Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan multimedia interaktif (MMI) berbasis komunikasi total (komtal) yang layak ditinjau secara teoritis berdasarkan hasil validasidan secara empiris berdasarkan aktivitas siswa, respon siswa, dan evaluasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang dibatasi sampai pada tahap uji coba terbatas. MMI berisikan materi dan gambar contoh zat aditif, animasi, latihan soal, evaluasi, dan video komtal. Sumber data diperoleh dari dosen kimia, dosen PLB, guru IPA SMALB, dan lima siswa tunarungu kelas X sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar telaah, validasi, observasi aktivitas siswa, angket respon siswa dan evaluasi yang ada dalam MMI.Hasil validasi MMI pada kriteria isi, kebahasaan, dan penyajian berturut-turut memperoleh rentang 86,67% - 100%; 80% - 86,67%; dan 80% -93,33%. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa, angket respon siswa berturut-turut memperoleh rentang 85% - 96%; 80% - 100%, serta hasil evaluasi siswa menunjukkan hasil yang baik yaitu hanya 1 siswa yang tidak memenuhi KKM dan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 80%, sehingga MMI dapat dikatakan layak secara teoritis dan empiris dengan kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Kata Kunci: MMI, Komtal, Zat aditif, Tunarungu. The aim of this research to develop the feasible of interactive multimedia (MMI) based total communication in terms theoreticalis from the result of validation, then empiricalis from the students’ activities,students’ responds, and evaluation. This is a research and development (R & D) type of research, which is limited in testing during the development stages.ThisMMI containing materials andexample image of additives, animations, exercises, evaluations, and video komtal.Data were collected through a chemistry lecturer, PLB lecturer, SMALB science teacher, and five deaf students class X as research subjects. The instrument used are evaluation and validation sheet, students’ activitie, students’ responds, and evaluation on MMI. The validation result of MMI in content criteria, language, and presentation successively obtained ranges 86,67% - 100%; 80% - 86,67%; and 80% - 93,33%. The students’ activities observation, questionnaire responses of student successively obtained ranges 85% - 96%, 80% - 100%, then the evaluation showed good results, only one student who does not comply the KKM, and the classical mastery as 80%, so it can be declared feasible based of theoretical and empirical with appropriate and very appropriate catagory. Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh hasil uji efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing yang dipadukan dengan model nested terhadap keterbangunan konsepsi laju reaksi bagi siswa bergaya belajar reflektif. Peneltian ini merupakan pre-experimental dengan menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design yang melibatkan siswa bergaya belajar reflektif kelas XI MIA 1 dan kelas XI MIA 2 SMAN 22 Surabaya yang berturut-turut sebanyak 13 dan 15 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil konsepsi siswa reflektif di kedua kelas sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan pembelajaran mengalami kenaikan status tahu konsep dan penurunan status tidak tahu konsep secara signifikan. Hasil penelitian tersebut menyatakan bahwa konsepsi laju reaksi siswa telah terbangun dengan baik. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing yang dipadukan dengan model nested dikatakan efektif untuk membangun konsepsi laju reaksi siswa secara baik. Kata kunci: Inkuiri terbimbing, model nested, laju reaksi The main purpose of this research was to describe the effectiveness of guided inquiry model implementation that integrated with nested model to construct reaction rate conception for reflective students. This research was pre-experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design that involved 13 reflective students of class XI MIA 1 and 15 reflective students of class XI MIA 2 in SMAN 22 Surabaya. The result of this research showed that reflective students’ conception profile at before and after the learning model implementation showed the increasing of KCC (Knowledge of Correct Concept) status and the decreasing of LK (Lack of Knowledge) status significantly in the both classes. This result showed that students’ reaction rate conception has been built well. Because of that, guided inquiry model that integrated with nested model is effective to construct students’ reaction rate conception. Keywords: Guided Inquiry, Nested Model, Reaction rate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan KIT praktikum yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains dengan LKS berbasis inkuiri pada materi kesetimbangan kimia kelas XI yang dilihat dari syarat validitas melalui hasil validasi, syarat kepraktisan melalui respon siswa terhadap KIT praktikum dengan LKS berbasis inkuiri, syarat keefektifan melalui hasil belajar siswa dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model penelitian Borg & Gall yang dibatasi sampai tahap uji coba lapangan. Uji coba dilakukan pada 12 siswa kelas XI MIA 6 SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar telaah, lembar validasi, lembar angket respon siswa, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar pre test dan post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan KIT praktikum yang dikembangkan dengan LKS berbasis inkuiri dinyatakan layak pada syarat validitas dengan memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 77,07%. Layak pada syarat kepraktisan ditunjukkan dari respon siswa pada aspek ketertarikan siswa terhadap KIT praktikum didapatkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 97,92%, pada aspek kemudahan memahami materi didapatkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 95,83%, dan pada aspek kemudahan dalam penggunaan KIT praktikum sebagai media pembelajaran didapatkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 97,92%. Layak pada syarat keefektifan ditunjukkan dari hasil belajar siswa dimana 12 siswa tuntas secara individu sehingga ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 100% dengan selisih nilai post test dan pre test