Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability on Financial Distress (Case Study of Textile and Garment Sub Sector Companies on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2019). The population in this study uses the textile and garment sub-sector companies on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 with a total of 22 companies. Determination of the sample is based on the purposive sampling method, using sample determination criteria, namely the textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2019, the textile and garment sub-sector companies that publish financial statements in 2017-2019, companies that have full information on data related to this research. Based on the sample criteria. Based on the sample criteria, 20 companies were used as samples. Data analysis techniques in this study used logistic regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity and leverage did not have a significant effect on financial distress, whereas profitability had a significant negativeeffect onfinancial distress.   Keywords: Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability and Financial Distress.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is entitled The Effect of Leadership Style, Communication, and Organizational Commitment on Management Performance (PMII Rayon Al-Farabi case study). The purpose of this determination is to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, communication, and organizational commitment to the management performance, both simultaneously and partially. Managing people in PMII Rayon Al-Farabi's organization is not easy, because it has a board of 225 people. Of course they have varied and different characters, desires, thought patterns, and skills. So that it becomes an important capital for management and organizational leaders to have an ideal leadership style, good communication and strong commitment, so that each individual has a real contribution and good performance. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Analysis technique using multiple regression. While the sampling technique in this study uses proportionate stratified rondom sampling. Based on the results of this study that the leadership style (X1), communication (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) simultaneously have an influence on performance (Y). The independent variable that has a dominant influence is communication (X2), which has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the board. Keywords: Leadership Style, communication, organizational commitment, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine how much influence the variable workload, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Malang City Environmental Service Study. In this study the population numbered 68 people using random sampling. The method of taking samples is, employees who work at the Department of Environment of Malang City. To find out the data that will be examined later, this study uses a way to distribute questionnaires to better know the opinions of employees by filling out the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire.In addition, this study uses the SPSS measuring instrument to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. This research resulted in several conclusions which stated that the variables of workload, work motivation, and work discipline were simultaneously influential so that they could improve the performance of the employees of the Malang City Environmental Service. While partially workload has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Effect of Workload, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on research conducted with the aim of analyzing the Effect of Transformational Leadeship Style, Competence, Commitment and Communication on Employee Performance CV. Tirta Indo Megah Tumpang Malang. The population in this study were employees of CV. Tirta Indo Megah, amounting to 436 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling in which this technique is to select samples based on class. The analyrical method used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. From this study produced answer that have been previously processed that simultaneously effect employee performance and partially effect employee performance.Keywords : Transformasional Leadership Style, Competence, Commitment, Communication and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABTRACT                This research was conducted to find out how much influence the Career Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture variables on Employee Performance. Study at The Bagong Adventure Museum Batu City Body. In this study 55 population of people using saturated sampling. The sample used was taken from The Bagong Adventure Museum Body employees. To find out the data that will be examined later, this study uses a way to distribute questionnaires to better know the opinions of employees by filling out the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire.               Also in this study using SPSS measuring tools to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, testing classic assumptions, and testing hypotheses. From this study produced several conclusions that state that the variables of Career Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture influence together so as to improve the Performance of The Bagong Adventure Museum Body Employees. While partial employee engagement does not affect employee performance, while career development and organizational culture have an influence on employee performance. Keyword: Career Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emosional intelligence, and spiritual intellegenceon the performance of lecturers at the state University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim in this study the sample was taken as many as 102 respondents who where PNS permanent lecturers. The method of analiysis used in this study is teh method of multiple linier regression analysis with hypoyhesis testing using teh F test and t test. The results of this study incicate the intellectual intellegence, emotional intellegence, and spiritual intellegence have a significant or joint effect (simultan) on the performance of lecturers. Key word : intellectual intellegence, emotional intellegence, and spiritual intellegence.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to find out how much influence the Occupational Safety and Health variables on Employee Productivity. Study at PT. Duta Beton Mandiri Pasuruan. In this study the population of 44 people using saturated sampling. The method of sampling is, employees who work at PT. Duta Beton Mandiri Pasuruan. To find out the data that will be examined later, this study uses a way to distribute questionnaires to better know the opinions of employees by filling out the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire. Also in this study using SPSS measuring tools to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, testing classic assumptions, and testing hypotheses. From this study produced several conclusions that mention that the Occupational Safety and Health variables influence together so that it can increase the work productivity of employees of PT. Duta Beton Mandiri Pasuruan. While partial work safety does not affect employee work productivity, while occupational health has an influence on employee work productivity.Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of viral marketing, celebrity endorsers, and brand awareness simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. The variables used in this research are Viral Marketing (X1), Endorse Celebrity (X2), Brand Awareness (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Viral Marketing (X1) on Referral Decisions, Celebrity Endorsers (X2) on Referral Decisions (Y), Brand Awareness (X3) on Referral Decisions (Y). The population in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang, Faculty of Economics and Business, whose exact number was not known, so the sample used Malhotra, so the sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method, namely the sampling technique based on certain considerations, which are considered suitable with the characteristics of the sample. which is determined so that will be the sample in this study is 100 samples (20 item questions x 5) data collection methods data collection is done by questionnaire. By preparing instruments in the form of written questions, in order to make the research easier, closed questions were used in this study, namely each question that had been provided with an answer that the respondent could choose from. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, the results of the study state that partially viral marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity Endorser influences Purchasing Decisions. Brand Awareness affects Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorse, Lifestyle and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on the Elzatta Hijab Brand. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, located at Jl. MT. Haryono No.193 Malang. This type of research data in the form of quantitative data, i.e. the data can be obtained through interviews, observations, discussions or observations (surveys). This research is a research that uses correlational research, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing Likert scale cieoner to students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sample calculation in this study uses the Maholtra formula which produces 100 respondents. The results of this study are the variables Celebrity Endorse, Lifestyle and Brand Image influence simultaneously or partially on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: celebrity endorse, lifestyle, brand image and purchasing decisions
