Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment strategy for new members at the KNPI Banjarbaru using a SWOT analysis. By using the KNPI Banjarbaru as an object of research carried out in  August 2020 to February 2021. The results of this study indicate that the internal and external factors of the KNPI Banjarbaru are located in quadrant I on the SWOT diagram so that a combined strategy of internal factors (Strength) and external factors (Opportunity) is needed. The SO strategy was made based on the results of interviews from the chairman of the KNPI and the Cadre Division of KNPI members in Banjarbaru which aims to take advantage of all strengths to achieve the opportunities that the KNPI members have. Keywords: SWOT analysis, recruitment strategy for new members, KNPI Banjarbaru

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted by researchers with the intent and purpose of being able to determine the effect directly or indirectly between service quality, shop atmosphere and product diversity on repurchase intention and where the three dependent variables affect repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. first to Sardo supermarkets in Malang City. This research is a type of explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population obtained in the study was 500 respondents with a sample of 80 respondents, the sample was obtained using the Slovin formula and with the criteria that have been determined by the researcher. In this research data collection using a questionnaire instrument.This study resulted in the conclusion that all independent variables, namely service quality, shop atmosphere and product diversity can affect satisfaction and repurchase intention at Sardo supermarkets in Malang City, where the resulting influence can be said to be significant and have a positive effect, and satisfaction can mediate the effect of the three independent variables on repurchase intention. Keywords: Service Quality, Shop Atmosphere, Product Diversity, Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect Price Discount, Shopping Lifestyle, and Consumer Trust on Impulse Buying at Shopee, Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses an explanatory research type and a quantitative approach. The Malhotra theory was used to take samples, so a sample of 57 people was obtained. This research uses an explanatory research type and a quantitative approach. The Malhotra theory was used to take samples, so a sample of 57 people was obtained. To solve the problem in this cases using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The results of this study are that Price Discount, Shopping Lifestyle, and Consumer Trust variables affect Impulse Buying simultaneously, partially the Price Discount variable has no effect on Impulse Buying, while Shpping Lifestyle has no effect on Impulse Buying. Impulsive Buying, while Lifestyle Shpping has no effect on Impulsive Buying. and Consumer Trust partially influences Impulse Buying at Shopee, Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang Keywords: Price Discount, Shopping Lifestyle, Consumer Trust, and Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the profitability of the food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. To measure these variables, the independent variables that can be used are the variables of capital structure, liquidity, firm size and dividend policy. This research is a type of explanatory research, because this research explains the causal relationship of the independent variables with the dependent variable. The method used is quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 application. The data used is secondary data by collecting data in the form of documentation. In this study, there are a population of 36 companies in the food and beverage sector which are listed on the IDX. Furthermore, purposive sampling is a sampling technique, with a total of 12 samples. From the data management, it shows the results that simultaneously the four independent variables have a significant effect. And partially that the capital structure, liquidity and company size have no effect on profitability, while dividend policy has a significant effect on profitability. Keywords: Capital Structure, Liquidity, Firm Size, Dividend Policy and Profitability

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of store atmosphere, price, life style and location on purchasing decisions at Kopi Soe, Nganjuk Regency. The population in this study are consumers who visit and make purchases at Soe Coffee. The method in data collection used in this study is a questionnaire (questionnaire) which is distributed to 100 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. In this study, using the SPSS 16 application. Methods in data analysis using the test instrument, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the test on the F test, it is concluded that there is a simultaneous influence between store atmospher, price, lifestyle and location on purchasing decisions and the results of the t test indicate that store atmosphere, price, life style and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. keywords: store atmospher, price, lifestyle, location, purchase decision

Abstract

Abstrack This study was conducted to determine the effect of job training, communication, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Kurnia Anggun II Mojokerto.The sample used in this study were 62 production employees of the section  packing who were contract employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data analysis techniques used in this study include instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25.The results of the descriptive analysis in this study indicate that the employees of PT. Kurnia Anggun II Mojokerto agrees with all research variables, namely job training, communication, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that vocational training has an impact on employee performance. Communication affects employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance. Job Training, Communication, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employee of PT. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the research is to find out the Analysis of Stock Price Behavior in Gold Mining Sector Sub-sector Before and During the Covid 19 Pandemic. The population in this study is 11 gold mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the samples in the study are using purposive sampling techniques, so that it can be determined the number of samples as many as 4 Companies. Data collection method using secondary data, obtained by means of documentation by studying and analyze the stock history data of a company. Data analysis techniques used in this study test normality, and test t (t-test). The results stated that there is no difference in abnormal return and tranding volume of activity before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in gold mining sector companies.   Keywords: Abnormal Return, Tranding Volume Activity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Grab Protect service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions using online transportation during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study used the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample based on certain considerations or criteria which aims to obtain a representative sample according to predetermined criteria and the number of samples obtained was 90 respondents.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the quality of Grab Protect service, price and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using online transportation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the partial test results show the quality of Grab Protect service, prices and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using online transportation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Grab Protect Service Quality, Price, Promotion and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study was to partially between the influence of financial literacy, financial attitude and income towards financial management behavior on MSME fashion actors in city Malang. The population used in this study is MSME fashion practitioners in city Malang, totaling 5000 business actors while The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria of 50 business actors, with the sampling technique by distributing questionnaires. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, test instruments, classic assumption tests, partial tests (t test) and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The results showed financial literacy (X1) and income (X3) influences financial management behavior (Y), while financial attitude (X2) does not affect financial management behavior (Y). Keyword: Financial Litercy, Financial Attitude, Income, Financial Management Behavior