atau gain termasuk dalam kategori “Sedang” dan “Tinggi” dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa mendapatkan persentase rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 93,06%. Kata kunci: KIT Praktikum, Media Pembelajaran, Keterampilan Proses Sains, Inkuiri, Kesetimbangan Kimia The research is aimed to know the feasibility of practicum KIT that used as learning media to train science process skill with student worksheet oriented by inquiry in chemical equilibrium topic in XI grade seen of validity by validation result, practically by student’s responses to the practicum KIT with student worksheet oriented by inquiry, effectiveness by student learning outcomes and observation of student activity. This research is development research using Borg & Gall research model that limited to preliminary field testing. Preliminary field testing conducted to 12 students in grade XI MIA 6 SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik. The research instruments used include sheets of examine, validation sheet, questionnaire responses of students, observation of student activity, pre test and post test sheet. This study result is showed that the practicum KIT with student worksheet oriented by inquiry is feasible on terms of validity got the average percentage 77,07%. Feasible on terms of practicality showed by student’s response on the students interest to practicum KIT got the average percentage as much as 97,92%, on easily understand the topic got the average percentage as much as 95,83%, and on easily the use of practicum KIT as a learning media got the average percentage as much as 97,92%. Feasible on terms of effectiveness showed by student learning outcomes which is 12 students completed individually so that it reached 100% classical completeness with difference the value of post test and pre test or gain included in a category “Medium” and “High” and observation of student activity got the overall average percentage as much as 93,06%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan multimedia interaktif dengan strategi Writing To Learn pada materi zat adiktif dan psikotropika yang layak berdasarkan kelayakan teoritis dan empiris untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran IPA materi kimia siswa tunarungu di SMALB. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dibatasi pada tahap uji coba terbatas, dengan sumber data lima siswa tunarungu di SMALB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kelayakan teoritis MMI yang dikembangkan berdasarkan aspek materi dan aspek teknis memperoleh rentang persentase sebesar 80% - 100%. Kelayakan empiris MMI dilihat dari hasil respon positif siswa terhadap media diperoleh rentang persentase 80%-100%. Hasil aktivitas siswa dengan rentang persentase sebesar 87.17% - 97.43%, dan evaluasi dengan rentang nilai 66.7 – 93.3, sehingga MMI yang dikembangkan dikatakan layak dengan kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui keefektivitasan model learning cycle 7-E dalam melatihkan keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa pada materi asam basa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Bangkalan. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan One-Shot Case Study. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Bangkalan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar aktivitas siswa, dan lembar tes keterampilan berfikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas keterlaksanaan pembelajaran model learning cycle 7-E untuk melatihkan keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa pada pada pertemuan I sebesar 89,70%, pertemuan II sebesar 91,90%, dan pada pertemuan III sebesar 95,58%; (2) aktivitas siswa yang relevan lebih tinggi dibandingkan aktivitas siswa yang tidak relevan, serta dapat mendukung pembelajaran dalam melatihkan keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa pada materi asam basa; (3) Setiap indikator keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa telah mencapai ketuntasan yaitu ≥ 2,67 yaitu interpretasi sebesar 3.0, analisis 3.19, dan inferensi 3.8. Kata kunci: Model Learning Cycle 7-E, Aktivitas Siswa, Keterampilan Berfikir Kritis, Asam Basa The purpose of the research was to know the effectiveness of learning cycle 7-E model to train critical thinking skill’s studnt on acid base topic. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with One-Shot Case Study design. The subject of this research was student of XI grade SMA N 1 Bangkalan. The instruments that have been used was the learning observation sheet, the student activity observation sheet and the critical thinking skill’s test sheet. The result showed that (1) learning quality of the all learning cycle 7-E to train critical thinking skill’s student phase was dominanated by excellent criteria and was reached the criteria restriction, that is 89,70% on the firts day, 91,90% on second day, and 95,58% on the third day; (2) the relevant student activity was higher than than irrelevant activity and supported the instruction to train critical thinking skill’s student on acid base topic; (3) each critical thinking skill’s indicator have reached ≥ 2,67 that is 3.0 on interpretation, 3.19 on analyze, and 3.8 on inference. Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) berorientasi literasi sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKS secara teoritis. Kelayakan teoritis LKS ditinjau dari: (1) Kriteria isi (2) Kriteria Penyajian (3) Kriteria kebahasaan. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pengembangan 4-D, namun hanya sampai pada tahap Develop atau pengembangan. LKS berorientasi literasi sains pada materi larutan elektrolit dan nonelektrolit layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran disebabkan sudah memenuhi syarat kelayakan secara teoritis. Kelayakan LKS secara teoritis mendapat persentase kelayakan pada kriteria isi sebesar 86,27% dengan kategori sangat layak; persentase kaelayakan pada kriteria penyajian sebesar 87,18% dengan kategori sangat layak; persentase kelayakan pada kriteria kebahasaan sebesar 86,67% dengan kategori sangat layak. