Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh predictor Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work . Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,701 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar -0,019 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,900. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,587 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000.Serta nilai signifikan Fuji0,000 < 0,05, dimana H04 diterima, yang artinya terdapat beberapa variable bebas yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan variabel terikat (Intention To Leave Work). Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja,   Intention To Leave Work

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Data Susenas menunjukkan bahwa satu diantara dua bayi usia 0-5 bulan diberi ASI eksklusif. Persentase bayi yang diberi ASI eksklusif relatif lebih tinggi di pedesaan dibandingkan dengan di perkotaan, yaitu 57,22% berbanding 54,77%. Kendala ibu dalam menyusui ada dua faktor yaitu faktor internal kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang manajemen laktasi dan faktor eksternal ASI belum keluar pada hari-hari pertama sehingga ibu berpikir perlu tambahan susu formula, ketidakmengertian ibu tentang kolostrum, banyak ibu yang masih beranggapan bahwa ASI ibu kurang gizi dan kualitasnya tidak baik. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki bayi 7-12 bulan di Praktek Bidan Nurhamimah. Jumlah sample yang digunakan sebanyak 38 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Metode analisa data dengan menggunakan chi square test. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dan pekerjaan ibu dengan pemberian ASI Ekslusif dengan hasil uji chi-square di dapat hasil nilai p value 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan pekerjaan ibu tehadap pemberian ASI ekslusif di Praktek Bidan Nur Hamimah Kecamatan Deli Tua Tahun 2020, hipotesis penelitian terbukti atau dapat di terima. Di harapkan kepada Peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini lebih baik dengan menggunakan varibel-varibel lain.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of fatherless parenting as depicted in the Qur'an, especially through the story of the Prophet Ya'qub. The research method used is a critical analysis of parenting practices seen in the narrative of the Koran, with a focus on the role and influence of fathers in shaping the character of their children. This research describes fatherless parenting in the context of the life of the Prophet Ya'qub, who is the central figure in a complex and intriguing family story in the Qur'an. The results of the analysis highlight the various impacts that arise due to the absence of a father figure in the process of forming children's character. One of the main findings is the importance of the father's role as a family leader who provides moral direction and emotional support to children. Father absence can cause emotional instability and internal conflict in children and increase the risk of them falling into negative behavior. Apart from that, this research also explores the Prophet Ya'qub's efforts to overcome the challenges he faced as a single father. An in-depth analysis of the strategies used by the Prophet Ya'qub in raising his children provides valuable insight into the importance of a father's presence and influence in the family. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to our understanding of the importance of fathers' roles in the process of children's character formation, as well as their implications for contemporary parenting practices. The practical implications of this research include a better understanding of fatherless parenting and efforts that can be made to overcome its negative impacts in modern society.

Abstract

Islamic civilization had record as a gold in the trajectory of the world history due to the development of science and technology. The enthusiasm and motivation for knowledge from the Qur’an and Hadits as a source of inspiration for Moslems made the spirit driving the rise of Islamic civilization at that time, marked by the development of science and technology. In its development, of course the emergence of science and technology in the Islamic world cannot be separated from the science and technology institutions that make the biggest contribution. This paper tries to describe several educational institutions such as hospital libraries and observatories as institutions that contribute to the development of science and technology at that time. The existence of a library is not only a place to read its name as well as to study research and also to discuss science and technology as well as the existence of a hospital not only as a place for birds but also to be a place for medical science practice and no less important is the existence of an observatory for conducting research.
