Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style on employee performance of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk. Dinoyo branch either partially or together. The population and sample are all 41 employees. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 14. Sampling technique using census method and data testing technique used in this research include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing research.The results showed that partially motivation does not significantly affect employee performance while job satisfaction and leadership style significantly influence employee performance. Together shows that job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Leadership Style and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this research is: 1) to analyze the influence of the hotel tax on the Local Revenue, 2) to analyze the influence of the restaurant  tax on the Local Revenue, 3) to analyze the influence of the entertainment tax on the Local Revenue               The research object used in this study is the local revenue that derived from hotel taxes, restaurant taxes and entertainment taxes in 2012 – 2016. Based on the results of this study show that the hotel tax has a positive and significant influence on local revenue in 2012 – 2016, this can be shown by the significant of the hotel tax is 0,000 < 0,05. The analysis of this study indicates that restaurant taxes have an influence on local revenue. Restaurant tax has a positive and significant influence on local revenue in 2012 – 2016, this can be shown by the significant of the restaurant tax is 0,004 < 0,05. The analysis of this study indicates that restaurant taxes have an influence on local revenue. Entertainment tax has a positive and significant influence on local revenue in 2012 – 2016, this can be shown by the significant of the enterteinment tax is 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of certification on the performance of teachers in the learning process, knowing the influence of teacher welfare on teacher performance in the learning process. The location of this research is at Jl. Pesantren III Mojosari Kepanjen Malang post code 65163, Mojosari Village, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency. Samples taken as many as 32 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method used is quantitative method that is by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the certification has a positive influence on teacher performance in the learning process at Miftahul Huda Kepanjen foundation, teacher welfare has a positive influence on teacher performance in the learning process at Yayasan Miftahul Huda Kepanjen.Keywords: Certification, teacher welfare, teacher performance in learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: a) know and analyzepartial of price (x1) service (x2) location (x3) and product diversity (x4) on purchase buying decision (Y) in Alkhaibar minimarket. b) to know and analyze the effect of  simultaneous price, service, location and product diversity in Alkhaibar minimarket. this researchs explanatory researchs with quantitave approach. The data source of this research is the spread of a list of questions (questionnaire) to consumers Alkhaibar minimarket. The data used is primary and secondary. This  analyze uses SPSS data. This results in tis research showed that price, service, location and product diversity purchases buying decision. Key word- price, service, location and product diversity

Abstract

ABSTRACT                          The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of E-Commerce strategy, service performance and satisfaction as moderating variable to customer loyalty of Bank BRI Unisma Malang. Partially to customer loyalty of Bank BRI Unisma Malang. The sampling technique using purposive sampling is a technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. Data analysis tool used in this research is Simple Linear Regression Analysis And Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA)                   Based on the results of this study note that E-Commerce Strategy variables directly affect customer loyalty, Service Performance variables directly affect customer loyalty. While the interaction Variable E-Commerce Strategy and Customer Satisfaction does not directly affect customer loyalty and Service Performance and Customer Satisfaction does not directly affect customer loyalty.Keyword : E-Commerce Strategy, Service Performance, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to determine the influence of Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Based on the results of this study that positive and significant Leadership on Employee Performance this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 1.987 and a significant value of 0.050. Compensation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 2.594 and significant value of 0.011. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of the variable coefficient of 4.422 and a significant value of 0.000. Organizational Commitment positive and insignificant to Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 0.256 and significant value of 0.799. As well as the significant value of Fuji 0,000 <0.05, where H04 is accepted, which means there are some free variables that have the ability to explain the dependent variable (Employee Performance).Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis reseach aimed to examine the effect of Financial leverage, Third party funds, interest rate of bank Indonesia certificates on bank Profitability. The sampel used in this reseach is a commercial bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 to 2015 period. To obtain valid results, the sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sampel of 12 banks. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classic assumption (multicollinearity test, heteroskedastistas test, autocorrelation test), the hypotheses using partial test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test).T test result showe that Financial leverage significant impact on Profitability, Third party funds positive and significant impact on Profitability, interest rate SBI significant on impact Profitability. While the F test shows that Financial leverage, Third party funds and SBI interest rates together have a significant effect on Profitability.Keywords : financial leverage, Third Party funds, interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI), Profitability. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedoconic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion to Impulse Buying in Malang Twon Square, Olympic Garden Mall, study on the students of Faculty of Economics of Islamic University of Malang. To be able to achieve the goal used method of analysis of data of normality test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, F-test & t test. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires distributed to students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang.Population in this research is student of Faculty of Economics from class of 2013/2014 until 2016/2017. The use of samples using nonprobability sampling technique using the method of accidental sampling with the criteria obtained 96 respondents who became the sample in this study.Based on the results of analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that simultaneously Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedoconic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion significantly influence Impulse Buying. While partially Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Sales Promotion significantly influence Impulse Buying in Malang Twon Square, Olympic Garden Mall, study on students of Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang .Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion, Impulse Buying.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh predictor Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work . Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,701 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar -0,019 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,900. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,587 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000.Serta nilai signifikan Fuji0,000 < 0,05, dimana H04 diterima, yang artinya terdapat beberapa variable bebas yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan variabel terikat (Intention To Leave Work). Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja,   Intention To Leave Work
