Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of promotion on employee performance, the influence of position on employee performance, and the influence of tenure on employee performance. This research is a type of explanatory research. The research subjects were carried out on employees of the Cooperative Office. Industry and Trade in Malang City with 56 employees as respondents. With the Criteria Respondents are Employees with TPOK (Supporting Operational Activities) and PTT (Non-permanent Employees) status. Data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the promotion had an effect on employee performance, education had an influence on employee performance, and tenure had an effect on employee performance. Likewise with the variable promotion of position, education, and years of service simultaneously affect the performance of employees.Keywords : promotion, education, tenure, employee performance.

Abstract

AbstractIn the current digitalization era, various types of online shopping or marketplaces as well as support for providing delivery service facilities from internet-based transportation services, have changed people's behavior from shopping traditionally to shopping online. The popularity of online shopping in the community in recent years has driven the growth of the logistics sector in the country, marked by an increase in the use of delivery services.The purpose of this study was to describe consumer satisfaction, service quality, timeliness, and trustworthiness of J&T Express shopping services on the Marketplace, to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, timeliness, and trustworthiness of J&T Express services on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Marketplace, to find out and analyze the effect of service quality on J&T Express services on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Marketplace. to find out and analyze the effect of timeliness on J&T Express services on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Marketplace, to find out and analyze the effect of trust in J&T Express services on consumer satisfaction shopping at Marketplace.The results showed that service quality, timeliness, and trustworthiness of J&T Express services had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction shopping at Marketplace, service quality on J&T Express services had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction shopping at Marketplace, timeliness on J&T Express services had no significant effect on satisfaction. consumers shop at Marketplace, trust in J&T Express services has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction shopping at Marketplace. Regarding timeliness on the statement "J&T Express rarely experiences delays" gets the lowest score. Suggestions for companies are expected to pay more attention and improve on factors that can affect timeliness such as process priority, order data collection accuracy, order grouping, and lot size so that it will increase consumer satisfaction so that in the future consumers can use J&T Express services continuously. Likewise with service quality, the J&T Express company still maintains service quality because if the service quality is good, consumers will be more satisfied and increase. The J&T Express company also maintains trust because consumers always put their trust that J&T Express services can be trusted and will continue to depend on the service company. Keywords: Quality of service, Punctuality, Trust, and Consumer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Jl. Major General Haryono No. 193. Dinoyo, districts. Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java 65144. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information quality, advertising and product quality on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are the quality of information, advertising and product quality, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents who are Tokopedia consumers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using Statistikal Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS) 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information affects purchasing decisions, advertising affects purchasing decisions, product quality affects purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, advertising attractiveness and product quality on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow's beauty products. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach . by using the Malhotra theory to take a sample, namely the number of items X 5 so that the total sample was found to be 70. To complete this study using validity test, normality test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, and classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study are celebrity endorser variables, advertising attractiveness, and product quality simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. And partially the celebrity endorser variable has a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions on Ms Glow products. Keywords: Celebrity endorser, advertising appeal, product quality

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of price perception, product quality and promotion on the level of consumer satisfaction of Xiaomi mobile phones. This research was conducted in Probolinggo City, Mi Shop Shop Jl. Dr, Sutomo No.175, Mangunharjo, Kec, Mayangan, Probolinggo City, East Java. This type of research data is in the form of quantitative data, namely the data can be obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, observations, discussions or observations (surveys). This research is a research (explanatory research), and uses primary data sources, namely by distributing linkert-class questionnaires to consumers of the Probolinggo City Mi Shop Shop. The sample calculation in this study used the maholtra formula which resulted in 96 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of Price Perception, Product Quality, and Promotion have a simultaneous or partial effect on the Level of Consumer Satisfaction. Keywords: Price Perception, Product Quality, Promotion and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of competence, information technology and organizational communication on employee performance at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang. The sample in this study were civil servants at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang amounting to 66 people. This data collection method uses the method of distributing questionnaires. This data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS ver 20 program. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it is known that competence, information and communication technology have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang. Keywords : Competence, Information Technology, Organizational communication, employee performance

Abstract

Absttract This study aims to determine student preferences in choosing private universities in the city of Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people who are students from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, the Islamic University of Malang and the University of Merdeka Malang. The sampling technique used is purpusive sampling. The data used in the study used primary data and secondary data. The method used is conjoint analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the research on student preferences in choosing private universities in the city of Malang can be seen that the most important attribute is accreditation with an importance level of 24.440%. The value of this attribute is greater than the value of other attributes such as college facilities by 23.302%, education costs by 17.925%, promotions by 17.277% and location of universities by 17.056%. Keywords : Preferences, Facilities, Cost, Accreditation Location, Promotion.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the comparison of the Altman, Grover, Zmijewski, and Springate models in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2019, as well as to find out and analyze which predictive model is more accurate that can be used. to predict bankruptcy. This study uses 4 samples from 25 populations registered in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. Sampling using purposive sampling method, namely the sampling method used with certain considerations. Data analysis methods are 1). Calculating financial ratios, 2). Calculating the ratio of the bankruptcy model and 3). Calculate the level of model accuracy. This study finds that in the Altman model there are 1 healthy company and 3 bankrupt companies, in the Grover model there are 2 bankrupt companies and 2 healthy companies, in the Zmijewski model 4 healthy companies, and in the Springate model there are 3 healthy companies and 1 bankrupt company. And the highest accuracy results are the Altman and Springate models with a predictive value of 75%.Keywords: bankruptcy prediction model, Altman, Grover, Zmijewski, Springate

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Kepanjen 2021. In this study there are 3 (three) independent variables, namely organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The population in this study were all active employees of PT. Telkom Kepanjen in 2021 with a total of 36 employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The method of data collection in this study used the method of distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS ver 18. The results showed that had a significant simultaneously organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment effect on employee performance. Partially, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to: 1. Explain which attribute combinations influence people's preferences when choosing a rail transportation. 2. Describe which transportation attributes are important to the community when choosing a rail transportation means. 3. Explain what level of transportation attributes are most important to the community when choosing a Rail transportation means. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique and the data obtained are 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is conjoint analysis. The results of the study show that: 1. The combination of attributes that are considered the most important are air-conditioned carriage facilities, the price has promo tickets, the privilege is very suitable for families, the quality of ticket services can be purchased online, and the safety of no hawkers. 2. Attributes based on importance are carriage facilities, price, privileges, service quality, and safety. 3. The most important attribute level is that the price includes promo tickets, the quality of ticket services can be purchased online, the carriage facilities with air-conditioned rooms, the privilege is very suitable for families, and the safety of no hawkers. Keyword: Price, Quality of Service, Carriage Facilities, Privilege, Security.
