Abstract

ABSTRACT The high competition in the business world specifically in the world of Furniture business, business people are required to provide satisfaction to consumers. After consumers are satisfied, they will get a positive level of loyalty. Customers will no doubt return and make profitable repeat and automatic purchases for entrepreneurs. For this reason, it is necessary to think about what factors influence customer satisfaction so that entrepreneurs can meet customer satisfaction. This study aimed to determine the differences in Product Quality, Location and Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty in the Karunia kasih Abadi Furniture. The population is consumers of the Karunia Kasih Abadi Furniture. The sample used was 86 people. Data collection is done by collecting questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis used path analysis. Where Product Quality as X1, Location X2, Y Satisfaction and Z Loyalty. The results in this study showed a positive and significant relationship between Product Quality and Location to Purchasing Loyalty through Satisfaction as an Intervening variable.   Keywords : Product Quality, Location, Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract               This research was conducted with the aim of partially analyzing the growth of the  Company, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Earning Per Share (EPS) and corporate income tax on the company's stock prices in the mining industry sector.               The population used in this study were all companies registered with Manufacturing Companies during the period 2016 to 2018. The selection of samples used the purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria obtained 19 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test.               Partial company growth has a positive and significant influence on stock prices. Total asset turnover (TATO) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share (EPS) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, partially corporate income tax have a negative and not significant effect on stock prices and company growth, total asset turnover, earnings per share and tax rates simultan eously have a positive and significant effect on prices stockKeywords: Company growth,  Total asset turnover (TATO) and Earning Per Share (EPS), Corporate income tax ratessimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on prices stock rates and stock prices.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                                         The development of the culinary world that is happening in the world is growing rapidly, both culinary oriented to food or drink. Everyone who is involved in the business world competes to be the best and the foremost for the products that have been made to attract the attention of consumers. Customers are an important part of the business world, without any customers in the business, of course there will be no business processes that occur. Therefore customers are very influential in the wheels of business and business. This study aims to explain the effect of sales promotion, service quality and product quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. In a business process, the customer would want to be well served by the merchant and the customer will be satisfied if his wishes or expectations are met when buying and feeling the product or service that is felt. With such an impact, it is expected that customers will be loyal to use the product or service that they feel is good. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of sales promotion, service quality and product quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used is quantitative. The method of data analysis in this study is quantitative and technical analysis methods using path analysis using IBM Version 21 SPSS (statistical product and service solution) software. The sample used was 80 people. Data collection is done by collecting questionnaires with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses path analysis where Sales Promotion as X1, Service Quality X2, X3 Product Quality, Z Customer Satisfaction and Z Loyalty. The results of this study indicate that the X test on Y is known that t count Sales Promotion on customer satisfaction is 0.217, t count Service Quality for Customer Satisfaction of 0.720 and t count Product Quality Against Customer Satisfaction of 0.100 with a significance level of both variables <0.05 , then this shows that Sales Promotion, Service Quality and Product Quality directly influence Customer Satisfaction. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which states that Sales Promotion, Service Quality and Product Quality have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. X test against Y is known that that t Sales Sales to customer Loyalty is 6.157, t calculate Service Quality to Customer Loyalty of 3.520 and t count Product Quality Against Customer Loyalty is 0.936 with a significance level of both variables of <0.05, then this shows that Sales Promotion, Service Quality and Product Quality directly influence Customer Loyalty. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which states that Sales Promotion, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty but is not significant by the Product Quality variable on Customer Loyalty. The Z test on Y is known that t count Customer satisfaction with Customer Loyalty is 14.873 with a significance level of both variables of <0.05, then this indicates that Customer Satisfaction directly affects Customer Customer Loyalty. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which states that Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Keywords: sales promotion, service quality, product quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to study how to manage a company's finances. The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's financial performance at PT. Adaro Energy, Tbk. period 2016 to 2018 based on liquidity ratios, solvability, activity and profitability. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative and the technique used is documentation techniques. The research data is obtained from the company's financial statements obtained through the company's official website. The results of this study indicate the results of the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy, Tk for the 2016-2018 period based on profitability ratios can be said to be fulfilled because it is able to fulfill its short-term obligations. But solvency ratios can only be fulfilled with assets owned because capital is covered by debt. While the activity and profitability ratios are at a lower level, this is because the use of funds financed by debt is not used effectively, and te ability of capital invested in the form of funds to generate profits is relatively low.Keywords: Financial Performance; Liquidity; Solvency; Activity; Profitability

