Abstract

AbstractPurchasing decisions will affect the sustainability of a business. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of brand image, product innovation and product quality on purchasing decisions at Nyunsep chicken stalls, Dau district.  The sampling in this study were the customers of Ayam Nyungsep Dau Malang who had met the criteria as respondents, which were determined by the researcher, namely, having eaten or bought at least 3 times. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) Brand Image style, product innovation, and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. (2) Brand Image has partial effect on Purchase Decision. (3) product innovation has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions..Keywords: Brand Image, Product Innovation,Product Quality, Buying Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the marketing strategy that can be used in the handicraft business of Kendang Djimbe UD Fajar Jaya based on a SWOT analysis in increasing sales volume. This type of research is qualitative research. The analytical method used in this research is SWOT analysis. The population in this study is the owner of the Kendang Djimbe handicraft business UD Fajar Jaya. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate (1) In the S-O strategy, what UD Fajar Jaya can do is to carry out a system of purchasing and stocking raw materials. (2) In the W-O strategy, what UD Fajar Jaya can do is take advantage of the availability of materials to make other products. (3) In the ST strategy, what UD Fajar Jaya can do is utilize the quality of raw materials and finished products. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out the description of Job Satisfaction, Engagement, and Intention to Transfer Grab Drivers in the study of the Grab Driver Community in Malang City. To find out the effect of Job Satisfaction and Engagement on Transfer Intentions for Grab Drivers, a study was conducted on the Grab Driver Community in Malang City. To find out the effect of Job Satisfaction on the Transfer Intention of Grab Drivers, a study was conducted on the Grab Driver Community in Malang City. To find out the effect of attachment on Grab Driver's Transfer Intention, study on the Malang City Grab Driver Community.The population in this study amounted to 245 and the sample used was 71 respondents. Collecting data using the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using SPSS 25. The sampling technique used quantitative methods and the data testing techniques used were Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing and Coefficient of Determination.The results of the analysis show that Job Satisfaction and Engagement have a simultaneous effect on the Transfer Intention of the Malang City Grab Driver. Job Satisfaction has a partial effect on the Transfer Intention of Grab Drivers in Malang City. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Prices in LQ45 Companies on the IDX during the 2016-2019 period. The population that is the object of this research is all LQ45 companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 31 companies. The data analysis method used in this research is normality test, classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis and research hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that partially Earning Per Share (EPS), has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock price. Meanwhile, simultaneously EPS, ROE and NPM or all independent variables have a significant effect on stock prices. Keywords : Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity ( ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM),        Stock Price.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, quality of work life and work motivation on  performance (a case study on employees at the Batu Police). This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach. The sample in this study included 75 respondent at the Batu PoliceTo solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classic assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. The results of this study are simultaneously the variable Effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Batu Police, the variable Transformational Leadership Style partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Batu Police, the variable of Quality of Work Life partially has a positive and significant effect on Performance at the Batu Police, the variable of Work Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on Performance at the Batu Police Keywords: Performance, Transformational Leadership Style, Quality of Work Life, Work Motivation

Abstract

AbstractThis reserach is an explanatory study which aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, spiritual intelligence and organizational structure on the performance of the employees of  PT Madura United Pamekasan. The population in the study were employees of PT Madura United Pamekasan and the sample of this study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 40 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis, instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found a conclusion, namely that partially leadership style affects employee performance, spiritual intelligence has no positive effect on employee performance, organizational structure has no positive effect on employee performance, while simultaneously leadership style, spiritual intelligence and organizational structure have a positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords : Leadership style, spiritual intelligence, organizational structure, employee perfoemance

Abstract

AbstractThis type of research uses explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The location of the research was carried out at FEB Unisma (Wardah consumer student). Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to all Wardah consumers at the Islamic University of Malang. The population of this research is 90 Wardah consumers at the Islamic University of Malang. Determination of the sample in this study using a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique in which all members of the population are sampled. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence of Celebrity and Brand Image Endorser Variables on Wardah product buying interest in FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang. Keyword: Interests Buy products, Selebrity Endoseser, Brand Image

Abstract

AbstrackThe shift of offline product marketing to online of course affects the level of consumer purchasing decisions for a product or service. Especially since the enactment of the appeal to stay at home to prevent and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 in the pandemic era. This will certainly affect individual decisions in making purchase transactions. The factors that influence purchasing decisions are perceptions of product quality and service quality.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much influence the perception of product quality and service quality has on purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce platform in the pandemic era. This research method uses a quantitative method that uses regression as a measure of how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The sample used in this study as many as 76 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis using validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis analysis using t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination with SPSS 20 support.The results of this study are 1) the perception of product quality and service quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision 2) The variable perception of product quality partially affects the purchasing decision. 3) The variable perception of product quality partially influences purchasing decisions, has been partially tested Keywords: Influence, Perception of product quality, Service quality, Purchase decision
