Abstract

AbstractPurposes of this research is to determine how the effect of financial performance on stock price movements in the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index (ISSI) "Empirical Study in the Sector Mining". The variables used in this research are independent variables: Equity Growth, Net Profit, Return On Equity, Dept Equity Ratio. And the dependent variable: Stock Price Movement. The analysis technique in this research are using explanative analysis, classical assumption test and regression analysis. The population in this study is all Indonesian Islamic Stock Index (ISSI) companies empirical studies in the sector mining. The sample used by author is 10 companies Indonesian Islamic Stock Index in empirical studies on the sector mining with the highest market capitalization. The results of this research indicate that Equity Growth, Net Profit, Return On Equity has a significant positive effect on stock price movements in the sector of the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index mining, while the Dept. Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on stock price movements in the sector of the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index mining.Keywords : Equity Growth, Net Profit, Return On Equity, Dept Equity Ratio and stock price movements

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial performance on the social responsibility of banking companies, especially state-owned banks in Indonesia. The research object is all state-owned banks in Indonesia for the period 2010-2019. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports from each bank. The independent variable is financial performance (size, profitability and leverage), while the dependent variable is corporate social responsibility. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that size and profitability have an effect on corporate social responsibility at state-owned banks, while leverage has no effect on corporate social responsibility at state-owned banks in Indonesia.Keywords: Size, profitability, leverage, Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Sorum Rudi Mobil Malang in Pakis District, Malang Regency. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are brand image, price, promotion and product quality, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 85 respondents who purchased a car at Sorum Rudi Mobil Malang. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of price, promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, but brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: purchasing decisions, brand image, price, promotion and product quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis research is conducted in the partner unit Desa Pakis, Malang Regency. The purpose of the study is to examine effect, analyze salary, communication and training on employe performance of cooperatives in Pakis Village, Malang Regency.The variables used are compensation, communication and training as independent variables, and employee performance variables as depend on variable. The example used of the study were 40 employees of the cooperative unit Pakis Village, Malang Regency. This study used quantitative examples and explanatory research methods. Data collection method is used by collecting the data. The analysis included collecting test, classic assumption test, normal test, analysis regression multiple choice, hypothesis test determination and coefficient test using analysis regression with the help of SPSS 24.0.               The results showed that the compensation and training variables had a significant effect on the employee performance of the unit cooperative Pakis Village, Malang Regency. Meanwhile, the communication variable had significant effect on the employee performance of the unit cooperative employee Pakis Village, Malang Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Dampit. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Carrier Path,, Work Ability and Company Award on Employee Performance of PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Dampit.The variables used are Carrier Path,, Employee Ability and Company Award as independent variables, while the Employee Performance variable as the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 63 employees of PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Dampit uses sampling random method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination.The results showed that the Carrier Path variable significantly affected the Employee Performance of PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Dampit, while the Company Award variable does not significantly influence the Employee Performance of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality, Price on purchasing decisions for focallure cosmetic products based on the review of influencer Tasya Farasya (a study of women who make purchases at online shopee) either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were women who made purchases at online shopee. The samples taken were 90 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image and Product Quality do not have a partial significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. And, Brand Image, Product Quality, Price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price and purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstract :This study looks for the influence of lifestyle and reference groups on the purchase decision of Xiaomi at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UNISMA 2016 class. This research is quantitative in nature which aims to find significant influence partially and simultaneously. The number of respondents used was 75 respondents, all of whom were S1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA class 2016. This research method was tested by validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test used is the normality assumption test, multicollinearity assumption test, and heteroscedasticity assumption test. In addition, multiple linear regression tests are also used, and hypothesis testing, namely the F test, T test, and determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence simultaneously between lifestyle variables and the reference group on purchasing decisions. Partially, there is a significant influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions, and the reference group has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle is the most dominant variable in purchasing decisions for Xiaomi at the 2016 Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA.Keywords: Lifestyle, Reference Group, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT The coffee shop business in Indonesia is currently growing, this can be seen from the significant increase in the number of coffee shops in Indonesia in the last three years. Even though the coffee consumption of the Indonesian people is low, the majority are coffee lovers and most coffee lovers are not only men but women also like it. Quoted in (beritasatu.com) The coffee trend in 2020 will continue to grow and this growth is supported by several factors, such as the habit (culture) of hanging out while drinking coffee. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, price and location on customer satisfaction. The population of this research is the consumers of Malang Coffee Family Café, with a sample size of 89 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables service quality, product quality, price and location simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The variables of product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the variables of service quality and location have a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Location and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

 Abstract A company was founded with the aim of achieving maximum profits. With large profits, the company can grow and continue to grow. In a company there is a manager who manages the company and has the power to make decisions and determine policies for the company. One important policy in the company is the funding policy. This policy is related to meeting needs, determining the amount of capital to be managed and how to use it. In determining funding, managers often carry out a debt policy to increase company funds. In this study the authors used the Explanatory Research method with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. In analyzing the data the researchers used multiplen linear regression. The results showed that managerial ownership and profitability had a significant effect on debt policy, while institutional ownership and tax had no significant effect on debt policy. Keywords :Managerial Ownership, Institusional Ownership, Tax, Profitability, Debt Policy
