Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain the right data and information to analyze the data. Specifically this study aims: To determine the effect of communication, level of education and professionalism on the quality of service in the office with Samsat Pamekasan District. The author makes an employee at the Office Samsat Pamekasan as a population, which totals amounted to 34 people. Given the population is quite small so that the sample taken as large as the population (total sample of 34 people). Based on the results of this research data analysis, communication, education level and professionalism simultaneously and significantly influence the quality of service in the office together Samsat Pamekasan District. While the partial test is only the variable level of education and professionalism that positively affect the quality of service in the office with Samsat Pamekasan District.Keywords: communication, level of education, professionalism, service quality

Abstract

This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Torjun Sampang Regency with the number of research samples as many as 32 personnel, The purpose of this study is 1) To describe the motivation, organizational culture, leadership of principal and teacher performance, 2) To know the effect simultaneously the motivation, organizational culture, and leadership of the principal against the performance of teachers, 3) To know influence of motivation on teacher performance, 4) To know influence of organizational culture on teacher performance of SMA Negeri 1 Torjun Kabupaten Sampang; 5) To know influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation, organizational culture and leadership of principals have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. Partially, motivation, organizational culture and leadership of principal have a significant effect on teacher performance.Keywords: motivation, organizational culture, principal leadership, teacher performance

Abstract

This research was conducted in Subden 3 Den A Pioneer Unit Brimob East Java Police in Pamekasan with the number of research samples as many as 118 people. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe how about work motivation, emotional intelligence, individual commitment and performance of personnel, 2) to find out whether the work motivation, emotional intelligence and individual commitment affect simultaneously to the performance of personnel, 3) to find out whether the work motivation, emotional intelligence and individual commitment partially influence the performance of personnel. The results showed that simultaneously, Work Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and Individual Commitment have a significant influence on the performance of personnel. Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanyar Jln. Klenang Lor No. 100 Banyuanyar Probolinggo Regency. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation, and performance through job satisfaction of Non PNS teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanyar Probolinggo. The population in this study were all non civil servant teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bayuanyar Probolinggo, amounting to 33 people. The analytical method of this study uses path analysis. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on performance, motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of non PNS teachers, work motivation has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of Non PNS teacher SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanayar Probolinggo. Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of career development, career commitment and internal control on the performance of public services partially or simultaneously at Puri Husada Tembilahan District Hospital. The study population included all employees of Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional Hospital totaling 218 people, taken as many as 141 employees. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially career development, career commitment and internal control significantly influence the performance of public services. Career Development is the dominant variable influencing the performance of public services at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. Simultaneously career development, career commitment and internal control significantly influence the performance of public services. Organizational goals will be easily achieved if the organization can develop career and career commitments for employees and improve internal control so as to improve the performance of public services. Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of service in the Mandah District Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative researched only one variable about the quality of service. The results of the study are based on the quality dimension which consists of: Tangibles, the community states that the officers in providing services are quite good with neatly dressed and polite. Physical facilities such as waiting rooms are quite comfortable, queues are very organized, thus speeding up the service process. Reliability is quite good, that is, the community is easy and the process of arranging services is not complicated. Responsiveness of employees to criticism and complaints of the community, responded well and immediately followed up. Besides that, employees are present at the service office on time, so that if there are people who come directly served well. Assurance is discipline, courtesy and friendliness of employees is quite good as evidenced by the service users who come welcomed by employees to ask things they can help. Empathy of employees who include attention to the community who come to the public service unit asked their needs and provide explanations that are easily understood by the community at large. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is to describe the qualitative dimensions of trust from the perspective of PT PAL Surabaya's middle managers. Then to minimize the various conflicts that might arise due to miscommunication and misperception both at the level of middle managers and in influence with top management. In addition, developing mutual expectations to have a trust relationship (mutual trust behavior) between structural levels both in groups (within groups) and within groups (outside groups). The method used in this study is the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results showed the most dominant inhibiting factors were lack of confidence, fear, ineffective communication both horizontally and vertically, lack of confidence in team cohesiveness. While the driving factor is the willingness to get to know each other and get the character of a colleague, reciprocity for mutual trust is increasingly developing, trusting with team cohesiveness. Abstract

This study aims to describe the Effectiveness of the Long Term Contraception Method Family Planning Program in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative methods. Research data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study obtained information that the Family Planning Program in Indragiri Hilir Regency is quite effective in suppressing the population growth rate. Judging from the several indicators used to measure Program Effectiveness, namely: Seen from the Program Objectives. Program Objectives in this case, the Fertile Age Couple. The effectiveness of the Targets as seen from the number of EFAs as active KB participants over the past 4 years has continued to increase, but those using the Long-Term Contraception Method have decreased each year. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Joint Office Samsat Pamekasan with the number of research samples as many as 34 employees. The purpose of this study is 1) To describe the motivation of leadership, work discipline, internal control on the performance of employees, 2) To test and analyze the motivation of leadership partially significant effect on the performance of employees, 3) To test and analyze the work discipline partially significant effect on the performance of employees. The results showed that the motivation of leadership, work discipline, and internal control simultaneously have a significant influence and have a very significant effect on improving employee performance. Leaders motivation, work discipline, and internal control individually / partially have a significant and significant influence in improving employee performance. So it can be concluded that each independent variable in this study both have an effect on the performance of employees. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1. Partially work motivation and work environment on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo City. 2. To find out the simultaneous influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo City. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed throughout the population. Analysis of the data used in this study are: multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). Conclusion Based on data analysis: it is explained that: 1. Work motivation and work environment have a partial effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo City, proven by t-test (partially) 2. Based on the results of the calculated F value (simultaneously) work motivation and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Probolinggo City 8 Junior High School teachers. Based on the t test results it is known that the work environment has a dominant influence on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo City.
