Abstract

Desa Tampaksiring dan Desa Manukaya adalah desa destinasi wisata Bali. Desa Tampaksiring memiliki objek wisata Pura Gunung Kawi dan Desa Manukaya memiliki objek wisata Pura Tirtha Empul. Kedua objek wisata ini memiliki tinggalan arkeologis yang unik dan panorama yang indah, yang ramai dikunjungi oleh wisatawan mancanegara, domestik dan lokal. Sayangnya, keindahan objek wisata ini tidak didukung oleh kondisi trotoar Jalan Raya Tampasiring sebagai jalan akses utama menuju kedua objek wisata tersebut. Trotoar sebagai bangunan pelengkap yang terintegrasi dengan jalan dapat mendukung nilai estetika suatu kawasan wisata, apabila penampilan trotoar bersih, indah danrapi. Kondisi riiltrotoar di lapangan tidaklah demikian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kondisi trotoar di jalan Raya Tampaksiring dalam mendukung desa destinasi Tampaksiring dan Manukaya. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengamatan (observasi) langsung di lapangan dengan berjalan kaki, yaitu di ruas Jalan Raya Tampaksiringyang dibagi dalam dua segmen jalan. Segmen I dari Pasar Desa Tampaksiring sampai Simpang Patung Dewa Indra, sepanjang ± 1,2 km, lebar perkerasanjalan 8.00 meter. dan Segmen II dari Simpang Patung Dewa Indra sampai dengan simpang jalan akses Pura Tirta Empul, sepanjang ± 0,9 km dengan lebar perkerasan jalan 6,5 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa penyimpangan fungsi dan geometrik trotoar di lapangan. Pada Segmen I kondisitrotoar antara lain: (1) rata dengan permukaan perkerasan jalan; (2) trotoar berlubang; (3) trotoar sebagai ruang parkir; (4) trotoar dengan penampilam kereb yang kotor; dan (5) trotoar tanpa paving stone untuk orang berkebutuhan khusus. Pada Segmen II terdapat trotoar sepanjang ± 100 meter, setelah itu tidak ada kelanjutannya. Jalan tidak dilengkapi trotoar. Dengan berbagai penyimpangan tersebut, trotoar tidak hanya membahayakan pejalan kaki, tetapi juga tidak mendukung nilai estetika atau keindahan Desa Tampasiring dan Desa Manukaya sebagai kawasan wisata Kabupaten Gianyar.

Abstract

This community service aims to further enrich insight into the condition of road pavement construction and complementary buildings (road drainage and culverts) on environmental roads in Sibanggede Traditional Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. non-governmental activities in maintaining the condition of road pavement construction as access in carrying out various activities, through the activity "Socialization of the Use of Digital Literacy in the Community in Maintenance Works of Road Construction and Complementary Buildings". Data was collected using the methods of interview, observation, and documentation. The stages of service activities include: initial survey and data inventory, location measurement, calculation of RAB and design drawings, video content creation activities related to community service activities for the use of digital literacy in road construction maintenance work and complementary buildings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of carrying out public passenger transportation which is influenced by the population, potential residents to travel and ownership of private vehicles, by examining the Wangaya-Sangeh-Pelaga Terminal Route. The data collection method is by downloading secondary data from BPS Denpasar City and BPS Badung Regency in 2020. The secondary data required in each sub-district / village are: population; number of households; number of potential residents to travel (aged 5-65 years); ownership of 4-wheeled vehicles (cars); and ownership of two-wheeled vehicles (motorbikes). The data analysis method used is the Guidelines for the Delivery of General Passenger Transportation from the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Decree No. SK.687 / AJ.206 / DRJD / 2002. Of the fifteen sub-districts / villages that the Wanagaya-Sangeh-Pelaga Terminal Route route passes, only four sub-districts / villages are eligible to be included in the AUP service area, meeting the N> R requirements. Eleven other kelurahan / villages cannot be included in the transportation management area. general passenger. Thus, the Wangaya-Sangeh-Pelaga Terminal Route is not suitable for public passenger transportation.

Abstract

Driver satisfaction in making a trip is influenced by the quality of parking services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of parking attendants and parking facilities on the satisfaction of car park users on Jalan Ngurah Rai, in Gianyar City, which is currently working on revitalizing traditional markets with modern concepts. Research using survey methods, distributing questionnaires to obtain 100 sheets of parking service user perception data. The results of the analysis show that the regression equation obtained is Y = 2.354 + 0.281 X1 + 0.672 X2. The parking attendant and parking facilities variables both partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the user satisfaction variable. Value of Sig. variable parking attendant and parking facilities respectively 0.000 < 0.05. The value of tcount for parking attendants and parking facilities are 9,500 and 20.921, respectively > ttable = 1.9872. Fcount = 312.296 > 0.025324. The ability of the parking attendant and parking facilities variable in influencing the user satisfaction variable is quite large, as indicated by the coefficient value. determination (R2) of 86.3%.

