Abstract

The purpose of this study is to close the gap in the literature by examining the connection between tax evasion in Indonesia, executive incentives, company governance quality, and family ownership. It is anticipated that the study's findings would help company executives and policymakers better understand corporate governance and curtail tax evasion. The results of this study can help policymakers and regulators in Indonesia create more effective regulations to boost corporate governance and increase tax compliance. Quantitative approaches are the research approach that is being applied. The independent variables of family ownership, corporate governance, and executive incentives have little impact on tax avoidance, according to the findings of statistical tests using panel data model estimate in partial T test testing. The movement or change in the independent variables in this study is unrelated to the tax avoidance ratio.

Abstract

The number of true partner hospitals in North Sumatra Province has increased since 2012 by 288 units to 310 units in 2023. The increasing number of true partner hospital units does not necessarily mean that true partner hospital services are adequate. This research aims to measure the factors that influence consumer satisfaction and to provide technical responses sourced from the Voice of Customer. This research uses a quantitative analysis method that combines the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine service quality factors that influence consumer satisfaction and the Quality Function Deployment method is used to provide a technical response. This methodology uses a quantitative approach using the IPA method to show factors that are among the main priorities, namely services related to providing appropriate diagnoses by doctors at true partner hospitals, services related to responses by true partner hospitals to complaints from patients, and service attributes related to the suitability of drugs given by doctors at true partner hospitals. Increasing responses to patient complaints is a top priority that must be carried out by true partner hospitals to increase patient satisfaction. The technical response with the highest priority order is that medical personnel must provide clear answers regarding the treatment the patient is undergoing, and doctors at true partner hospitals must be more careful in administering medication that is appropriate to the patient’s illness.

Abstract

The advancement of science and technology has led to the development of various systems aimed at aiding human life. One example is data management systems designed to handle and store data. Security is also a crucial aspect, especially in institutions. Many methods are used to ensure security, one of which is the use of gate barriers, such as those at Ibn Khaldun University in Bogor. Currently, the gates at Ibn Khaldun University use an automated system where the barrier opens and closes automatically as vehicles pass through. The gates are also integrated with a system. However, this system still has some shortcomings, such as not all visitors passing through the gate being identified and issues with the payment cycle. The method used in this research is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes speed in system development.