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find and analyze the impact of price, trust, convenience, information quality, and service quality on the Zalora site's online purchasing decision for Griya Shanta Eksekutif Housing Malang students.The sample for this study was 85 students who participated in the Zalora site, and data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study used instrument tests, normality tests, multiple regression analysis, classic hypothesis tests, and hypothesis tests.The results showed that the price variable has a sig value of 0,000 <0,05, that the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The trust variable has a sig value of 0.004 <0.05, that trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Convenience variables have a sig value of 0.001> 0.05, that ease has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Information quality variables have a sig value of 0,000 <0,05, that the quality of information has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality variables have a sig value of 0.001 <0.05, that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: price, trust, convenience,  information quality, service quality

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out and analyze the effect of work family conflict, role ambiguity, and work stress on employee performance in female employees of Malang City Regional Water Companies/PDAMs both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed through random sampling techniques with a sample of 75 people who were female employees of Regional Drinking Water Companies/PDAMs in Malang City. Data analysis in this study used SPSS (Statistical product and service solution) assistance with the data testing techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial test (t) and simultaneous test (F). The results showed that work family conflict, partially influential and significant effect on employee performance and the value obtained from the coefficient of determination that was not used in this study showed that work family conflict on employee performance has positive effects, role ambiguity, and stress work partially influences and is significant on employee performance, while simultaneously family work conflict, role ambiguity, and work stress influence and significantly affect employee performance.Keywords: Work Family Conflict; Role Ambiguity; Work Stress; Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality on brand and motorcycle purchasing decision (Honda Scoopy matic) in Merpati Motor dealer in Probolinggo. The research used explanatory research and quantitative approach. The respondents in this research were 80 people. They are consumers in Merpati Motor dealer.The method used  is descriptive data analysis. it used validity test, reability test, normality test, multikolinierity test, heterokedastisity test, multiple linier analysis test, f test, t test. The result of this study simoultaneously, each product quality variable, price perception, and brand name have some positive effect on purchasing decision. Partially, product quality variable have effect on purchasing decision. Then price perception did not have effect for purchasing decision on  Merpati Dealer Motor.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study was to discuss and analyze emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance in MAN 1 Kota Malang, East Java both partially and simultaneously or together. The population and sample used were all teachers in MAN 1 Kota Malang, East Java who collected 73 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used a questionnaire with a scale scale rikert and data testing techniques used in this study using validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test.            The results obtained from the evaluation and analysis show that emotional intelligence is positively insignificant towards teacher performance, while spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Testing intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Teacher Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to study and analyze the impact of job satisfaction, motivation of work and organizational commitment to employee performance. Population and sample are all 32 employees. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using the census method and the data testing technique used in this research includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing research.The results of the analysis show that the outline of job satifaction affects the significance of employee performance on motivattion of work that significantly influence employee performance as well as on organizational commitment has a significant effect. Together, it shows that job satisfaction, motivattion of work and organizational commitment significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: Job satisfaction,  Motivattion of Work and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Social Security, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment on Productivity of Production Section Employees at PT. INDONESIA BIOTECH GUARANTEE Probolinggo City both partially and simultaneously. In this study the population amounted to 40 employees and all were taken as samples. “Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis in this study using SPSS version 25. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods, while the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis”. The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously social security, work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. NONGGUAN BIOTECH INDONESIA City of Probolinggo.Keywords: Social Security, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Employee Productivity