Abstract

Road pavement is a layer structure located above the subgrade, there is a layer of upper foundation and sub-base which each layer consists of compacted aggregates which have a function to transmit stress due to wheel load. There are 3 road pavements, asphalt or flexible pavement, concrete/ rigid pavement (rigid pavement) and composite pavement (Composit pavement). In determining pavement thickness there are several methods to use, including in this study using the 1993 AASHTO method for flexible pavements and the 2017 Road Pavement Manual method (Bina Marga 2017) for rigid pavements. The location of this research is located on Jalan Celukan Bawang – Pelabuhan, Kec. Gerokgak, Kab. Buleleng. This final project aims to determine the comparison of flexible pavement thickness using the 1993 AASHTO method compared to rigid pavement using the 2017 Highways method and the comparison of implementation costs and maintenance costs on flexible0pavement0and rigid pavement0with0a design life of 10 years. From the results of calculations that have been carried out, the 1993 AASHTO method produces a total thickness of 61 cm with an implementation cost of Rp. 2.363.603.825,33 and maintenance costs of Rp 118.180.191,27, and the 2017 Road Pavement Manual method produces a total thickness of 54.5 cm with an implementation cost of Rp.5.230.581.646,07 and maintenance costs of Rp. 261.529.082,30. From the results obtained, flexible pavement using the 1993 AASHTO method has agreate thickness with lower implementation and maintenance costs than rigid pavement using the 2017 Road Pavement Manual method.

Abstract

The performance of an urban public transport plays an important role in accommodating population mobility and realizing sustainable transportation. The performance of public transport can be influenced by several factors, including the quality of public transport services themselves and the accessibility of the roads they pass. Service quality concerns arrival frequency, waiting time, travel time and so on. Road accessibility is influenced by the presence of side barriers, such as parking vehicles on the road, vehicles in and out, slow vehicles, and so on. This study analyzes the exogenous latent variables of Service Quality and Road Accessibility that affect the endogenous variables of Public Transportation Performance in Gianyar Regency, especially on the Batubulan-Ubud Terminal Route. The method of collecting community perception data is by distributing 250 questionnaires to respondents who live along the Batubulan-Ubud Terminal Route Corridor. The data analysis method used Statistical Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. Validity and reliability tests were carried out using the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the quality of public transportation services had a significant positive effect, with p value = 0.18 <0.05, path coefficient 0.049. Road accessibility also has a significant positive effect, with p value = 0.035 < 0.05, coefficient. line 0.225. The Goodness of Fit test also fulfills parameters such as: Chi-square count 66.27 < Chi-square table 81.381; Probability 0.332 0.05; CMIN/DF 1.069 2.00; GFI 0.961 0.960; AGFI 0.943 0.90; TLI 0.995 0.950; CFI 0.995 0.95; RMSEA 0.000 0.08 all meet. The performance of public transportation on the Batubulan-Ubud Terminal Route is considered very bad due to poor service quality and road accessibility.

Abstract

Pengembangan perumahan adalah instansi atau pelaku usaha yang yang mengembangkan sebuah area atau kawasan dengan membangun hunian seperti rumah atau apartemen. Pengembangan proyek perumahan Gedong Pulukan Residence yaitu pembangunan perumahan bersubsidi atau perumahan sederhana sehat yang terletak di Desa Pulukan Kecamatan Pekutatan Kabupaten Jembrana Bali dengan luas tanah/unit 80 m2 dan luas rumah seluas 60 m2 yang ditangani oleh PT. Sebagian besar dari proyek perumahan mengalami kegagalan. Kegagalan sering terjadi pada proyek yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya Faktor Desain dan Dokumentasi, Managerial, Sumber Daya, dan Faktor Lingkungan. Untuk mengetahui faktor dan sub faktor yang mempengaruhi kegagalan proyek merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada narasumber yang terpilih, data yang diperoleh dilakukan uji validitas untuk memastikan bahwa data tersebut valid sehingga dilakukan uji reliabilitas yang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa variabel yang digunakan tersebut reliabel, kemudian data yang sudah valid dan reliabel diolah menggunakan SPSS 26 dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Setelah dilakukan analisis didapatkan faktor lingkungan dengan nilai mean 3,75 adalah faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap keterlambatan proyek, sedangkan sub faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan proyek adalah sub faktor pengaruh keamanan lingkungan terhadap keamanan proyek dengan nilai mean sebesar 4.0.

