Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the project to strengthen Pancasila student profile of local wisdom at SMP Gema 45 Surabaya. The focuses of this research are: project implementation, project supporting factors, project inhibiting factors, and solutions to project inhibiting factors. This research is a descriptive qualitativeresearch. The results of this study describe that the implementation of the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile of local wisdom at SMP Gema 45 Surabaya was carried out through a process of planning, managing and reporting project results. Project planning is carried out through the stages of: forming a project facilitator team, identifying the stages of education unit readiness in carrying out the project, determining project dimensions and themes, designing project time allocations, compiling project modules, determining project learning objectives, and developing topics, activity flow, and project assessment. Management of the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile of local wisdom is carried out by initiating project activities, optimizing project implementation, closing a series of project activities, and optimizing partner involvement. The report on the results of the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile of local wisdom is carried out by collecting and processing the results of the assessment, and compiling a project report card.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance, either directly or indirectly, with motivation as an intervening variable. The method in this research is a quantitative approach with a sample of 52 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) based on Structural Equation Model (SEM) version 4.0. The research results show that the work environment and job satisfaction have a direct effect on employee performance at Perumda Aneka Usaha Seger Jombang; Motivation directly has an influence on employee performance at Perumda Aneka Usaha Seger Jombang; and Motivation partially mediates the relationship between Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Perumda Aneka Usaha Seger Jombang.

Abstract

One of the goals of learning mathematics is learning to communicate (mathematical communication). Mathematical communication skills are useful in gaining a better understanding of mathematics and a longer memory of learning mathematics. There are differences in communicating ideas, one of which is caused by differences in personality types. The personality types referred to in this study are extrovert and introvert personality types. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to describe the profile of the extrovert and introvert students’ mathematical communication skills in solving the Three-Variable Linear Equation System question. This research was conducted in MAN 2 Jember and the research subject were all students of class X IPA 1. The data collection method used questionnaires and tests. The instruments used were personality type questionnaires, written test question, oral test question, and assessment rubrics. Based on the result of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that in general extrovert students and introvert students have similiarities and differences in written mathematical communication skills, namely extrovert students and introvert students alike can write down the information known from the questions, the type of methods to be used to solve the question, and use mathematical symbols. The differences is that introvert students can written down the steps for completion and conclusions, but not for extrovert students, this is because extrovert students end a job even though they have not found a solution. In analyzing a job, introvert students tend to take a long time, are more thorough, rushed, and give up easily in completing work. In general, it can be concluded that extrovert and introvert students can explain mathematical models from known information, state the type of methods to be used to solve problems, and used mathematical symbols. The difference is that extrovert students can explain the completion steps but not introvert students, this is because introvert students are hesitant and pessimistic, so they say cannot explain the completion steps even they not tried it.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee performance in terms of internal and external factors as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in improving employee performance in KUA Benjeng District, Gresik Regency using a descriptive qualitative analysis approach. The results of the research are that performance is viewed from internal employee factors, work quality is in accordance with the law or SOP and punctuality is optimal. Then employees have various innovations to make it easier to complete work and employees are able to carry out their work in accordance with their main duties and functions. Performance is reviewed from external factors, employees communicate well with superiors and co-workers, employees implement teamwork and employees implement organizational culture well. Supporters in improving employee performance, the quality of their human resources is very responsible for the tasks that have been assigned, employees have competencies that are in accordance with their main duties and functions and work commitment has been implemented well. The obstacles to improving employee performance are inadequate work facilities, employees do not mix family problems into the office and human resources at KUA do not understand technology.

Abstract

The purpose this research is to find out and analyze the obstacles faced by villages in implementing village financial management based on Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 in Manyar District for the 2023 Fiscal Year, obstacles and solutions for village financial management based on Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 Type of Research In this research, using an approach qualitative, descriptive research type Phenomenology, testing the validity of data using triangulation. The planning, implementation, reporting and accountability processes are in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Finance, only in the administration process there are 3 villages that are not compliant. The results of the analysis obtained as a record of fundamental changes in village financial management by researchers include, financial accounting records using the cash basis method, financial management is required to come from a device, there are changes to the codification structure and there are additional document formats for budgeting, implementation, and realization and accountability reports. everything is covered by the SISKEUDES application. The obstacles experienced by the village government are work motivation, education and training and the conscientiousness factor. The solutions are training, innovation from the Gresik Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service, motivation and monitoring approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace well-being and employee engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) through work motivation at PT Pesonna Optima Jasa Jakarta. Workplace well-being is an essential factor that can enhance employee work motivation, ultimately influencing their extra-role behavior within the organization. Employee engagement also plays a crucial role in boosting work motivation, contributing to the creation of a productive and harmonious work environment. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Pesonna Optima Jasa Jakarta. The results indicate that workplace well-being and employee engagement have a positive and significant impact on work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation is proven to be a significant mediator in the relationship between workplace wellbeing and OCB, as well as employee engagement and OCB. These findings affirm that to enhance OCB, companies must focus on improving employee workplace well-being and engagement by fostering work motivation

