The Pre-Employment Card Policy is one of the solutions in handling the impact of COVID-19 from the employment aspect. Where the beneficiaries are job seekers and also informal and formal workers who are directly affected by this corona virus. The Pre-Employment Card is a competency development and productivity improvement program through online and offline-based training fees. Digital platforms that have collaborated with the Pre-Employment Card Program to date include: Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Skill Academy by Ruangguru, What to Learn, Haruka Edu, Pijar Mahir, Sekolah.mu and Sisnaker. The Ministry of Manpower has prepared a Job Training Center (BLK) as one of the training institutions that will carry out training and also involve the private sector to implement this program, in this case the Private Job Training Institute (LPKS). The Department of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatra Province through the field of Training and Labor Productivity (Lattas) as implementing policies in the field of implementing job training and improving the quality of management of training institutions. Private Job Training Institutes (LPKS) are one of the partners in conducting training both online and offline, but in South Sumatra Province only a few LPKS can qualify as pre-employment card partners, this is due to the many qualifications and special standards that are required by LPKS to can become a pre-employment card partner and there are still at least a number of LPKS that can pass the pre-employment card partner verification, not only passing the partner verification but passing the verification of the training program offered by LPKS for prospective pre-employment card participants. This study uses a qualitative and descriptive approach using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The presence of researchers in this study as the main instrument in data collection to the stage of reporting the results. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources, interviews and narratives. The subjects/informants in this study included the Head of the Manpower and Transmigration Service of South Sumatra Province, Head of Lattas (Training and Productivity), Head of Institutional Certification at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Sumatra Province, Manager of LPK Widya, LPK SPED, LPK Kiamory Academy, the General Society of pre-employment card registrants who pass and those who do not pass verification to become pre-employment card participants. The Pre-Employment Card Program which is running in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic needs to be evaluated immediately and wise considerations, especially for private job training institutions (LPKS) whose existence and quality improvement need to be supported and guided, making new innovations by utilizing the digitalization system. as well as the multi benefits obtained by pre-employment card participants as well as to give confidence to LPKS spread across regions / cities in South Sumatra to be able to compete and even partner with existing digital platforms. Coordination and collaboration between district / city governments in the future needs to be further improved so that the pre-employment card program can be implemented more optimally in South Sumatra. ABSTRAK Kebijakan Kartu Pra Kerja sebagai salah satu solusi dalam penanganan dampak COVID-19 dari aspek ketenagakerjaan. Di mana para penerima manfaat merupakan para pencari kerja dan juga pekerja informal maupun formal yang terkena dampak langsung dari virus corona ini. Kartu Prakerja merupakan program pengembangan kompetensi dan peningkatan produktivitas melalui bantuan biaya pelatihan yang berbasis daring (online) dan offline. Platform digital yang bekerja sama dengan Program Kartu Prakerja sampai saat ini antara lain: Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Skill Academy by Ruang guru, Mau Belajar Apa, Haruka Edu, Pijar Mahir, Sekolah.mu dan Sisnaker. Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan telah menyiapkan Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) sebagai salah satu lembaga pelatihan yang akan melaksanakan pelatihan juga melibatkan swasta untuk mengimplementasikan program ini dalam hal ini yaitu Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja Swasta (LPKS). Dinas tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui bidang Pelatihan dan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja (Lattas) sebagai pelaksana kebijakan di bidang penyelenggaraan pelatihan kerja dan peningkatan mutu pengelolaan lembaga pelatihan. Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja Swasta (LPKS) menjadi salah satu mitra dalam menyelenggarakan Pelatihan baik secara online dan offline namun di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan hanya beberapa LPKS saja yang bisa lolos menjadi mitra kartu pra kerja, hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya kualifikasi dan standar khusus yang menjadi syarat LPKS untuk dapat menjadi mitra kartu pra kerja dan masih sedikitnya jumlah LPKS yang bisa lolos verifikasi mitra kartu pra kerja, tidak hanya lolos verifikasi mitra saja tetapi lolos verifikasi program pelatihan yang ditawarkan oleh LPKS untuk calon peserta kartu pra kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode Partisipatory Action Reseach (PAR). Kehadiran peneliti dalam penelitian ini sebagai instrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data sampai pada tahap laporan hasil. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer, wawancara dan narrative. Adapun yang menjadi Subyek / informan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah, Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Kabid Lattas (Pelatihan dan Produktifitas), Kabid Sertifikasi Lembaga pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan , Pengelola LPK Widya, LPK SPED, LPK Kiamory Academy, Masyarakat Umum pendaftar kartu pra kerja yang lolos dan yang tidak lolos verifikasi untuk menjadi peserta kartu pra kerja. Program Kartu Prakerja yang sedang berjalan di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 perlu untuk segera dilakukan evaluasi dan pertimbangan yang bijak khususnya untuk lembaga pelatihan kerja swasta (LPKS) yang eksistensi dan peningkatan kualitasnya perlu di support dan dibimbing, melakukan inovasi - inovasi baru dengan memanfaatkan sistem digitalisasi serta multi benefit yang didapatkan oleh peserta kartu pra kerja sekaligus untuk memberikan kepercayaan diri terhadap LPKS yang tersebar di daerah / kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk dapat bersaing bahkan bermitra dengan platform digital yang ada. Koordinasi antara pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota kedepannya perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar program kartu prakerja lebih maksimal pelaksanaannya di Sumatera Selatan.

