ABSTRACTTo generate an appropriate and profitable investment decision, investorsneed to forecast capital market changes. In doing the forecasting, investors needto analyze the macroeconomic changes that are and will happen. The observationof changes in some macroeconomic variables such as inflation, interest rates ofIndonesian bank certificates, the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar andreliable foreign investment can help investors in forecasting and makinginvestment decisions.High inflation and bank interest rates will cause the company's operatingexpenses to be heavier and will affect the financial performance of the businessentity. On the other hand, rising interest rates is a promising investmentopportunity for deposit investors. As exchange rate trends continue to rise,investors tend to shift their capital to the foreign exchange market, in the hope ofgaining a higher return than investing in stocks, otherwise the decline in foreignexchange rates will lead to an increase in investment in stocks. All this willultimately affect the interest of foreign investors in investing their capital.Data used as sample in this research is inflation data, interest rate of SBI,exchange rate of rupiah to US dollar, which is limited to data closing everyquarter during period between year 2012 until year 2016 which is 20 observation.The data is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia.The type of this research is explanatory researce and the method of analysis usedis multiple regression to explain the influence between independent variable anddependent variable. The result of this research shows significant influence ofrupiah exchange rate and SBI interest rate, to foreign investment. While inflationhas no effect on Foreign Investment.

ABSTRACTWork effectiveness is one of the goals of job implementation. This can beachieved if the implementation of work in accordance with the requirementsrequired by the job. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there isinfluence of work motivation, and work discipline on the effectiveness ofemployees at Yayasan Sunan Kalijogo Jabung-Malang. The purpose of this studyis also to determine the extent to which the influence of work motivation, andwork discipline on the effectiveness of employees at Yayasan Sunan KalijogoJabung-Malang.The results of this study partially prove that the variable of work motivationdoes not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employees with asignificance value of 0.075 or above 0.05 and has the lowest coefficient of 0.317,while the variable work discipline partially have a significant effect on theeffectiveness Employee work with a significance value of 0.007 or below 0.05 andhas a coefficient value above the motivation variable is 0.472.But simultaneously these two variables are very influential on theeffectiveness of employees at the Foundation Sunan Kalijogo Jabung Malang,because the value obtained F test of 9,253 with a significance level of 0,000 whichis smaller than 0.005. From the results of the analysis can be taken a conclusionthat the variables of work motivation, and work discipline have a positiveinfluence on the effectiveness of employee work on Yayasan Sunan KalijogoJabung-Malang. However, the work discipline variable is the dominant factorwhich has the greatest influence to the level of effectiveness of the employee'swork at Yayasan Sunan Kalijogo Jabung-Malang.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Effectiveness OfEmployees

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of StoreAtmosphere, Promotion and Service to Purchase Decision in Indomaret Tlogomas No19-20 Malang. Population in Research All consumers Indomaret Tlogomas No 19-20Malang. The sample used is consumer Indomaret Tlogomas No 19-20 Malang. Thesampling technique that is accidental sampling and samples in this study as much as 99respondents.Based on the results of this study it is known that the independent variablessimultaneously affect Significant to the dependent variable known value F arithmetic20.344 with the value of sig 0,000 <0.05 then H1 received, meaning the variableAtmospheric store, Promotion and Service simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision.And the variable Atmospheric store, known value t Count 4.050 with a value of 0.000sig, <0.05 means partial effect partially purchase decision. Promotional variable isknown value of t arithmetic 4,636 with value sig 0,000 <0,05 meaning promotionvariable partially influence to decision of purchase. Service Variables is known value oft arithmetic 5,776 with value of sig 0,000 <0,05 meaning service variable partiallyinfluence to purchasing decision.Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Promotion, Service and Purchase Decision.

