Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee (study of 2018 class of economic and business faculty students). The population in this study were undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Batch 2018 both from the Management study program as many as 518 students, Accounting as many as 275 students, and Sharia Banking as many as 106 with a total of 899 people. Then 90 people were taken from this number using the slovin formula. The variables used in this research are purchasing decision variables (dependent variable), while the independent variables are price, product quality, and service quality.The results of this study conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between price, product quality, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions and simultaneously concludes that there is an influence between price, product quality, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Price, Product Quality, Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract Investment in the capital market is a big attraction for investors, because they have the hope of optimal profits. An investor is generally led to always follow market developments or market prices. An investor should not only see the net profit generated by the company but also analyze the financial statements. At the beginning of 2017, the basic and chemical industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange managed to record a fairly high growth. This growth was supported by stocks originating from several sub-sectors including the pulp and paper sub-sector, animal feed sub-sector, and also the chemical sub-sector. Although in 2020, the average performance of issuers decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but in the last month of March 2021, the basic and chemical industry sector rose to 2.39%. this will attract investors' desire to invest in manufacturing companies whose sources of growth are increasing Keywords: Inflation, Exchange Rate, Interest Rate and The Composite Stock Price Index

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe work motivation, work discipline, work environment conditions, employee performance and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, work environment conditions on employee performance. This study uses a saturated sample, namely the employees of PT wing Mulia Prosperous, totaling 42 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The variable of work motivation is measured using five indicators, five indicators of work discipline, five indicators of working environment conditions, and five indicators of employee performance. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work motivation, work discipline, working environment conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that the work motivation variable has no effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. Variable working environment conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Working Environment Conditions, And Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain the effect of products, payment methods, service quality, and website quality, on e-commerce shopee customer satisfaction at the Malang Islamic University students. This research belongs to the type of associative analysis research with a quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with the calculation results of 100 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that the product, payment method, service quality, and website quality variables simultaneously had an effect on customer satisfaction. And there is a partial effect between product variables and website quality, on customer satisfaction. As well as payment methods and service quality there is no partial influence on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product, Payment Method, Service Quality, Website Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The sample used in this study were 14 companies using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews10 application as a tool. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a negative effect on firm value, liquidity has a negative effect on firm value, and leverage has a positive effect on firm value. Keywords : Capital Structure, Firm Value, Leverage, Liquidity

Abstract

Abstract In today's challenging and competitive age of globalization, a great need for qualified human resources, abilities, knowledge and skills tailored to its needs is met, as the world's demand for prospective workers is increasingly high.The purpose of this research is to describe the motivation, interpersonal communication, and field practice experiences, to know and analyze the effects of motivations, interpersonal communication, and field practice experiences on student preparedness to enter the workforce, to know and analyze the motivating effects on student preparedness to enter the workforce, To know and analyze the effects of interpersonal communication on students' preparedness to enter the workforce, to know and analyze the effects of field practice experiences on student preparedness to enter the workforce. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of banks listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The sample used in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020 using the purposive sampling method, as many as 25 company. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a simultaneous effect of the board of commissioners, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committee and board of directors on banking financial performance. 2) There is a partial effect of the board of commissioners on the financial performance of banks. 3) There is no partial effect of institutional ownership on banking financial performance. 4) There is partial influence of independent commissioners on banking financial performance. 5) There is no effect of the audit committee on the financial performance of banks. 6) There is a partial effect of the board of directors on the financial performance of banks.. Keyword: Good Corporate Governance, Kinerja Keuanagan, Return Aset (ROA)

Abstract

Abstractrelationship between on customer loyalty Ultras Malang. This research uses a study method on Ultras Malang customers where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to Ultras Malang customers in Malang city which are selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Maholtra formula and the results obtained were 105 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is instrument test (validity test, reliability), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), processing the coefficient of determination test. data using SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that Social Media Marketing, brand awareness, brand image and brand trust simultaneously affect customer loyalty partially Social Media Marketing affects customer loyalty, brand awareness partially affects customer loyalty, brand image partially partial effect on customer loyalty customer loyalty, brand trust partially does not affect customer loyalty.Keywords : social media marketing, brand awareness, brand image, brand trust