The purpose of the study was to examine the magnitude of the influence of recruitment and development on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk (Persero) Palembang Branch Office. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study. Data analysis was carried out by means of Multiple Regression Test. The results of the research and discussion found that the influence of recruitment and development on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk (Persero) Branch Office Palembang is 0.793, which means that if it is quadranted, the correlation result is multiplied by 100%. Then it was found that the effect of recruitment and development on employee performance was 79.3%. While the rest (100-79.3 = 20.7%) is influenced by other variables. The results of the hypothesis test show that the F value is 130,263 with a significance of .000, which means that the X1 and X2 variables simultaneously affect the Y variable. In addition, based on the t-test, it can be said that the Recruitment Variable and the career development variable partially affect work performance. This positive influence shows that with a good recruitment system, then development will result in good performance for employees. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menguji besarnya Pengaruh rekruitmen dan pengembangan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk (Persero) Branch Office Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, studi pustaka. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara Uji Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan didapatkan bahwa Pengaruh rekruitmen dan pengembangan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk (Persero) Branch Office Palembang 0,793 yang artinya jika dikuadrankan dengan hasil korelasi yang dikalikan 100%. Maka didapat bahwa pengaruh rekruitmen dan pengembangan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan adalah 79,3 %. Sementara sisanya (100-79,3=20,7 %) dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil uji hipotesi menunjukkan bahwa nilai F sebesar 130.263 dengan signifikansi sebesar .000 yang artinya variable X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variable Y. selain itu berdasarkan uji t dapat disampaikan bahwa Varibel Rekrutmen dan variable pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja. The purpose of carrying out this research activity is to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Pembina Public Health Center, Sebrang Ulu I District, Palembang City. The research method used is a quantitative research approach. Methods for collecting data by distributing questionnaires to patients at the Pembina Public Health Center, Sebrang Ulu I District, Palembang City. The results of the research and discussion found that the quality of service had an effect on patient satisfaction, the value obtained stated that there was a positive influence between and between public services on satisfaction (76.5%). The results obtained indicate that if the service is improved, then patient satisfaction will also increase. This positive influence was obtained because of the willingness of officers to provide services and being able to control themselves. So that in serving the community, officers are able to maximize all the elements in the theory of service quality. ABSTRAK Tujuan dilaksanakan kegaiatan penelitian adalah Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien pada Puskesmas Pembina Kecamatan Sebrang Ulu I Kota Palembang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode Pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner/angket kepada pasien yang ada di Puskesmas Pembina Kecamatan Sebrang Ulu I Kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan didapatkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pasien, nilai yang didapat menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan antara Pelayanan Publik terhadap kepuasan (76,5%). Hasil yang didapat menyatakan bahwa jika pelayanan ditingkatkan, maka Kepuasan Pasien juga akan ikut meningkat. Pengaruh positif tersebut didapat karena adanya kemauan petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan dan mampu mengontrol diri. Sehingga dalam melayani masyarakat petugas mampu memaksimalkan semua unsur yang ada dalam teori kualitas pelayanan.

