Abstract

Public areas are public areas in airports. The airport security unit plays a role in maintaining security in this area. Maximum performance is an important aspect in order to meet work targets. In addition, it also provides a sense of security and comfort for airport service users. This research was carried out from August 6, 2023 to March 30, 2024. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method that collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The validity of the data is carried out through triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of the study show that the performance of airport security officers is considered to be well implemented. However, there are several obstacles in the implementation of tasks such as limited communication tools, facilities, and the number of personnel. The solution sought is the use of alternative tools, the implementation of a rotation system, and regular coordination. Therefore, it is important for companies to improve the required work equipment as well as meet the needs of personnel.

Abstract

This research is motivated by MSMEs that are not yet able to implement their capabilities, they will have difficulty competing in selling prices. Not only that, because some MSMEs do not use digital technology, business sales have not used much digital technology, online sales, as a result it is starting to feel difficult to compete with factories that have used technology for their operational and business sales. With the development of technology today, it is hoped that it can help micro business actors, one of which is in using QRIS as a business tool because QRIS allows for faster, easier and more economical business. With QRIS, micro business actors can accept electronic payments from various sources, including digital wallets, and payment applications that can expand the reach of their potential clients. This can contribute to increased marketing and the development of micro businesses. The purpose of this research is to identify the attention of micro business actors using QRIS as a business tool in Koto Rantang Village. Palupuh District, Agam Regency. and to identify the aspects of advocates and barriers to the attention of micro business actors regarding the use of QRIS as a business tool in Koto Rantang Village, Palupuh District. Palupuh, Agam Regency. This type of research is a qualitative field research. Next, the information collection method used is direct question and answer and selection. After that, the method of processing information and analyzing information is tried through 3 levels, namely information collection, information reduction, information presentation and the final step is drawing conclusions. In this research, the number of informants interviewed was 20 people who were focused on micro-business actors in Koto Rantang Village. The results of this research prove that initially, the lack of descriptions of residents in Koto Rantang Village, Palupuh District, Agam Regency regarding the use of QRIS as a business tool was due to limited technological insight. Usually, residents are still using cash or commonly called cash businesses in carrying out micro-businesses in the Village. Abstract

Customer interest in using mudharabah savings has decreased because customers do not understand the concept of sharia in mudharabah savings, it is seen that the service by KSPPS BMT Al-hijrah Bukittinggi is good but customers are still not interested in using mudharabah savings lack of interest in using mudharabah savings due to pick-up serviceemployees are given different service procedures in serving customers and the knowledge provided by KSPPS BMT Al-hijrah Bukitinggi employees is in accordance with the standard operational procedures, but customers are not interested in using mudharabah savings.This study is intended to measure the influence of service and knowledge simultaneously on customer interest in using KSPPS BMT Al-hijrah Bukittinggi mudharabah savings. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The respondents in the study were customers who used mudharabah savings sample of 93 respondents who used data collection techniques by observation, questionnaire distribution, and literature study. The data processing technique used a research instrument test consisting of validity and reliability test, a classical assumption test consisting of (normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test consisting of t test and f test. The results of this study show that partially the service has a value of 0.014 less than 0.05 or (0.014 < 0.05) thus it can be concluded that the service variable has a partial effect on interest, knowledge 0.000 is less than 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) thus it can be concluded that the knowledge variable has a partial effect on interest. Simultaneously service and knowledge have a value of F calculated > F table or 69,680 > 3,947, thus it can be concluded that service and knowledge together significantly affect interest.

Abstract

The background of this study is to analyze the response of small business traders to financing in Islamic banks with a case study of small business traders in Lundar village. Islamic financing is considered an attractive alternative for small business traders because of the profit-sharing and usury-free principles it offers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with an interview method involving 60 small business trader informants. Data were collected through direct interviews with Lundar market traders and analyzed using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of the study show that the majority of small business traders in Lundar village have a positive response to the financing offered by Islamic banks. Most informants are satisfied with Islamic financing products that are considered appropriate to their business capital needs. The positive impact of this financing can be seen from the increase in turnover and business profits as well as the ability of traders to expand their businesses and improve product quality. However, this study also found several challenges faced by traders in accessing Islamic financing, including the administrative process which is considered still long and the amount of financing that sometimes does not meet capital needs. This study suggests that Islamic banks improve their services by providing better education to small business traders regarding Islamic financial products, and continue to innovate in providing flexible financing schemes that suit the needs of traders. Thus, Islamic financing can contribute more significantly to the development of small businesses in Lundar village.

