Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to understand the influence of work conflict, motivation, and transformational leadership on the performance of the employee at Kantor Camat Lowokwaru Malang. The population in this study were 33 with the same number of samples. This study used an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. Primary data was measured using a questionnaire and analyzed using a SPSS 14.0. The result shows that both work-conflict and transformational leadership significantly influenced to work performances. On the other hand, motivation doesn't have any influences on work performance. However, altogether those three variables significantly influenced to work performances. Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow, Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage on Dividend Policy. This study uses Explanatory Research. The population in this study were all Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017, and samples of 12 companies. Methods of collecting data through the documentation method. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the data analysis used was using SPSS version 20. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method using several criteria. Data testing techniques in this study include: normality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that: (1) free cash flow has no significant effect on Dividend Policy, (2) Profitability has a significant effect on Dividend Policy, (3) Liquidity has no significant effect on Dividend Policy, and (4) Leverage has a significant effect on Dividend Policy.Keywords: Free Cash Flow, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Dividend Policy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of profitability, asset structure and firm size on the capital structure of the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sample in the study used a purposive sampling method. based on existing criteria obtained 46 companies that became the study sample. The technical data analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that the profitability variable has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure, the asset structure does not affect the capital structure and the size of the company does not affect the capital structure.keywords: profitability, asset structure, company size, capital structure

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurchasing decision is a consumer process when making a purchase. In this study will analyze the influence of promotion, price, brand image and quality of product to the decision of purchasing case studies on the consumer shop Donatello Jl. Kawi Malang. This method of analysis is to use a double linear regression analysis of hypothesis testing using T (partial) tests and F (simultaneous) tests.n Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that the promotion, price, brand image and product quality are simultaneously influential to the purchase decision. While the partial indicates that the price is positive and it is significant, the promotion and brand image has a positive influence but not significant but the quality of product has negative influence and insignificant.Keywords: Purchase Decision, Promotion, Price, Brand Image, Product Quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is to determination the difference in accuracy between the CAPM and APT models in predicting stock returns in the company. This type of research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive comparative methods. The data used is secondary data, obtained by documentation techniques, namely by searching and collecting annual report data and shares obtained from the website. The population that is the object of this research is the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2017, which is as many as 42 companies. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique, so that 37 companies were obtained.The data analysis technique in this study uses the CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model), APT (Arbitrage Pricing Theory), and MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) models. Measuring tool used to measure accuracy in predicting these stocks by looking for actual Returns, Return Market, Beta values (Risk), Expected Return, and comparing them with MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation)The results of data analysis show that: Based on the calculations of MADCAPM and MADAPT, that the CAPM method is better and more accurate than the APT model in predicting the return of shares of the Industrial Consumer Goods Industry Sector.Keywords : CAPM,APT, Return Actual, Expected Return, Saham, MAD

Abstract

ABTRACTThis study aims to find the effect of customer satisfaction on buying interest in Distortion Merch Products in Malang. The study uses primary and secondary data with seven specific reference variables for indicators that are applied to interest in repurchasing and customer satisfaction. The analysis used is simple linear analysis with 100 respondents who made twice purchases at Distortion Merch in Malang. The results of this study state that there is a significant effect between customer satisfaction and interest in repurchasing, the effect of customer satisfaction on the interest in repurchasing customers in the Distortion Merch Shop Malang is 67.7%. While 32.3% interest in repurchasing customers is influenced by other variables not included in this study. This study shows that customer satisfaction in Malang Distortion Merch affects the interest in repurchasing and customer satisfaction itself..Keywords: customer satisfaction, Repurchase Interest

Abstract

ABSTRACT“This study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Work Motivation, Work Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Muara Java District Office. Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan both partially and simultaneously. In this study the population amounted to 39 employees and all were taken as samples. Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis in this study using SPSS version 22. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods, while the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis”. The results of the analysis show that partially work motivation and work leadership are not significant towards the performance of the staff of the Muara Jawa District Office, while the simultaneous analysis of Work Motivation, Work Leadership and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Muara Jawa District Office, Kab. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorse which consists of visibility, credibility, attraction and power towards the brand image of Pond's face soap energy charge. The method used in this study is quantitative with a sample selection of 74 users of Pond's face soap energy charge. The technique used in sample selection is purposive sampling, Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale.Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of linear regression tests using SPSS tools. Based on this study, states that the credibility variable has a significant effect on brand image (p-value 0,000 <0,05) and attraction variable have a significant effect on brand image (p-value 0,009 <0,05) while the visibility variable has no significant effect on brand image (p-value 0.621 <0.05) and the power variable does not significantly influence the brand image (p-value 0.726 <0.05). The simultaneous variables of visibility, credibility, attraction and power have a significant effect on brand image (p-value 0,000 <0,05). The coefficient of determination (R2) with a gain of 0.584. Thus it can be concluded that the influence of independent variables is 58%. Keywords : Celebrity Endorse, Brand Image, Pond’s Men Energy Charge.
