Abstract

Badung Regency is one of the districts that has a very high intensity level of vehicle movement. This is because the Badung district in general in the province of Bali is the entry point for land transportation traffic from western Indonesia, in this case from the islands of Sumatra and Java to the province of Bali. Jalan Denpasar Gilimanuk is one of the busiest national roads in the province of Bali, this is because Jalan Denpasar Gilimanuk is a road that acts as a connecting artery between the islands of Sumatra, Java, Bali and Lombok. Most of all types of logistics transportation involving the province of Bali pass through this Denpasar Gilimanuk road. Given its dense intensity, the Denpasar Gilimanuk road often experiences traffic jams, especially in the Mengwi District segment, Badung Regency. The method used in calculating the performance of this road section is to use the calculation method from MKJI (1997). In calculating the performance analysis of road sections using the MKJI method, it is influenced by several factors, namely basic capacity, road width, road separation, side barriers and city size. From the results of the analysis it was found that the peak traffic hours on Jalan Denpasar Gilimanuk were at 11.30-12.30, the traffic volume obtained from the field survey was 2889.6 pcu/hour. The road capacity obtained from the results of the analysis is 3446 pcu/hour. By comparing the value of the volume with the capacity (V/C Ratio) the value of the degree of saturation (DS) is 0.83. From the results of the analysis, when plotted into the table, Minister of Transportation Regulation No. KM 14 of 2006, it can be concluded that the service level for the Denpasar Gilimanuk road during peak hours is at the service level "D".

Abstract

Current technological developments greatly influence construction projects, both in material procurement and contract models. Specifically for dealing with natural disasters with short recovery times, a Design and Build contract model is used. In the Pangsan Bridge Construction Project, the contractor procured precast concrete beams (Girders) which were produced at the factory and the installation process was carried out at the project. This contract is determined by direct appointment and this Regulation has been issued in PERPRES No. 54 of 2010 Article 38 Paragraph 1 stipulates that direct appointment of 1 (one) provider of Construction work/Other Services can be done in the case of exclusive circumstances; and/or Procurement of special goods/specific construction work/other services of a special nature. The precast concrete girder beam measures 0.65 m x 0.90 m with a length of 15.6 m, and is molded into 3 parts whose strength has been calculated. In terms of processing time, it is faster and costs more than conventional concrete. With production outside the project completion time is 1,5 months faster at a higher cost of 4,5 billion The length of conventional concrete is due to the implementation method which must be sequential and interrelated with a smaller cost of 3,8 billion So to meet the short time, the precast method is used even though it costs more.

Abstract

Beberapa penelitian telah dilakukan terkait bahan pengganti dalam campuran beton, namun masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam menemukan bahan yang dapat sepenuhnya menggantikan komponen utama dalam pencampuran beton. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengadopsi metode eksperimen di laboratorium Universitas Pendidikan Nasional Denpasar dengan membuat benda uji silinder berdiameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm, yang kemudian menjalani tahap perawatan selama 28 hari. Variasi penambahan abu sekam padi dalam komposisi beton direncanakan sebesar 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15%, dengan menggunakan faktor air semen sebesar 0,5. Sebanyak 16 benda uji dipersiapkan, dengan setiap variasinya memiliki 4 benda uji. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan menunjukkan bahwa nilai tertinggi dari rata-rata kuat tekan beton terdapat pada beton dengan komposisi abu sekam padi 5%, mencapai 15,19 MPa. Sementara itu, nilai terendah terdapat pada komposisi abu sekam padi 15%, yaitu sebesar 4,47 MPa. Meskipun demikian, nilai tersebut masih berada di bawah kuat tekan beton normal. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bahwa penambahan abu sekam padi dapat memengaruhi kuat tekan beton, dan hasilnya dapat bervariasi tergantung pada jumlah abu sekam padi yang ditambahkan. Meskipun nilai kuat tekan pada beberapa komposisi masih di bawah beton normal dimana beton normal memiliki nilai kuat tekan beton sebsesar 16,89 MPa, penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam mencari bahan pengganti yang lebih efektif dalam campuran beton.

Abstract

Adapun judul pada penelitian ini adalah “Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu Iso 9001:2015 Terhadap Kinerja Dan Produktivitas Karyawan Pt. Tunas Jaya Sanur Denpasar.” Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana ISO 9001:2015 berkontribusi terhadap Kinerja dan Produktivitas Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan 16 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik, yaitu analisis regresi berganda yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Ms. Excel dan SPSS 2023. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ISO 9001:2015 secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dan Produktivitas Pegawai. Hasil tersebut memberikan gambaran yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja maupun produktivitas karyawan di PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur Denpasar.

Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi di SMP 15 Denpasar mengalami keterlambatan akibat perubahan waktu kerja di minggu ke-14. Hal ini mengakibatkan pekerjaan konstruksi mengalami keterlambatan sebesar 5,51% pada minggu ke-17 yang seharusnya sudah mencapai 56,20%, namun realisasi di lapangan hanya mencapai 50,69% dengan waktu yang tersedia 61 hari. Jadi, perlu dilakukan percepatan dengan menambah waktu kerja (lembur) 3 jam per hari dengan metode least cost analysis. Analisis dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi sisa pekerjaan proyek hingga mendapatkan lintasan kritis, lalu melakukan crashing program dimulai dari cost slope terendah sehingga diperoleh perubahan waktu dan biaya yang optimum. Hasil analisis dengan metode least cost analysis didapatkan bahwa biaya sisa proyek akibat keterlambatan sebesar Rp. 922.060.863,3. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk mencapai waktu kontrak menjadi Rp. 908.571.018,01. Sedangkan waktu dan biaya optimum proyek didapat 60 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 908.191.705,56.
