Abstract

This research is to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence and work discipline on teacher performance through work motivation at SMP Negeri 5 Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The research sample was 49 teachers, hereinafter referred to as respondents. Pedagogical Competency has a significant effect on Teacher Work Motivation at SMP Negeri 5 Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan. Work Discipline has a significant effect on Teacher Work Motivation at SMP Negeri 5 Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan. The results of the research show that Pedagogical Competency has a significant effect on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 5 Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan. Work Discipline has a significant effect on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 5 Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan. Work Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 5 Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of the mediating role of job satisfaction on the development of human resources, compensation and employee performance. This study used a saturated sample using all ASNs in Bagian Pengadaan Barang Dan Jasa Kabupaten Probolinggo as respondents, totaling 35 employees. Data collection uses a direct survey method with a questionnaire instrument. For further analysis using methods and techniques of analysis Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study show that (1) there is a significant influence between human resource development on job satisfaction, (2) there is a significant influence between human resource development on performance, (3) there is a significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction, (4) there is no significant effect between compensation on employee performance, (5) there is no significant effect between job satisfaction on performance, (6) there is no significant effect between human resource development through job satisfaction on performance and (7) there is no significant effect between compensation through job satisfaction on performance.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style of school principals on teacher performance through job satisfaction of State Middle School teachers in North Penajam Paser District, East Kalimantan. This research method uses a quantitative research approach. The research population was 36 teachers, hereinafter referred to as research respondents. The research results show that teacher work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance. There is an indirect relationship between work motivation variables and teacher performance through job satisfaction. There is an indirect influence between transformational leadership style variables on teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the role of Juru Timbang is in improving the quality of metrological services in traditional markets and to identify what factors support and hinder the implementation of the role of Juru Timbang. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. By using a sample obtained from a population consisting of Juru Timbang, customer, market coordinators, and metrological service officers. while the data collection technique is in the form of primary data obtained from questionnaires and secondary data from report documents at UPT Legal Metrology Probolinggo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the role of Juru Timbang in Probolinggo Regency has been running very well and has made a good contribution to improving metrological services in traditional markets, although there are several things that need attention, namely related to the Juru Timbang expertise in testing measuring instruments and the speed of Juru Timbang in responding to complaints Customer.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competence and compensation on performance through job satisfaction of UPTD employees at the Probolinggo City Job Training Center. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Hypothesis testing is carried out using path analysis. The results of this research show that: (1). Competency does not have a significant influence on job satisfaction of UPTD employees at the Probolinggo City Job Training Center, (2). Competency has a significant influence on the performance of UPTD employees at the Probolinggo City Job Training Center, (3). Work compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction of UPTD employees at the Probolinggo City Job Training Center, (4). Work compensation has a significant influence on the performance of the Probolinggo City Job Training Center Employee UPTD, (5). Job satisfaction does not have a significant influence on the performance of UPTD employees at the Probolinggo City Job Training Center, (6). Competency does not have a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of UPTD employees at the Probolinggo City Job Training Center, (7). Work compensation does not have a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction of UPTD employees at the Probolinggo City Job Training Center.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance, either directly or indirectly, with motivation as an intervening variable. The method in this research is a quantitative approach with a sample of 52 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) based on Structural Equation Model (SEM) version 4.0. The research results show that the work environment and job satisfaction have a direct effect on employee performance at Perumda Aneka Usaha Seger Jombang; Motivation directly has an influence on employee performance at Perumda Aneka Usaha Seger Jombang; and Motivation partially mediates the relationship between Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Perumda Aneka Usaha Seger Jombang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of organizational climate and competence on the work enthusiasm and performance of Indonesian Navy soldiers. This research also examines and analyzes the effect of organizational climate and competence on performance through work enthusiasm as an intervening variable. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique based on certain criteria. The criteria used in this study were Indonesian Navy soldiers, especially those serving at KRI Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma 355 for at least 1 year with a total sample of 123 soldiers. The results of the study show that organizational climate and competence have a positive and significant effect on work enthusiasm and performance of Indonesian Navy soldiers. The results of the mediation test show that organizational climate and competence have a significant effect on the performance of Indonesian Navy soldiers through work enthusiasm as an intervening variable. So that in an effort to improve the performance of Indonesian Navy soldiers, the leadership at KRI Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma 355 needs to pay attention to the organizational climate, competence and morale of Indonesian Navy soldiers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze village-owned enterprises innovation management in improving the economy of the people of Binor Village, Probolinggo Regency and to identify and analyze factors that support village-owned enterprises innovation management in improving the economy of the people of Binor Village, Probolinggo Regency using qualitative analysis methods, The results of the study show that village-owned enterprises innovation management simultaneously has a positive impact and is able to improve the economy of the people of Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. In addition, the factors driving the innovation management of village-owned enterprises of Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency include competent village-owned enterprises human resources, the application of technology in promoting business for the Binor Village community, and strengthening the synergy of the government, the private sector, and the community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and workload on teacher performance through teacher job satisfaction. If you look at the type of problem being studied, this research uses a quantitative approach, namely research that uses path analysis. The research results show that work motivation and workload each directly have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, the influence of work motivation, workload and job satisfaction each directly has a significant effect on teacher performance. The indirect effect of work motivation on teacher performance through job satisfaction is significant. Likewise, the indirect effect of workload on teacher performance through job satisfaction is also significant.

Abstract

The study will more clearly analyze the implementation of SIPD in Probolinggo District and identify the factors that become obstacles in planning SIPD in Probolinggo District which is carried out using a descriptive qualitative analysis approach. The results showed that the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) platform in Probolinggo Regency was going well. Probolinggo Regency is carrying out a massive implementation of the SIPD platform accompanied by using companion applications and regional internal aplications; and the obstacles encountered include the SIPD application is still not able to meet the needs of information data collection so that it requires a companion application. The SIPD application does not yet provide a variety of data formats for printing reports, there are still gaps in data accuracy, and lack of outreach.