One that the company doeswith respectto the achievement of its objectives is to improve employees workperformance with the expectation that the products achieved will increase and canmaster the wider market.The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of simultaneous financial andnon financial incentives affect the performance of imployees of PT.Bank RakyatIndonesia (Persero) Tbk, to analyze the influence of partially financial and nonfinancial incentives affect the perfomance of employees of PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia(Persero) Tbk, and to analyze among the financial and non financial incentives thathave a dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT.Bank RakyatIndonesia (Persero)Tbk,.Population in this research is 225 employees in PT.BRI and 69 employees.Sampling technique is random sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regressiontest F and T test. The results of the study proved financial omcentives and non financialincentives partiallysignificant effect on employee performance at PT.Bank RakyatIndonesia (Persero)tbk. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether the financial analysis can be used as a way of doing the assessment of financial work performance in real estate company PT Revona Malang. The selected research object is property company that is PT. RevonaCipta Property Malang with research period of 2012 until 2016. This research is replication of development and including research type Explanatory Reseach.Based on the ratio analysis it can be seen that the development of the general condition of the company from year to year has fluctuated in the sense that the company's ratio condition is down and up depending on the purchasing power of the people and the current economic policies as well as the ability of the company's management to apply its capabilities.With fluctuating assets used and with increased sales, the profit before taxes received by the company after 2014 should also increase. But it is unfortunate that the increased sales are not followed by a stable cost of goods sold. But it tends to increase. From the results of the study also can be seen that the variance of companies aimed through profit before taxes showed unfavorable variance. This means that the realization of planning of the company's activities is under the established budget.Keywords: Financial Analysis, Job Performance, Ratio Analysis

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether the Marketing Mix consisting ofProduct, Price, Place and Promotion, influence the purchasing decision at Batuwonderland Shopping Center as well as analyze the most dominant factors thatinfluence it.The research method used is quantitative method with interview data collectiontechnique and questionnaire. The population in this study were the visitors andwho had visited the wonderland stone shopping center and samples taken as muchas 97 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique is the technique ofdetermining the sample based on certain considerations (purposive sampling).After the distribution of questionnaires, the results of the questionnaire wereanalyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis of path analysis (spss),determination coefficient and hypothesis test.The result of the research shows that marketing mix consisting of product, price,place, and promotion have positive and significant effect to purchasing decisionat wonderland stone shopping center and promotion variable has the mostdominant influence on purchasing decision at Batu wonderland shopping center.The conclusion of this research is that the better the marketing mix strategyapplied, the purchasing decision will increase.Keywords : product, price, place, promotion, buying dicision

ABSTRACTSince 1996, capital market development in Indonesia have a tremendousdrowth . In this research the writer will discuss about stock split factor andtrading volume which can influence stock liquidity. The purpose of this study are:(1) To know and analyze whether stock split and trading volume simultaneouslyaffect on stock liquidity at companies that go public in c. (2) To know and analyzewhether stock split and trading volume have partial effect to liquidity of share atcompany which go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. (3) To know and analyzewhich among the stock split and trading volume that dominantly influence theliquidity of shares in companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange.This research uses the type of research that is replication of development,when viewed from its type, this research includes Explanatory Reseach. Thisresearch takes samples from the population using Purposive Sampling techniqueor Judgment Sampling method. The result of this research is simultaneously, stocksplit and trading volume have significant effect to stock liquidity. Partially, stocksplit variable has significant effect on stock liquidity and trading volume has noeffect on stock liquidity. ABSTRACTThis research was aimed to investigate the influence of online marketingand perception of the price to the decision of the purchase of "three second"products in students of the faculty the economic 2013-2015 UNISMA .Thepopulation of this research is all students of the faculty the economic 2013-2015UNISMA. Sample taken by using the method accidental sampling in order toobtain 94 of respondents who qualified in the sample .This research using theprimary data and and multiple regression analysis method.The result of this research shows that the variable of online marketing haspositive and insignificant effect to the decision of the purchase , the variableprice of perception has negative and significant effect to the decision of thepurchase .Simultaneously variable marketing online , and perception of the pricehave significant influence to the decision of the purchase .Keywords:Online Marketing, Perception Of The Price, Decision Of ThePurchase.

ABSTRACTThe increasingly tight business environment requires companies to have goodfinancial performance. Financial performance can be seen from the company'sfinancial statements in the previous period because it can as a reflection ofperformance for the next period with a certain calculation. This study aims todetermine the comparison of financial performance of PT TelekomunikasiIndonesiaTbk and PT Indosat Tbk from 2006 to 2015. The method used in thisstudy is qualitative data in the form of annual financial statements calculatedusing the curent ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, return on Asset, netprofit margin, total asset turnover and economic value added (EVA). The resultsshow that the average value of the curent ratio, debt to equity ratio, return onequity, return on assets, net profit margin, and total asset turnover average valueof PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk better than PT Indosat Tbk. While theaverage value of economic value added (EVA) of PT Telekomunikasi IndonesiaTbk is better than PT Indosat Tbk.Keywords: Financial Ratios, Economic Value Added, Financial Performance