Abstract

Inspection of passenger cabin baggage is an inspection carried out by gate officers to confirm whether or not the luggage carried by passengers is in line with the applicable rules and regulations, this inspection is carried out in terms of weight and size of luggage. If it is not appropriate, a paid baggage sweeping will be applied at a cost borne by the passenger which is then entered and counted into the cargo compartment. With the application of paid baggage sweeping, it can affect passenger perceptions and satisfaction in using Citilink Indonesia airlines, but this is done as a preventive effort in realizing flight security, comfort and safety. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the inspection of passenger cabin baggage carried out by Citilink Indonesia airlines has on passenger satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods with an associative research approach, sampling using non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire method with data analysis techniques, namely validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. The study results show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which shows that there is a significant influence between cabin baggage inspection and passenger satisfaction from Citilink Indonesia airlines, especially at Yogyakarta International Airport where the tcount value is 3.739> ttable 0.201 and a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Passengers who have experienced paid baggage sweeping indicate unsatisfactory results for passengers as indicated by the level of passenger satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 12.9%. This value indicates other factors outside the cabin baggage inspection process that have an impact on passenger satisfaction. Some of the causes vary such as lack of information about paid baggage sweeping information at the boarding gate and passenger understanding of paid baggage sweeping regulations.

Data were obtained through interviews with the owner of UD. Udin Jaya, employees, and customers. The results indicate that UD. Udin Jaya has a focus that allows the company to leverage its strengths and opportunities, thereby generating various strategies to enhance sales at UD. Udin Jaya.

Abstract

One of the main missions in Islam is to perfect human morals. Morals are very important and fundamental, because with morals can be determined the measure of all human actions, good bad, right wrong, halal and haram. Humans without morals will lose their human dignity as the most noble creatures of Allah. In this case, Ibn Miskawaih and Al-Ghazali expressed their opinions regarding the Philosophy of Morals, having the same opinion regarding the investigation of Morals must begin with knowledge of the soul, its strength and even its characteristics. The type of research used is qualitative research which is library research. The primary data sources were obtained from the library books by Ibn Miskawaih "Towards the Perfection of Morals: The First Book of Daras Regarding the Philosophy of Ethics, and Al-Ghazali Ihya Ulumuddin, Menyikawat Rahasia Keajaiban Hati". This study uses a philosophical approach. In data management, the historical continuity method, analytical descriptive method, and data interpretation method were used. This study has produced conclusions. Morals according to Ibn Miskawaih are a condition of the human soul that spontaneously drives him to do an act without thinking and hesitation. While Morals according to Al-Ghazali are traits embedded in the soul from which actions arise easily without requiring prior consideration. The virtues of Morals consist of wisdom, simplicity, courage, and justice. Moral Education according to Ibn Miskawaih is education that is focused on leading humans in a better direction. While Moral Education according to Al-Ghazali is a process of forming an ideal personality.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk melakukan analisis dan kajian sebagai landasan ilmiah bagi penyusunan rancangan Pedoman Valuasi aset koleksi ilmiah berupa Aset Biologis yang meliputi:Tumbuhan, hewan dan Aset Bersejarah yang meliputi : manuscript, artefak serta bahasa dengan tujuan akuntansi, yang memberikan arah, dan menetapkan ruang lingkup dalam penyusunan Pedoman Teknis Valuasi aset koleksi ilmiah Di Lingkungan Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional, lebih lanjut diharapkan dapat terwujudnya penguatan pengelolaan BMN yang akuntabel, produktif, kepatuhan dalam pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan efisien dalam pengawasan dan pengendalian serta terlaksananya administrasi BMN yang andal.Teknik Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penelitian/kajian kepustakaan (library research) untuk mendapatkan konsepsi teori, pendapat atau pemikiran konseptual yang berhubungan dengan objek telaahan penelitian ini, yang dapat berupa peraturan perundang-undangan dan karya ilmiah lainnya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kajian ilmiah secara sistematik dan interdisipliner melalui kajian pustaka, serangkaian kegiatan diskusi, pengkajian melalui media, analisis dan evaluasi, serta penyusunan naskah. Hasil penelitian dalam penyusunan Naskah Akademik tentang Kebijakan Valuasi Aset Koleksi Ilmiah ini, dimaksudkan sebagai referansi, rujukan dan acuan tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik berupa aset koleksi Ilmiah di Lingkungan BRIN, agar dapat dilaksanakan lebih tertib secara adminstratif dalam pengelolaan BMN di maksud. Selanjutnya pengelolaan aset harus dilandasi juga dengan kepatuhan atas kebijakan dan regulasi serta taat azas yang secara lengkap mencakup aspek penting dari pengelolaan BMN, namun tetap memberikan peluang untuk berkreasi, berinovasi dan berkolaborasi guna menemukan pola yang paling sesuai dan tepat dengan kondisi dinamika organisasi saat ini, sehingga peran strategis yang diamanahkan melalui Instruksi Presiden Republik Indonesia, Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 Tentang Pengarusutamaan Pelestarian Keanekaragaman Hayati Dalam Pembangunan Berkelanjutan kepada BRIN dan Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 112/Km.6/2024 Tentang Indikator Kinerja Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara Tahun 2024.salah satunya dalam Pengelolaan Aset Koleksi Ilmiah dari Hasil Riset agar dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik
