Abstract

PT. Horasindo Wisatanusa is a company engaged in tour and travel services. There was a decline in service sales from 2015 to 2019 which was allegedly due to service quality factors and market segmentation that occurred in the company. The quality of service at the company is not good because customers often complain that the company is often late in informing changes to the tour schedule, there are additional costs that are not explained in the tour promotion package, customers often have difficulty contacting the company quickly because they only have one telephone line, and other facilities. promised is often different. The application of market segmentation in the company is not optimal because the company only focuses on customers who come from the city of Medan and has not expanded its market segmentation outside the city of Medan and the company has not collaborated with government agencies, campuses/universities, and hotel companies in recruiting more customers who take advantage of the services tours and travel provided by the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of Service Quality and Market Segmentation on Sales Targets at PT. Horasindo Wisatanusa. The method used in this research is a survey approach, the type of this research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The population in this study were customers who used the company's tour and travel services from June 2020 to December 2020 as many as 80 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling and totaled 80 respondents. The data collection method was carried out using a Likert scale. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.  The results showed that partially and simultaneously Service Quality and Market Segmentation had a positive and significant effect on Sales Targets at PT. Abstract

PT. Nickerson Star Multi Perkasa Medan is engaged in fertilizer and its operational activities include buying and selling of fertilizers. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of asset structure and sales growth on capital structure with profitability as an intervening variable at PT Nickerson Star Multi Perkasa Medan. The population to be the sample of this study is 48 data on fixed assets, total assets, sales, total debt, equity, net profit of PT Nickerson Star Multi Perkasa Medan for the period 2016-2019. This research data collection technique using document analysis of the financial statements of PT Nickerson Star Multi Perkasa Medan for the period 2016-2019. and literature review which is the reference for this study. Path analysis is used to determine the relationship pattern of the variables but cannot be used to confirm or reject the hypothesis. The results showed that the asset structure has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure at PT Nickerson Star Multi Perkasa Medan. Sales growth has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure of PT Nickerson Star Multi Perkasa Medan. Asset structure has a significant negative effect on profitability at PT Nickerson Star Multi Perkasa Medan. Sales growth has a significant negative effect on profitability at PT Nickerson Star Multi Perkasa Medan. Profitability has no effect on the capital structure of PT Nickerson Star Multi Perkasa Medan. Keywords: Asset Structure, Sales Growth, Profitability and Capital Structure.

Abstract

Leadership style is the ability, strength, method, or method that is done by a leader to do something, take a decision, to build a good relationship between leader and employee. Leaders and employees can be integrated to create strategies to achieve company goals. The work environment is the location where tasks are completed, or where employees work in a company. The work environment can include the location, economic conditions, socio-cultural that may affect the company. Employee Turnover is a period when employees decide to quit their place of work or company and employee turnover does not always have a negative impact on the company. Employee turnover occurs when employees who stop working are employees who lack competence and ability to work at the company.The method used in this study is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk. Zainul Arifin Medan, amounting to 500 people with sampling using the Slovin formula were 222 people. Data collection method is done by distributing a list of statements, observations and study documentation. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. The model of data analysis used to answer hypotheses is multiple regression. The research results showed that the leadership style and work environment together had a positive influence on the employee turnover rate of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk. Zainul Arifin Medan. Where the two variables affect the desire to work long-term employees, but in this study the two variables are not the main reason for employees to stop working. Partially, the work environment variable has a more dominant influence on the employee turnover of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk. Abstract

PT. Furnilux Indonesia is a company that runs in the field of services where the goods offered are furniture or more precisely items related to household equipment such as: chairs, tables, wardrobes, decorative cabinets and others. Companies rarely communicate to consumers so consumers rarely know the existence of PT. Furnilux Indonesia and the company are very out of date in communicating its products to consumers. Consumers complained about the product motives that were laughing to consumers not in accordance with what was promised. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing and product communication on purchasing decisions at PT. Furnilux Indonesia.The population in this study are consumers at PT. Furnilux Indonesia, located in Medan, North Sumatra, 125 people began in March 2020 – June        2020. So the sample of this study was 95 respondents. Data collection techniques used are: questionnaire, questionnaire, library research. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that marketing communication partially affected purchasing decisions at PT. Furnilux Indonesia. Partially, the product affects the Purchasing Decision at PT. Furnilux Indonesia. Simultaneously marketing communication and product influence on purchasing decisions at PT. Furnilux Indonesia.

