Abstract

In this paper present a prototype platform for automated chicken feeding control with an embedded system. This prototype is an automated real-time chicken feeding mixing system that will help chicken farmers become more automated, which will be highly beneficial for the expansion of the chicken poultry farm in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand. This machine may take the role of a person in the chicken-feeding process, solving the farm's labor shortage. The apparatus for feeding chickens makes use of an Arduino Uno board as the heart of an embedded system controller. The two major components of this device are an Arduino that controls the servomotor opening for the food container and another Arduino that controls the servomotor opening for the food ingredients in a mixed food container. The prototype platform will have an alarm when the food ingredients are at the minimum quantity. This also helps the chickens get the amount of food and nutrients that are appropriate for their age while reducing labour costs, saving food, and controlling chicken feeding on time.

Abstract

The world of Wireless Technology has been improving consistently due to its high speed and reliability. Some of the demands that need to be fulfilled include larger network capacity, improved data rates and so on. This paper focuses on the design and simulation of the Transmitter, which is a key component in an RF Transceiver Module. It is built by cascading an Up Conversion Mixer, a Bandpass Filter and a Power Amplifier as its most fundamental units. The Cadence Virtuoso Tool was used to construct this Transmitter block in 180nm node technology. The IF signal to the Mixer is 100 MHz and the LO signal is 2.3GHz. The 2.4GHz amplified RF output is taken from the Power Amplifier. A 1dB compression point of -25.91 dBm and an IIP3 of 10.14 dBm is observed for the proposed design. Future work involves testing its integrity with an RF Receiver module that has appropriate modulation schemes in place and converting it into a physical layout-based IC.

Abstract

Automotive exterior spare parts retailers frequently sell exterior spare parts for a range of cars via direct sales transactions and online media. A major issue has come up for consumers who purchase products online must install spare parts independently, with limited instructions that make it difficult for customers to install the replacement components. This is demonstrated by nearly 50% of online consumers complaining to the seller about installation errors, indicating the need for a solution to these issues. Augmented reality was used as a solution to educate how to install automotive exterior spare parts. In this work, the Spatial Tracking technology is utilized to project objects from a viewpoint in order to send data digitally and show the 3D model to the object's surrounds in real time.  This study included as samples rear-view mirrors, headlights, stop lamps, and fog lamps. According to the study's findings, The user acceptance test was carried out by online consumers who buy spare parts at the store, and the results of the average percentage score of the entire questionnaire by more than 53% agree and strongly agree that the use of augmented reality can ease the spare-part installation bought online, the results of testing the AVAR application by the user are successful and well accepted.

Abstract

Container rental service companies or container parking facilities providers need container transportation equipment such as Crane Reach Stalker to move and arrange containers. Several container services companies in Surabaya such as Citra Mandiri Sejati have a Crane Reach Stalker made by Ferari Italy which experienced damage to the electrical control. After observing the control unit, the damage was in the hardware comparison system and the relay control used. Dealing with these problems, planning and improvement of the total control system were carried out using the ATMega2560 AVR microcontroller. However, the problem becomes complex and requires cooperation with Hydraulic control partners when the entire system must be resolved. From the renovation work on the Ferari 178H1 Load Handling Crane system for a year, it was obtained that the Load Handling control input data in which it was a joystick and a 3 positions button with an output level of 0 and 9 volts. Hydraulic control uses a Solenoid Valve type 4/3 with 2 input control coils, and in overall system testing, the average length of time for the movement of the Piston Crane is 6 to 12 seconds. From the test results using a 40 tons container load, it was stated by the Crane driver that the time used to carry out Load Handling for the Hydraulic type and the Crane's age was suitable and appropriate.