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of times that are very rapid and increasingly modern so as to provide a boost to system changes both in terms of transactions, sales and marketing. The rise of virtual commerce or what is often called Online Business has a big influence on trade in the real world, as happened in our KDS in the Fathimatuzzahra ’PP region. Nurul Jadid. Before the online business that entered the KDS pesantren we experienced an increase in sales. However, after the existence of an online business that is increasingly prevalent in boarding schools causing fluctuations in sales at KDS, we are.This research was carried out to find out: (1) the impact that arises with the existence of an online business against fluctuations in sales in the KDS cooperative. (2) Steps of KDS cooperatives We are in maintaining consumer interest.Online business is a business whose trade is connected through the internet network. Sales fluctuations are the rate of dynamic change in the supply or production of producer goods within a certain period of time. Whereas KDS We are a business unit of pesantren which is different in nature from kopresai in general. This research is a type of qualitative research. This study chose a business unit in the Fatimatuzzahro region in the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is tested by triangulation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.         After carrying out the research, the researcher concluded that the impact arising from the proliferation of Online sales was the decrease in KDS income. We were based on the monthly sales report of KDS. We were. and the steps taken to overcome the problem of decreasing income in our KDS are by increasing the promotion strategy, lottery coupons and price discounts.

Abstract

Currently, the Covid-19 pandemics have begun to cause real loss among the public. Many victims who have attacked Indonesian society, began to the sick even to death. It is enough to make the community panic and fear the Covid-19 pandemics. So how can a leader make people calm and take care. The handling done to date is social distancing. However, various forms of public service are still run by government. As a leader with the type of the head of the community that is widely found in the environment, it is still traditional. In other words, his legitimacy of leadership is seen as natural and normal with its organizational implications, such as commanding authority and decision making without having to consult with his subordinates in prioritizing togetherness. Research was conducted to know how the type of paternalistic leadership in the village of Ketapang Kota Probolinggo increased the public service in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemics. With the results of the paternalistic leadership type research affects the level of public servants in the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Di zaman globalisasi sekarang ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi berkembang dengan cepat dan pesat. Komputer adalah piranti yang diciptakan untuk meringankan pekerjaan manusia, saat mendapat kemajuan baik di dalam pembuatan perangkat keras (hardware) maupun perangkat lunak (software). PT.Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) membutuhkan adanya suatu sistem informasi yang menunjang pekeerjaan. Oleh sebab itu penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai Sistem informasi pengendalian persediaan barang yang sampai saat ini masih belum terkomputerisasi. Pada saat ini sistem yang ada pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) masih bersifat konvensional, mulai dari pencatatan pembelian barang, sampai penyimpanan kumpulan data lainnya yang ada hubungannya dengan proses persediaan dan pembelian hingga sampai pembuatan laporan, proses tersebut memicu kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data - data yang diperlukan saat proses berlangsung. Pengimplementasian Bahasa premrograman yang digunakan komputer pada Sistem informasi pengendalian persediaan barang ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman VB (visual basic) yang menyediakan fasilitas untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan sistem informasi. Dengan adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi berdampak pada meningkatnya efisiensi dan efektifitas serta sistem pengadaan yang sekarang lebih kondusif daripada sistem yang sebelumnya.

Abstract

This community service aims to campaign for Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in an effort to prevent stunting of babies and toddlers in Ogolugus Village, Ampibabo District, Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The community service (PKM) carried out is an educational health promotion campaign related to PHBS, namely environmental service, tree planting and plant maintenance, making vertical gardens, and environmental planning competitions to welcome World Food Day. Apart from that, assistance was also provided to the village of Posyandu with the installation of PHBS posters in the village meeting hall. It was concluded that health promotion activities regarding PHBS in Ogolugus Village had been carried out well and according to implementation targets. Activities can be carried out optimally because of the ease of obtaining the necessary tools and materials, as well as the support of the village government and community.