Abstract

In creating a strong and successful company, a supportive work environment is needed and clear promotions are needed so that employees do not stress in carrying out work activities in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and job promotions on Employee Stress at PT. Himawan Putra Medan.The research method used is a quantitative analysis method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The study population was 50 people using saturated sampling techniques where all members of the population were sampled. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.Based on simultaneous analysis of the work environment and job promotions affect the Employee Stress of PT. Himawan Putra Medan. Partially, there is an influence of work environment variables on employee work stress and there is an influence of job promotion on PT. Abstract

Loyal consumers are assets that are meaningful to the company, because in addition to consuming continuously they will also help to market the product to others, and as we know that marketing word of mouth (the word of mouth) is: the most marketing method effective and efficient. High consumer loyalty will certainly require a long time and a good strategy. The factors that will shape loyalty are brand trust and customer satisfaction. This study is to determine the effect of Brand Trust and Consumer Satisfaction on Brand Loyalty at PT. Alfa Scorpii Marelan both partially and simultaneously.This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method. The object of research in this study is the customer of PT. Alfa Scorpii Marelan totaling 150 people. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula which produces a sample of 109 people, the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test.The results showed that partially and simultaneously brand trust and customer satisfaction affected their loyalty. Companies are advised to increase brand loyalty by increasing brand trust by approaching consumers and creating motorcycles with more interesting features and variations. In terms of customer satisfaction, companies are advised to open a suggestion box about customer satisfaction with Yamaha motorcycles. Companies are also advised to increase consumer confidence and safety in riding Yamaha motorbikes, overcome complaints related to Yamaha motorcycles such as durability and product reliability, improve service and establish good relationships with consumers in order to increase customer satisfaction so that Brand Loyalty increases. Keywords: Brand Trust, Consumer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty

Abstract

PT.Haluan Natura, Medan is a company engaged in the tire trade. The phenomenon that occurs in company is that company carry out fiscal reconciliation before tax reporting. However, the company does not do tax planning first, as a result there are costs that should be used as deductible expense instead it must be corrected because it is still included in the undeductible expense category. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods, namely describing the problems that occur by using quantitative data from financial statements. The results showed that the fiscal reconciliation at PT.Haluan Natura, Medan included corrections to donations that were not in accordance with tax regulations, corrections to allowances that were not included in the income tax component of article 21, corrections to depreciation costs on assets used for certain positions, and correction of bank interest income and bank interest tax.  Keywords: Tax Planning, Deductible, Undeductible Expense.

Abstract

The development of the times has brought society to a more modern direction, including in terms of beauty care. Therefore, it is not surprising to meet the community's need for this, more and more skincare clinics are found competing with each other to satisfy their consumers. With this phenomenon, this study was conducted to find out and prove that consumer satisfaction is caused by product quality and skincare prices. The explanatory research method was chosen for this study. The sample was obtained by accidental sampling technique so that there were 80 respondents. These 80 respondents met the criteria because they had visited and used products from one of the skincare clinics in Mojokerto City. This survey was conducted to observe and find out the opinions of consumers about their satisfaction based on product quality and price. This study requires primary data from 80 respondents, therefore the questions/statements in the questionnaire will be compiled. After data from 80 respondents have been collected and all meet the requirements, data tabulation, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test will be carried out using SPSS 26 for windows. It is known that the results of his research prove that product quality can have an effect on consumer satisfaction with significant results. Furthermore, for the price is also the same, can affect customer satisfaction significantly. It was also found that both (product quality and price) can affect consumer satisfaction with significant results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload on work stress and employee performance at PT. Putra Mahalona. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a sample of 68 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling technique. Questionnaire data processing uses the SEM-PLS model which is processed with SmartPLS 4.0 software.The results of this study indicate that workload has an effect on work stress with a t-statistic value greater than 1.66, namely 4.764, workload has an effect on employee performance with a t-statistic value greater than 1.66, namely 1.810, work stress has an effect on performance employees with a t-statistic value greater than 1.66, namely 8.545. Through improving the currently low indicators, companies should be able to better manage employee work stress. This can be achieved by avoiding factors such as heavy workloads which can cause work-related stress which can also impact employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP, Sape District, Bima Regency. The variables in this study are 3 independent variables (X) namely Leadership and Work Motivation while the dependent variable (Y) Employee Performance is measured by using data from a questionnaire (primary) to related parties. The population of this study are all employees who work at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Sape while the sample consisted of 60 people. The analytical technique used is the validity test, the reliability test, the multiple regression analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), the f TEST and the T test with the help of SPSS 24 computer software. The results of the study show that partially the leadership variable (X1) and work motivation variable (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously the two independent variables, namely leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y).