Abstract

Pejalan kaki berperan penting dalam sistem transportasi, dimana karakteristik dan fasilitas pejalan kaki merupakan bagian integral dari sistem transportasi. Berjalan kaki adalah suatu kegiatan transportasi yang paling mendasar. Hampir semua aktivitas transportasi diawali dan diakhiri dengan berjalan kaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan tingkat pelayanan fasilitas pejalan kaki pada trotoar ruas Jalan Raya Ubud, jalan utama yang terletak di kawasan wisata Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar. Koridor ruas Jalan Raya Ubud mempunyai bangkitan perjalanan tinggi ditandai dengan banyaknya pusat-pusat kegiatan pariwisata. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survei lapangan untuk mendapatkan data jumlah pejalan kaki dan waktu tempuh pejalan kaki. Survei dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, Sabtu, Minggu, dan Senin, jam 09.00 - 18.00 WITA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pejalan kaki adalah: Arus pejalan kaki tertinggi 3.88 org/m/mnt <= 6.5 org/m/mnt; Kecepatan rata-rata ruang pejalan kaki tertinggi 83.33 m/mnt >= 79 m/mnt; Kepadatan pejalan kaki tertinggi 0.047 org/m2; dan Ruang pejalan kaki tertinggi sebesar 37.04 org/m2 >= 12.00 org/m2. Berdasarkan Metode HCM 1985, dari besarnya arus, kecepatan rata-rata ruang, dan ruang pejalan kaki, diperoleh tingkat pelayanan trotoar termasuk kategori A, tetapi sejumlah perbaikan trotoar perlu dilakukan dalam rangka mendukung Ubud sebagai kawasan Wisata Internasional.

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan peristiwa di jalan yang menyebabkan korban mengalami luka ringan, luka berat, bahkan meninggal dunia, selain kerugian waktu, finansial dan sebagainya. Kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di Kota Denpasar didominasi oleh sepeda motor (SPM). Penyebab kecelakaan yang dialami pengemudi sepeda motor sebagian besar akibat perilaku pengemudi dalam berkendara. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor peluang terjadinya kecelakaan pengemudi sepeda motor yang terjadi di Kota Denpasar. Sebanyak 16 indikator digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur peluang terjadinya kecelakaan. Pengumpulan data persepsi berskala Likert disebarkan kepada 400 responden yang berdomisili di Kota Denpasar. Data persepsi dianalisis menggunakan metode confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) pada SEM AMOS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan, hasil uji validitas memenuhi dengan seluruh nilai p < 0,05, dan seluruh nilai loading factor (λ) > 0,60, dan hasil uji reliabilitas dengan nilai construct reliability (CR) sebesar 0,982 > 0,70 dan average variance extracted (AVE) 0,786 > 0,50. Data berdistribusi normal dan tidak mengandung data outlier. Delapan indeks kecocokan juga sudah terpenuhi. Dari 16 indikator yang dilibatkan, hanya 8 indikator yang secara signifikan dapat mengukur faktor peluang terjadinya kecelakaan. Kedelapan indikator itu dengan faktor loadingnya (λ) adalah: Mengemudi dengan kecepatan tinggi (Y1) (0,903), Membuntuti kendaraan terlalu dekat (Y2) (0,887), Mendahului dengan berpindah jalur secara zig-zag (Y3) (0,894), Melanggar rambu-rambu lalu lintas (Y6) (0,884), Berbelok tanpa menyalakan lampu sen (Y7) (0,896), Mengemudi sambil menggunakan ponsel (Y12) (0,896), Mengemudi usai minum alkohol (Y13) (0,869), dan Berbelok tanpa mengurangi kecepatan (Y15) (0,881).

Abstract

Implementing occupational health and environmental safety aspects is very important in project implementation. In addition to accelerating work, safety for workers is essential and must be considered. In the implementation of the project in Bali, Tri Hita Karana was carried out to maintain the stability and smoothness of the project. However, limited literature still reveals the relationship between these aspects. This study aims to evaluate and analyze the application model of occupational health and environmental safety based on Tri Hita Karana in the Pura Agung Jagatnatha Improvement Project in Denpasar City. A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach was used to evaluate each variable in the Tri Hita Karana component, including Parahyangan (X1), Pawongan (X2), and Palemahan (X3), on occupational health and environmental safety (Y). Two hundred selected respondents were given questionnaires to evaluate each hypothesis. The sampling technique uses total sampling with a research time of 6 months, and the model is analyzed using SEM–AMOS. The results show that the application of the Tri Hita Karana to occupational health and environmental safety has positive and significant consequences (p < 0.05) in the aspects of Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan. The mathematical model built is Y = 0.548X1 + 0.423X2 + 0.211X3, which means that a change in the Parahyangan value has a direct effect on the application of OHSE by 0.548 times, a change in the value of Pawongan has a direct effect on the application of OHSE by 0.423 times and a change in the value of Palemahan will directly affect the application of OHSE by 0.211 times. Hence, it is hoped that project implementers in Bali will be guided by implementing occupational health and environmental safety based on Tri Hita Karana.
