Abstract

ABSTRACTAlong with the advancement of the times and technological advances, humans arerequired to be able to have quality skills to meet a better standard of living.Therefore, if human resources can be utilized effectively and efficiently will beuseful to support sustainable economic growth. The problem now is how to createhuman resources that can produce productivity optimally, so that corporate goalsare achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influenceof motivation, work environment and organizational culture on employeeperformance in the BPR. Gunung Ringgit Malang.The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of motivation, workenvironment and organizational culture on employee performance. Methods ofdata analysis in this study using quantitative methods with data managementtechniques using multiple regression analysis. Data were collected throughquestionnaires. Questionnaires are distributed to BPR employees. GunungRinggit Malang. Measurements are made with the likert scale 1 to 5. The resultshows that motivation and work environment have a significant effect onemployee performance, whereas organizational culture has a significant influenceon employee performance.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture andEmployee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine whether there is a relationshipbetween the variables studied and then analyzed by hypothesis. This type ofresearch is a type of explanatory research where the study explains therelationship between the variables. The result of this research can be observedthat jointly motivation variable (X1), perception (X2), personality (X3), attitude(X4) have a significant influence simultaneously to Honda brand motorcyclepurchase decision (Y). Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study aims to determine and analyze which among the variables ofresponsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy and direct evidence thatpredominantly affect the level of patient satisfaction in Puskesmas Sub DistrictPragaan Sumenep regency. Type of method used in this research is surveymethod. This method means that this study takes samples from the population anduses questionnaires (questionnaires) as the main data collection instrument. Inaddition, also conducted in-depth interviews to complete the data needed. Basedon the results of research can be concluded that the responsiveness affects patientsatisfaction, Based on the results of research that the reliability affect patientsatisfaction, Based on the results of research note that the variable assuranceaffect patient satisfaction, Based on the results known that the variable empathyaffect patient satisfaction and That the variable of direct evidence have an effecton to patient satisfaction.Keywords: Quality of Service, Guarantees and Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the description of Islamic Work Ethics, JobSatidfaction and Employee Permformance, and to determine the Influence ofIslamic Work Ethics and Joba Satisfaction on Employee Performance. Thisresearch was conducted on empoyees at the Departemen of Women Empowermentand Child Protetion Kab. East Kutai. The number of respondents is 40 and is asensus study. The metod used in this study is qualitative data in tefor ofquestionnaires are quantized by means of interval scale in order to analyze itsinfluence through using multiple linear regression. The results showed that theaverage value of respondents' answers on Islamic Work Ethics is good enough,the average value of Job Satisfaction is still lacking, and the average value ofEmployee Performance is good enough. From this research is also known thatIslamic Work Ethics with indicators: Strong and reliable; Intention to work;Honest and fair; Work for yourself and others; Hard Work has a positive effect onEmployee Performance. Job Satisfaction with indicators: Salary; Facilities /equipment; The work itself; Recognition or praise has no effect on EmployeePerformance.Keyword : Islamic Work Ethics, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performane.