Social rehabilitation center for people with physical disabilities (brspdf) budi perkasa palembang during the covid-19 pandemic, problems were found related to the covid-19 pandemic, namely the social rehabilitation service program at the rehabilitation center still relies on service program processes that are not optimal, which are constrained by the covid pandemic. -19. Has a problem formulation how is the implementation of the regulation of the minister of social affairs of the republic of indonesia number 7 of 2017 concerning standards for habilitation and social rehabilitation of persons with disabilities at the budi perkasa social rehabilitation center for physical disabilities palembang during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the regulation of the minister of social affairs of the republic of indonesia number 7 of 2017 concerning standards for social habilitation and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities at the budi perkasa social rehabilitation center for physical disabilities palembang during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a qualitative research methodology. The concept used in the research is the implementation and standards of social rehabilitation and rehabilitation. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that communication is still not optimal because during the covid-19 pandemic communication is influenced by cellphones, computers, internet data packages, pulses, and internet networks whose communication process is carried out by working from home or wrok from home. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Peraturan Menteri Sosial Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Standar Pembinaan dan Rehabilitasi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas di Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Budi Perkasa Untuk Cacat Fisik Palembang. selama pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi penelitian kualitatif. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan dan standar rehabilitasi dan rehabilitasi sosial. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi masih belum optimal karena pada masa pandemi covid-19 komunikasi dipengaruhi oleh ponsel, komputer, paket data internet, pulsa, dan jaringan internet yang proses komunikasinya dilakukan dengan bekerja dari rumah atau bekerja dari rumah. wfh). The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Management Information Systems and Service Quality at PT. Postal Logistics Indonesia Palembang branch office. Where previously the timeliness of delivery then problems in the quality of information in monitoring the delivery of goods was not good enough, thus affecting the quality of service at PT. Pos Indonesia Logistics Palembang Branch Office. This has attracted the attention of researchers to be appointed as the problem studied. The results of research on the implementation of management information systems in improving service quality at PT. Pos Logistik Indonesia Palembang Branch Office is successful because of the existence of a website which is an information system that provides many benefits in making the right decisions to set strategies in the face of intense business competition of the same type. So that this system is of very good quality with information presented in a fast, precise, accurate and reliable way, the concept of the system is easily accessible and presented in an easy-to-understand format, very supportive in evaluating the performance of a company in an effort to improve service quality to become more reliable, empowered highly responsive, attentive to consumer needs, able to guarantee the best service that can be felt directly by consumers. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Service Quality pada PT. Kantor Pos Logistik Indonesia cabang Palembang. Dimana sebelumnya ketepatan waktu pengiriman kemudian masalah kualitas informasi dalam pengawasan pengiriman barang kurang baik, sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Logistik Kantor Cabang Palembang. Hal inilah yang menarik perhatian peneliti untuk diangkat sebagai masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian penerapan sistem informasi manajemen dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Pos Logistik Indonesia Kantor Cabang Palembang berhasil karena keberadaan website yang merupakan sistem informasi yang memberikan banyak manfaat dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk menetapkan strategi dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang ketat jenisnya. Sehingga sistem ini sangat berkualitas dengan informasi yang disajikan secara cepat, tepat, akurat dan terpercaya, konsep sistem mudah diakses dan disajikan dalam format yang mudah dipahami, sangat mendukung dalam mengevaluasi kinerja suatu perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan menjadi lebih handal, berdaya tanggap tinggi, memperhatikan kebutuhan konsumen, mampu menjamin pelayanan terbaik yang dapat dirasakan langsung oleh konsumen.

Communication patterns emphasize message feedback and lead to functions and roles that switch positions between communicators and communicants. This study aims to determine the long-distance communication pattern of students from outside Arga Makmur through whatsapp in maintaining family harmony. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The study describes how long-distance communication patterns between parents and children through social media whatsapp in maintaining family harmony. The research data was obtained from the main informants, namely, students who on average migrated, far from their parents, to study. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that an effective pattern of long-distance communication between children and parents is a consensual communication pattern where this pattern, a pattern that makes communication open and more effective for building a harmonious family, the results of the study also found inhibiting factors such as time constraints, activities many, signals, costs with long-distance communication patterns with parents via WhatsApp can form a harmonious family. ABSTRAK Pola komunikasi menekankan pada adanya umpan balik pesan dan mengarah kepada fungsi dan peran yang saling beralih kedudukan antara komunikator dengan komunikan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi jarak jauh mahasiswa yang berasal dari luar kota Arga Makmur melalui media sosial whatsapp dalam menjaga keharmonisan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian menggambarkan bagaimana pola komunikasi jarak jauh antara orang tua dan anak melalui whatsapp dalam menjaga keharmonisan keluarga. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan pokok yaitu, mahasiswa yang rata-rata merantau, jauh dari orang tua, untuk kuliah. Sedangkan pada teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi jarak jauh anak dan orang tua yang efektif yaitu pola komunikasi konsesual dimana pola ini, pola yang membuat komunikasi terbuka dan lebih efektif untuk membangun keluarga yang harmonis, dari hasil penelitian juga menemukan faktor-faktor penghambat seperti kendala waktu,kegiatan yang banyak, signal, biaya dengan pola komunikasi jarak jauh dengan orang tua melalui WhatsApp dapat membentuk keluarga yang harmonis.