Abstract

This study develops an Internet of Things (IoT)-based water quality monitoring system using the ESP32 microcontroller integrated with pH and turbidity sensors to overcome the limitations of manual observation. The system is designed to measure water parameters periodically and transmit the data via a Wi-Fi connection to a web-based dashboard. Through this interface, users can observe water conditions remotely without direct presence at the measurement site. The development process includes hardware integration, sensor data processing, and network communication testing. The evaluation results indicate that the sensors achieve an accuracy rate of 92.4% when compared with standard measurement instruments, while the data transmission success rate reaches 98% under various network conditions. The system is also capable of providing early warnings when parameter changes indicate potential water contamination. These results demonstrate that the proposed system can function as an efficient and practical tool for monitoring water quality. In addition, it supports faster decision-making in maintaining environmental water conditions.

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped public sector governance toward data-based decision-making that is measurable, accountable, and outcome-oriented. Data functions as a central foundation in planning, policy formulation, and performance evaluation. Such transformation requires strengthening strategic data literacy as a core competency of public officials in identifying, understanding, utilizing, communicating, and ethically reflecting on data use. This study applies a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design and Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using a hierarchical component model. Strategic Data Literacy is modeled as a third-order construct formed by five formative dimensions, while Public Sector Performance is measured reflectively through indicators of efficiency, effectiveness, and service equity. Empirical results indicate a positive and significant effect of strategic data literacy on public sector performance (β = 0.61; p < 0.001), with an R² value of 0.54. Data utilization and data understanding emerge as dominant dimensions in strengthening organizational analytical capacity. Findings demonstrate that a competency-based operationalization model supports the reconfiguration of public sector performance within a structured data-driven governance framework.

Abstract

The development of an e-catalog system for Office Supplies products at PT Era Cipta Digital aims to utilize digital technology to enhance marketing efficiency and simplify customer access to product information. This e-catalog is designed with features such as fast and effective product search, a user-friendly interface, and comprehensive product information, including specifications, prices, and real-time product availability. The development process begins with user needs analysis to understand customer expectations and requirements, followed by the design of a user-friendly system and the implementation of a digital platform accessible through various devices. In its implementation, the e-catalog is expected to improve product visibility, accelerate transaction processes, and provide a more comfortable and efficient shopping experience for customers. Furthermore, this e-catalog system is also anticipated to support PT Era Cipta Digital’s long-term business goals by improving operational efficiency and expanding market reach, making the company more competitive in the ever-growing office supplies market.

Abstract

This study designed an indoor environmental condition monitoring system based on IoT using the ESP32 microcontroller and DHT11 sensor, specifically tested to handle extreme temperature fluctuations in Indonesia's tropical climate. The system aims to proactively prevent mold growth on walls by providing early detection of condensation risks and dew points. Temperature and humidity data are periodically transmitted via Wi-Fi and stored in the Firebase Realtime Database for long-term trend analysis. Test results showed that the temperature sensor had an average error of 2.1% with a data transmission success rate of 98%. The implementation of this system offers direct benefits to residents by maintaining air quality and respiratory health through a significant reduction in mold frequency. Furthermore, the web dashboard visualization assists users in taking measurable preventive actions, such as more efficient ventilation management, thereby preserving the structural integrity of the building over the long term.

Abstract

Digital transformation plays a central role in reshaping business models and improving company performance in today’s technological era. This study aims to analyze how managerial capabilities support digital transformation, driving changes in business models and organizational performance. Managers with strong leadership skills and strategic decision-making abilities are crucial in helping companies adapt to technological changes. The findings show that entrepreneurial skills have a positive impact on digital business model transformation (DBMT) and company performance, while leadership skills do not directly influence performance. Furthermore, managerial social capital strengthens the relationship between entrepreneurial skills and DBMT. Managerial cognition also plays a role in decision-making related to digitalization, although its impact varies between junior and senior managers. Effective managerial capabilities in managing change and technology are key to ensuring that companies remain competitive and adaptable in an ever-evolving market.
