Abstract

Denpasar City is the capital city of Bali which has a very high population. It can be seen that the population of Denpasar City is 726,599 people [1]. Sanglah intersection is a signalized intersection with three arms connecting Jalan Raya Sesetan, Jalan Pulau Buton, and Jalan Raya Diponegoro. The environmental condition at the intersection is a commercial area that is marked by the presence of shops around the Sanglah intersection. Therefore, it is often delayed because the volume of vehicles passing through the intersection is quite dense, so the performance of the intersection is less than optimal. So it is necessary to analyze the performance of the intersection using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual Method. From the data collection and processing results using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual Method, the traffic volume on Jl. Raya Sesetan is 1304.7 smp/hour, Jl. Raya Diponegoro is 1204 smp/hour, Jl. Buton Island is 628.5 smp/hour. The capacity is 1354 smp/hour, 1250 smp/hour, 652 smp/hour. Degree of saturation 0.96, signal time 151 seconds, queue length 145 m, 131 m, 171 m, delay 81.65 sec/smp, 123.98 sec/smp, 133.58 sec/smp. Based on the analysis that has been done, the degree of saturation at the intersection is 0.96, exceeding the standard value of the degree of saturation according to the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual method, which is 0.85. To overcome this, one alternative design is a green time design for each approach, specifically the south and west approaches. This alternative will improve the performance of the intersection.

Abstract

Timor-Leste as a new country has various efforts to advance the country itself, one of which is the achievement is to build several ports in three locations, because for the time being it still mandates one port located in the center of Dili city, namely; "Porto Dili", (port of Dili). Porto Dili port has 2 docks, passenger docks and container docks, facilities at Porto Dili port are inadequate such as the absence of counters for passenger tickets, waiting rooms, passenger toilets and one of the docks has a dual function, namely the loading and unloading of containers and as a passenger dock, this research is expected to realize good service quality in accordance with the needs and desires of its customers which leads to customer satisfaction. This study uses the Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method The satisfactory CSI value is 80% while based on the results of research conducted in porto dili passenger terminal get a CSI value is 26%, this shows if the service on sea public transportation in porto dili port is not good and has not satisfied passengers.

Abstract

Population growth in Denpasar City continues to increase from year to year. This indirectly causes the number of vehicle ownership in Denpasar City to continue to increase while the existing facilities are inadequate. We can see this in traffic problems such as congestion that often occurs, especially at intersections. Jalan Pulau Galang - Jalan Taman Pancing - Jalan Tukad Baru is an example of an intersection that has irregular traffic conflict points, especially during rush hours. This junction is a non APILL junction. This location was chosen as the research because in addition to the irregular traffic flow at certain hours, at this intersection there are also residential and shopping areas which trigger more congestion at this intersection. From the problems that arise at the Jalan Pulau Galang intersection - Jalan Taman Pancing - Jalan Tukad Baru, a study was carried out which aims to determine the performance and service level of the intersection. If the service level at the intersection is in the safe category, then preventive measures to avoid congestion must be analyzed. The results of the calculations that have been carried out show that the value for the intersection capacity (C) is 6,213 smp/jam with the degree of saturation (DS) being 0,363 smp/jam. The DS (Degree of Saturation) value indicates that the intersection is included in the service level category B according to the 2014 PKJI, which has stable flow characteristics, but the operating speed is starting to be limited by traffic conditions. Service level B has an NVK value between 0.20-0.44. For this reason, it is necessary to supervise the location of the intersection so that the location of the intersection still has an adequate level of service and does not increase in height to avoid severe traffic jam

Abstract

The construction of the Wolowaru Community Health Center in Ende Regency has been delayed. Delays in the duration of this project will have an impact on project costs which will get bigger. Therefore, an analysis of the accelerated duration of project implementation is needed so that the initial target can be achieved. This study applies the crashing method, namely speeding up the duration of each work item according to needs and calculations so as to avoid excessive delays. The application of this method is assisted by using the Microsoft Project 2013 with alternative working hours or overtime and work shift systems. The results of the analysis on the Wolowaru Community Health Center construction project in Ende Regency showed that the total project cost after carrying out an alternative of two hours of additional working hours was Rp. 8,371,332,720 and the duration of project implementation is 175 working days. This shows a fee that is 0.62% more expensive than the normal total cost and 20% faster than the normal duration. Then for the project cost after carrying out an alternative system of morning shifts and night shifts, it is Rp. 8,359,287,673 and the duration of project implementation is 156 working days. This shows a fee that is 0.48% more expensive than the normal total cost and 39% faster than the normal duration. From this study, it shows that the implementation of the work shift system requires cheaper costs with a shorter duration of work than the implementation of additional working hours in the Wolowaru Health Center development project in Ende Regency.

Abstract

Road pavement is a layer structure located above the subgrade, there is a layer of upper foundation and sub-base which each layer consists of compacted aggregates which have a function to transmit stress due to wheel load. There are 3 road pavements, asphalt or flexible pavement, concrete/ rigid pavement (rigid pavement) and composite pavement (Composit pavement). In determining pavement thickness there are several methods to use, including in this study using the 1993 AASHTO method for flexible pavements and the 2017 Road Pavement Manual method (Bina Marga 2017) for rigid pavements. The location of this research is located on Jalan Celukan Bawang – Pelabuhan, Kec. Gerokgak, Kab. Buleleng. This final project aims to determine the comparison of flexible pavement thickness using the 1993 AASHTO method compared to rigid pavement using the 2017 Highways method and the comparison of implementation costs and maintenance costs on flexible0pavement0and rigid pavement0with0a design life of 10 years. From the results of calculations that have been carried out, the 1993 AASHTO method produces a total thickness of 61 cm with an implementation cost of Rp. 2.363.603.825,33 and maintenance costs of Rp 118.180.191,27, and the 2017 Road Pavement Manual method produces a total thickness of 54.5 cm with an implementation cost of Rp.5.230.581.646,07 and maintenance costs of Rp. 261.529.082,30. From the results obtained, flexible pavement using the 1993 AASHTO method has agreate thickness with lower implementation and maintenance costs than rigid pavement using the 2017 Road Pavement Manual method.
