program in preventing child violence in Serang City and aims to find out more about the implementation of the PUSPAGA program in preventing child violence in Serang City using the A Model of Implementation theory according to Van Metter and Van Horn. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, then the data is analyzed based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the PUSPAGA Cahaya Hati Program in preventing violence against children has not been carried out optimally due to the existence of constraints and obstacles, namely the absence of counselors to provide counseling services, the absence of guidance to sub-district cadres related to the PUSPAGA Program, the facilities and infrastructure available. inadequate and there are still minimal outreach and promotional activities carried out due to limited budget funds.

Abstract

Prostitution is a sexual relationship between men and women without being bound by a legal marriage. The practice of prostitution continues to be a problem until now and has become one of the professions and business fields for economic purposes. If left unchecked, it will cause an increase in the number of sexually transmitted diseases. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to evaluate the Tangerang City Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2005 concerning the Prohibition of Prostitution. The research method in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive approach, this study uses analysis through interviews, observations, and document studies. The theory used in this study is the policy evaluation theory according to William N. Dunn (2003:610) which consists of 6 components, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equality, responsiveness and accuracy. Based on the results of the study on the evaluation of the Tangerang City Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2005 concerning the Prohibition of Prostitution, its implementation has run smoothly, but there are several things that need to be optimized comprehensively in terms of effectiveness, during the process of enforcing this Regional Regulation, information leaks often occur which cause PSKs not to be optimally caught. Next, efficiency, Guidance carried out in the form of overcoming the negative impacts of Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2005 seems less than optimal due to the limited capacity of the Shelter House and the existence of equality, in the implementation of Tangerang City Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2005, namely in the Regional Regulation only regulates perpetrators of the opposite sex, but perpetrators of the same sex are not regulated in the Regional Regulation. Many perpetrators of the same sex or homosexuals also violate the Regional Regulation. If left alone, it is possible that this will happen which will increase the number of sexually transmitted diseases. In this component, the implementation of Tangerang City Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2005 concerning the Prohibition of Prostitution in Karawaci District seems smooth, but in reality it has not run with optimal results.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the Sexual Violence Prevention and Handling policy carried out at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University referring to the Regulation of the Chancellor of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Number 5 of 2021 concerning PPKS in the Untirta Environment. The problems studied in this study are the many cases of sexual violence that still occur in Untirta, campus facilities are not fully available to support anti-sexual violence, the implementation of socialization has not reached all target groups, and the culture of the target group still considers sexual violence as a taboo to report. The purpose of this study is to determine how the policy of preventing and handling sexual violence is implemented at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This study uses the theory put forward by Van Metter and Van Horn. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative method with data analysis through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. For the selection of informants, the researcher used purposive and snowball techniques. The results of this study indicate that implementing the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence policy at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University has been carried out quite well because it meets each variable studied in the Van Metter Van Horn theory. However, in its implementation, there are certainly still various obstacles faced by the Untirta PPKS Task Force.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low food utilization index (52.59) compared to the high food availability index (91.55). The high prevalence of stunting (29.4%) in Pandeglang Regency also plays a role in the low utilization of food. This research uses the concept of food security from Pieters (2013) and the theory of *Decision Making: Non-Rational Theories* (2015) to understand how parents of stunted toddlers make decisions regarding daily eating patterns. Qualitative methods with a narrative approach were used in this research. The research results show that the decisions of parents of stunted toddlers are influenced by emotional and experiential factors, although economic factors remain the most dominant. To address the problem of food utilization, the Pandeglang Regency Government carried out specific and sensitive interventions through public education. However, efforts to combat stunting are hampered by budget constraints, which limit the number of field personnel and the reach of interventions. This research recommends an evaluation regarding the effectiveness of nutrition education programs as well as further research on socio-cultural factors that influence knowledge and application of nutrition in families with stunting toddlers.

The research method was carried out to reveal the truth or conclusion about an object and can be used as a basis for theory formation. The method used in this research was qualitative research methods. According to Bogdan and Taylor (in Farida, 2014: 89), qualitative research methods are research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observed behavior. Based on the results of research on the Implementation of Green Open Space (RTH) Arrangement Policy in Serang City, researchers conclude that the implementation of the Green Open Space Arrangement policy in Serang City has not progressed sufficiently well. Green Open Space in Serang City has not reached 30% of the target. Whereas, there are still several other obstacles experienced in carrying out the Green Open Space Arrangement Policy in Serang City, among others; socialization activities carried out by the Environmental Agency of Serang City have not run optimally but the DLH continues to strive for this socialization activity so that the community was able to participate in Green Open Space Arrangement in Serang City.

Abstract

The punk subculture has long provided a platform for marginalized groups to express identity and resist social, political, and environmental injustices. Nevertheless, punk communities are often burdened with negative stereotypes portraying them as deviant. This study examines the role of the Punk SORAK (Soeara Rakjat) community in Pekanbaru in promoting public awareness of environmental sustainability movements. Utilizing a qualitative approach and phenomenological methods, the research explores the dynamics of Punk SORAK’s collective identity and its efforts to counter social stigma through environmental initiatives, including climate change campaigns, collaborations with environmental organizations, and community-based activities. The findings reveal that Punk SORAK functions not only as a form of resistance to social injustices but also significantly contributes to environmental conservation efforts. The study concludes that public recognition of Punk SORAK can be achieved through gradual social transformation involving intersubjective dialogue, mutual recognition, and solidarity, offering an alternative model for integrating subcultural movements into Indonesia’s broader social and environmental change agendas.