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the number of family dependents on the welfare of the fishermen's family, to determine the magnitude of the effect of working hours on the welfare of fishermen's families, to determine the magnitude of the influence of fishing trips to fishermen family welfare, to determine the magnitude of the effect simultaneously on the number of dependents of the family, working hours. and the distance to the welfare of fishermen families in Pasar Seblat Village. The population of this research is the fishing families of Pasar Seblat Village, amounting to 127 families, from the calculation using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, it can be seen that the number of samples in this study was 96 respondents. This type of research in this research is in the form of quantitative descriptive research.The results of this study indicate that the variable number of family dependents (X1) has a positive and significant effect on family welfare (Y) as indicated by a positive regression coefficient of 0.787 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.050. The working hour variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on family welfare (Y) as indicated by the positive regression coefficient of 0.239 with a sig value of 0.003 <0.050. The operational cost variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on family welfare (Y) as indicated by the positive regression coefficient of 0.168 with a sig value of 0.006 <0.050. The result of F states that the number of family dependents, working hours and operational costs simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of fishermen families in Pasar Sebelat Village. The regression coefficient value is 1.485 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.050. The magnitude of the influence of the number of family dependents, working hours and operational costs on the welfare of fishermen's families 80.2% and 19.8% is influenced by other factors that are not disclosed in this study. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh jumlah tanggungan keluarga terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga nelayan, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh jam kerja terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga nelayan, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh usaha penangkapan ikan. perjalanan kesejahteraan keluarga nelayan, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh secara simultan terhadap jumlah tanggungan keluarga, jam kerja. dan jarak kesejahteraan keluarga nelayan di Desa Pasar Seblat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keluarga nelayan Desa Pasar Seblat yang berjumlah 127 KK, dari perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan margin of error 5% terlihat bahwa jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 responden. . Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah tanggungan keluarga (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi positif sebesar 0,787 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,050. Variabel jam kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi positif sebesar 0,239 dengan nilai sig 0,003 < 0,050. Variabel biaya operasional (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi positif sebesar 0,168 dengan nilai sig 0,006 < 0,050. Hasil F menyatakan bahwa jumlah tanggungan keluarga, jam kerja dan biaya operasional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga nelayan di Desa Pasar Sebelat. Nilai koefisien regresi adalah 1,485 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,050. Besarnya pengaruh jumlah tanggungan keluarga, jam kerja dan biaya operasional terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga nelayan 80,2% dan 19,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini.

Since the 2000s the issue of radicalism has emerged in Indonesia. According to the Directorate of Deradicalization of the BNPT (2018), there are several indicators that someone can be categorized as an adherent of radicalism, including spreading anti-Pancasila ideology. and joining an invitation to support groups for the caliphate associated with the global terror network of the Islamic State (ISIS), Puslitjak Dikbud in 2017 found evidence that it was known that 8.2% of students agreed-strongly agreed if the OSIS Chair at their school was of the same religion and 6.8 % of students feel that it is better if the Student Council Chair is of the same ethnicity or ethnicity, and this shows the seeds of exclusive understanding which if they continue to develop will lead to radicalism appearing within the student council organization. This study uses a type of field research with data collection techniques through a survey of OSIS administrators and members of State Senior High Schools in South Kalimantan. This study aims to illustrate what lines contribute to the color of radicalism in the OSIS activities of State Senior High Schools in South Kalimantan towards the religious understanding and attitudes of OSIS members of State Senior High Schools in South Kalimantan.

This study entitled Effect of PIK-R (Center for Information and Counseling Adolescents) on student behavior (member PIK-R) in communicating program genre (Generation Planning) at SMA N 5 Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of PIK-R (Center for Information and Counseling Adolescents) on student behavior (member PIK-R) in communicating program genre (Generation Plan). This study uses the theory of group communication. The variables in the study was PIK-R (Center for Information and Counseling Adolescents) as a variable X and the behavior of the students as a variable Y. This research was conducted in August 2015 by using the techniques of data collection questionnaire and literature study, to suspensions and measurement criteria based on the Likert scale scores 1-5. The sample in this research is the whole activity PIK-R in SMA N 5 Bengkulu city, the technique determination of sample that is in the census, respondents numbered 50 people and research methods are quantitative analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and assisted by SPSS version 17. This study used some components as a guide to answer the questions in the desired, these components include the PIK-R (X) and student behavior (Y). From result of respondents giving the results of the genre in the delivery of program material PIK-R activities significantly influence the behavior of students on the knowledge, attitudes and actions. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of social media Facebook on the social behavior of the people in Dusun Curup Village, Air Besi District, North Bengkulu Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, a quantitative approach is an approach that describes a problem so that the results of the study can be generalized. The results of hypothesis testing explain that the t-count value in this study is greater than the t-table, with a comparison of t-count (9.01875) > t-table (1.664). This value states that Ha (the working hypothesis) is accepted and Ho (the hypothesis is rejected). This means that there is a significant influence between Facebook social media users on people's social behavior, but the effect is only 2.67%. Qualitatively, it turns out that statements using social media Facebook are not dominantly able to change aggressive behavior in community life and in the family, because based on the test results the percentage is only 2.67%. This proves that there are other factors in this case, it is suspected that there are other social media that are able to change people's behavior.
