Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of work motivation, work discipline and organizational climate on employee performance at RSUD Puri Husada Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were 218 employees and then taken samples with the formula Slovin obtained a sample of 141 employees as respondents. The results of the study using the t test revealed that the independent variables namely work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and organizational climate (X3) partially had a significant effect on teriktat variables namely employee performance (Y) in RSUD Puri Husada, Indragiri Hilir Regency. From the F test results obtained an F count of 19,597 and a significance level of 0,000. Because the F count is 19.597> 2.671 and the significance level is 0.000 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This means that work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and organizational climate (X3) together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) in RSUD Puri Husada, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of health services in Enok Tembilahan Health Center. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, with dimensions of service quality according to Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry consisting of Tangibles (direct evidence), Reliability, Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (assurance) and Empathy. The results of studies that have been conducted on service quality at Enok Tembilahan Health Center in health services, from the five dimensions namely Tangibles (direct evidence), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy, the quality of service is good. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the policy of appointing state civil servants in structural positions and the factors that influence them in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and data collection with in-depth interviews. The process of implementing ASN appointment in Indragiri Hilir Regency there are 5 stages including planning, announcement, registration, selection and appointment. Planning is carried out based on the proposed workforce needs and the slack of officials in the region which are forwarded to each agency. The announcement phase was carried out by the Baperjakat Team after it was discovered that the SKPD needed employees and had been scheduled beforehand. The registration and selection stage for the appointment of the State Civil Apparatus in Indragiri Hilir Regency is the core stage in the appointment process. The final stage in the process of appointing a State Civil Apparatus in a position in Indragiri Hilir Regency is the appointment stage. This stage was carried out after the ASN candidate had carried out the examination and was declared eligible to become a State Civil Apparatus. Keywords: appointment, state civil apparatus

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Sampang District Police, Sampang Regency. The total sample size was 36 personnel. The aim is to describe the transformational leadership and transactional leadership research that has a partial and significant effect on the performance of the personnel of the Satsabara Police, Sampang District, Sampang Regency. Then to prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a both simultaneous and partially significant effect on the performance of the Satsabara personnel at the Sampang District Police, Sampang Regency. This type of research is an explanatory study using a quantitative research approach. The results showed that simultaneously, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a very significant influence on the performance of personnel in the Sampang Police, Sampang Regency. Partially, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant influence on personnel performance at the Sampang Police, Sampang Regency. Thus, it can be said that all the independent variables partially have a significant effect on the performance of personnel at the Sampang Police, Sampang Regency. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Center with a population of 286 people, the number of research samples was 166 people. The research objective is to describe and determine whether individual characteristics, work experience, work environment have an influence either simultaneously or partially on the performance of the employees of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Office. Furthermore, to determine which variables among individual characteristics, work experience, work environment have a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Surabaya Agricultural Quarantine Office. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The approach in this research uses a quantitative approach. The results show that simultaneously, individual characteristics, work experience and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, individual characteristics, work experience and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance and work experience has a dominant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the principal's leadership function on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The study population included all 35 Tembilahan Junior High School teachers, who were also the study sample. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially the principal's leadership function consisting of the educator function, manager function, administrator function, supervisor function, innovator function and motivator function significantly influence teacher performance. The motivator function is the dominant variable influencing the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Simultaneously the leadership function of the principal consisting of the educator function, manager function, administrator function, supervisor function, innovator function and motivator function significantly influences the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine partially mutations and organizational culture on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo. Secondly, to find out the simultaneous influence of mutation and organizational culture on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo City. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed throughout the population. The results show that mutation and organizational culture partially influence the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo. Mutation and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of SMP Negeri 8 teachers at Probolinggo and organizational culture has a dominant influence on teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of family planning services and its constraints in the Trucuk District area of Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques with interview observation and documentation. Processing and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the quality of family planning services seen from 1) Tangible has a fairly good room. 2) Reliable is good. 3) Responsiveness provided by officers is good. 4) Assurance of the community is satisfied and happy in using health services. 5) Emphaty given by the officers gives a friendly and pleasant impression. As for the constraints: 1) public knowledge about contraception is still low. 2) low level of community education. 3) KB culture is very low.Keywords: services, family planning

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the quality of health services on inpatient satisfaction at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire), Observation (Observation) and Documentation. Determination of the sample of this study uses the incidental sampling method that is taking patients who need services at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. The results of the study using a partial test (t test) found that the independent variables, namely responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, attention and reliability partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely patient satisfaction in RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. From the F test results obtained an F count of 19,029 and a significance level of 0,000. Because the significance level is 0,000 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This means that responsiveness, guarantees, physical evidence, attention and reliability together have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency.Keywords: satisfaction, responsiveness, guarantee, physical evidence, attention, reliability.