Abstract

ABSTRACTNature tourism is a from of tourism activities that utilize the potential ofnatural resources and environmental order. Natural tourism omah wood is atourism that has a concept of tourism made of wood that is founded on pine treesthat grow on the slopes of many mountains. Beautiful scenery that can be enjoyedin natural attractions omah wood is the main attraction for visitors to stay or thetourists who come just to take pictures. Because of the interest of visiting can leadto public perceptions about nature tourism. The problem formulation in thisresearch is how influence of perception of value, brand perception and priceperception to the interest of visiting the tourists who exist in natural tourism omahwood. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze how the influenceperseption value, brand perception and price perceptions of visiting interest innatural tourism omah wood. Population in this study is the visitors of naturaltourism wooden urban stone. Samples taken in this study as many as 2000samples with the method of purposive sampling. Data type used is primary data.This type of research is hypothesis testing research. Using multiple linearmethods. The conclusion of this study is the variable of perception of value have asignificant effect on the interest of visiting. Variable perseption brandsignificantly influence the interest of visiting, variable perception of price have asignificant effect on the interest of visiting. The variables of perception of value,brand perception and price perception simultaneously have a significant effect oninterest in visiting.Keywords : Value Perception, Brand Perception, Price Perception,VisitingInterest, Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to know and analyze Product, Price and Location simultaneously affect the buying decision in LJ. Self-service STAR and Product variables, Price partially effect on buying decision in LJ. The self-service STAR and Location have no partial effect on the buying decision in LJ. STAR self-service. The sampling technique using Accidental sampling is by the sample landing of anyone who by chance meet with the researcher can be used as a sample with the condition that the person who happened to be found suitable as a data source. Data analysis tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of this study note that the value of Fhitung 36.971> Ftable 3.09 so it can be concluded that Products, Prices and Locations affect simultaneously to the decision to buy in LJ. STAR self-service. As well as Product variables, Price affects partially on buying decision in LJ. The self-service and location STAR has no partial effect on the buying decision in LJ. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence between work environment, motivation and ability to the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative research. Respondents in this study are employees in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Malang Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 53 employees. Data collection method used is to spread the questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the work environment variables and the ability to affect the performance of employees partially. While the variable of motivation does not affect the variable performance of employees partially. Simultaneously work environment variables, motivation and ability affect the performance of employees.Key words: performance, work environment, motivation, ability

Abstract

ABSTRACTPerformance in the organization is the answer to the success or failure ofcorporate goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of theinfluence of organizational commitment, satisfaction and appreciation ofemployee performance in Rural Bank Rakyat Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang. Thepurpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of OrganizationalCommitment, Satisfaction and Appreciation on Employee Performance at PT.BPR Gunung Ringgit Malang.The result of research shows that the three variables of OrganizationalCommitment, Satisfaction and Reward have significant influence to dependentvariable that is Rredit Bank Rakyat Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang. The biggestsignificant impact on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Gunung Ringgit Malangis on Organizational Commitment variable with Regression coefficient of 0,469then followed by variable of appreciation with regression coefficient equal to0,380 next variable Satisfaction with regression coefficient equal to 0,097. Fromthe results of the analysis can be taken a conclusion that OrganizationalCommitment is the dominant factor that has the greatest influence on the level ofPerformance of Rural Bank employees Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Satisfaction, Employee Awards andPerformance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect ofsimultaneous and partial influence of service to the satisfaction of hospitalUniversity in Malang.The population used in this study were all 111 class nurse patients inIslamic University hospital Malang. Sample selection using slovin folmulas.Basedon kereteria, obtained 61 respondents who are samples in this research. Methodused in this research using regression method linear multiple.Based on the results of the analysis can be put forward some conclusionsas follows: 1) Simultaneous direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness,assurance, and attention have an effect on patient satisfaction in hospital ofIslamic University Malang. 2) Partially direct evidence have a positive significanteffect on patient satisfaction in Islamic University hospital Malang. 3) Secarapartial reliability has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction inhospital Malang University. 4) Secara partial response has a significant positiveeffect on patient satisfaction in Islamic University hospital Malang. 5) Partiallyguarantee has a siginificant in Islamic University hospital Malang. 6) Secarapartial attention has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction in hospitalIslamic Malang University.Keywords: direct evidence, reliability, response, assurance, attention and patientsatisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of motivation, discipline,satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. ANUGERAH PUTRASIANTAN Songsong Singosari Malang. The research was conducted by usingexplanatory method with quantitative method on PT. ANUGERAH PUTERASIANTAN Songsong Singosari Malang. Data collection was done by distributingquestionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 57 productionemployees. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results ofresearch show that the description of the research results showed that employeejob satisfaction influence on employee performance, work discipline employeesaffect employee performance, employee motivation has no effect on performance.Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Satisfaction and employee performance.