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa berdasarkan kelayakan secara teoritis. Kelayakan LKS secara teoritis berdasarkan: 1) isi, kebahasan, penyajian, kegrafikan; 2) kesesuaian dengan sintaks model inkuiri terbimbing untuk melatihkan kemampuan literasi sains. Teknik penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan rancangan penelitian menggunakan One-Shot Case Study. Prosedur mrnggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) Sukmadinata (2012). LKS berorientasi inkuiri terbimbing untuk melatihkan kemampuan literasi sains pada sub materi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruh pergeseran arah kesetimbangan kimia dipergunakan sebagai bahan ajar sesuai syarat kelayakan teoritis yaitu: kelayakan isi dengan persentase 87,18% kategori sangat layak; kelayakan kebahasaan dengan persentase 82,22% kategori sangat layak; kelayakan penyajian dengan persentase 88,05% kategori sangat layak; kelayakan kegrafikan dengan persentase 90,00% kategori sangat layak; kelayakan kesesuaian dengan sintaks model inkuiri terbimbing untuk melatihkan kemampuan literasi sains dengan persentase 80,00% kategori layak. Kata Kunci: LKS, Literasi Sains, Kesetimbangan Kimia This study aims at developing Students’ Worksheet (LKS) based on theoretical feasibility. The feasibility of students’ worksheet is theoretically reviewed based on: 1) criteria of the content, language, presentation, graphs; 2) conformity with the guided-inquiry syntax to train science literacy. This research employs descriptive quantitative method and One-Shot Case Study. The research procedures refer to the Research and Development method (R & D) Sukmadinata (2012). Guided-inquiry oriented students’ worksheet is intended to train the ability of science literacy on the sub-material of factors that influences the direction of chemical equilibrium shift used as teaching materials because it has fulfilled the following theoretical feasibility requirements: the content feasibility gets 87,18% which means very feasible; language eligibility earns 82.22% falls to proper category; The feasibility of the presentation reaches 88.05% classified as decent category; the feasibility of graph obtains a 90.00% which means very viable; the feasibility of conformity with the syntax guided-inquiry model to train the science literacy ability gets 80.00% with the appropriate category. Abstract

This research aims to discover the advisability of an android game called SABC (Solve Acid Base Case) as instructional media acid based for eleventh grade senior high school in term of validity, practicality and effectiveness. This research is a Research and Development Cycle type, according to Borg and Gall the steps included as: (1) Research and Information Collecting, (2) Planning, (3) Develop Preliminary of Product, and (4) Preliminary Field Testing. Assessment Instruments that used were game review sheet as media, game validation sheet, student activity observation sheet, test result sheet of student learning result and student’s questionnaire response. The SABC game reviewed by two chemistry lecturers and validated by three chemistry lecturers and one chemistry high school teacher and tested to twenty students in XI MIPA, SMAN 1 Mojosari. The result showed that the android based game Solve Acid Base Case is appropriate to be applied as an Acid Base media learning for eleventh grade High School student. From the validation assessmen, It is shown each aspect gets excellent assessment with the percentage of 82%-94% in terms of the quality of the content, the aspects of science, appearance quality, software engineering, language quality, and game requierements. Student learning shows 100% classical completeness. Result of student responses shows very good response with percentage 93.04%. Abstract

The study was aimed to know feasibility of kit student worksheet on acid base to train science process skill. The feasibility was assessed according theoretically and empirically feasibility. Theoretically feasibility obtained from validation result in content, presenting, language, and graphical criteria. Empirically feasibility obtained from student respond, appropriateness of lesson plan, and science process skill test. This research use 4-D Model of Development but implemented until develop phase. This research was tested to 16 students from XI-MIA 2 SMAN 11 Surabaya for two meetings with indicator and pH of acid base; and neutralization reaction as sub matter. Instruments in this research were validation, student respond, and observation sheet. Result of this research shown that kit Student Worksheet on Acid Base to train science process skill was feasible to use that proven with: 1) Result of theoretically feasibility with percentage range 73.33%-93.33%. (2) Result of empirically feasibility with percentage range of student responses was 81.25%-100.00% and all activities was appropriate with lesson plan. 3) Result of science process skill test was increased its proven by n-gain result for pretest 1-posttest 1 and pretest 2-posttest 2 was on category medium-high and the completeness percentage of science process skill components which on range 48,50%-98,50% in posttest 1 and 72,00%-100,00% in posttest 2. Abstract

The implementation of this research which used quasi experimental with One group pretest posttest design was aimed to describe the students creativite thinking skills to the implementation of semi guided inquiry learning model with demonstration-experiments method on reaction rates matter. From all of students in the MIA of the 11th grade in SMAN 1 Sidoarjo on the odd semester 2016-2017 academic year was obtained the MIA 4 of the eleventh grade as a sample. The method used in this research were observation and test. The instrument used in this research were students activity observation sheet, and the creativite thinking skills test. The results showed that the students creative thinking skills has been practice proven by posttest score of students creative thinking skills have reached the determined score ≥ 3. Students latest creative thinking skills obtained a total of 2 students or by 6,25% scored 3 (B), a total of 17 sudents or by 53,12% scored 3,20-3,50 (B+), a total of 11 students or by 34,38% scored 3,60-3,80 (A-), and a total of 2 students or by 6,25% scored 4 (A).
