Abstract

Abstract.This research was conducted at PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Career Development and Competence on the Work Effectiveness of the employees of PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. The population numbered 35 employees while the sample in this study were: 35 employees. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. Data collection techniques are the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The conclusion of the study is that simultaneously Career and Competency Development influences the Work Effectiveness of the employees of PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. Partially, Career Development influences the Work Effectiveness of the employees of PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. Partially, Competence influences the Work Effectiveness of employees of PT Logikreasi Utama Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination seen from Adjusted R Square is: equal to 0.430 means Career Development and Work Competence can explain Employee Work Effectiveness of 43% and the remaining 57% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: Job Placement, Job Training, Job Promotion and so.  Keywords: Career Development, Competence, Work Effectivene

Abstract

Abstract.The company is currently developing rapidly, making the company expand its business in the business world. A company is an agent-organized by management, growth, and development that cannot be separated from economic law and the company's basic principles. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method that is a research method by studying the method used to describe or describe a collection of data or observations that have been made. The results showed that there are an organizational structure and job descriptions that reflect the duties and responsibilities of each employee from each department in the company and encourage employees to comply with existing regulations; there is also a division of functions related to authorization, monitoring, recording, and cash storage includes procedures related to corporate cash and the implementation of monitoring reports on cash receipts and distributions received by the Ministry of Finance. The company applies four credit limit conditions such as Capacity, Collateral, Character, and Conditions, so it is sufficient to make internal control of cash and receivables in PT. Sinar Lestari Utama is quite effective and efficient, intentionally or unintentionally providing effectiveness on the Cash Flow Statement Keywords: Internal Control, Cash, Account Receivable.

Abstract

PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki Medan is a company engaged in production and furniture sales. There are problems with the interest in purchasing furniture to customers which is indicated by furniture sales that are declining every month. Consumer perception in this company always has the view that the products marketed by this furniture company are more expensive compared to other furniture companies. The promotion problem at this company is less attractive to consumers because this company only applies promotions such as price discounts for some types of furniture when at the end and beginning of the year. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in the study was 731 consumers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula of 5% error tolerance in the sample of 259 respondent. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Partially and simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between the consumer perception and promotion variables on purchasing interest at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Indo Global Sumatera Medan. The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the Effect of Incentives and Intellectual Intelligence on the Work Efficiency of Employees at PT Indo Global Sumatera Medan. The population numbered 35 employees while the sample in this study were: 35 employees. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. Data collection techniques are the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneous incentives and intellectual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of the employees of PT Indo Global Sumatera Medan. Partially the incentives have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Efficiency of PT Indo Global Sumatera Medan. Partially  Intellectual Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the Work Efficiency of Employees at PT Indo Global Sumatera Medan. Adjusted R Square is: equal to 0.473 means that the Incentives and Intellectual Intelligence can explain the Work Efficiency of Employees of PT Indo Global Sumatera Medan by 47.3% and the remaining 52.7% (100-47.3) is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as : salary, promotion and so onKeywords: Incentives, Intellectual Intelligence, Employee Work Efficiency.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the company's main keys to developing well and supporting the company's success in achieving its goals. Human resources in question are: company employees. PT. Lancar Abadi Medan is a distributor company of Rice cooker Yong Ma's brand. In their daily activities, the company is faced with the problem of lack of employee discipline which can be seen in employees who are often late for work, neglect their duties and responsibilities, and not thorough in their work. This happens allegedly due to Salary and Performance factors from employees. The salary given is not in accordance with the job and also the position obtained is not according to ability, because it is not an employee's field. In addition, the performance of employees is also not high because the leader is unfair in providing targets to be achieved, and the division of tasks and responsibilities aren't according with the employee's position. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Salary and Performance on the work discipline of employees PT. Lancar Abadi Medan. The analytical method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The population in this study is 30 people who were employees of PT. Lancar Abadi Medan and also as a respondent. The methods of data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation methods, questionnaires distribution, and literature studies. The Variable is measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis model is used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.These results indicate that partially the salary does not significantly influence the work discipline of employees of PT. Lancar Abadi Medan, while Performance has a significant effect on the discipline of the employees of PT. Lancar Abadi Medan. Abstract

Abstract. The method used in this research is a survey approach. Both population and sample in this research are all of PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Medan’s employees; with the total of 32 employees. The methods of collecting data are interview, documentary studies, observation, and questionnaire distribution. The variables are measured with Likert scale. The model of data analysis used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis.The research results show that in terms of partial influence, both communication and organizational climate affect but not significantly to the work discipline. And in terms of stimultant influence, communication and organizational climate affect but not significantly to the work discipline. Abstract

PT. Sinar Fajar Cahaya Abadi Medan is a company engaged in the trading of large machinery and spare parts. One form of decline in employee work productivity in the company can be seen from the decreased number of sales and service activities.The population in this study were all employees at the company, amounting to 30 people. Samples were taken with a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population were used as samples. Thus, the sample in this study amounted to 30 people.The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that salary and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Sinar Fajar Cahaya Abadi Medan. The partial hypothesis test results show that each variable salary and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk KCP Diponegoro Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Product Attributes and Market Segmentation on Deposit Purchase Interest of PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk KCP Diponegoro Medan. The population numbered 126 customers while the sample in this study were: which amounted to 96 customers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The conclusion in the study that simultaneously Product Attributes and Market Segmentation has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Buying Deposits of PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk Diponegoro KCP Medan. Partially Product Attributes have a positive and significant effect on PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk KCP Diponegoro Medan Deposit Interests. Partially Market Segmentation has a positive and significant effect on PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Tbk KCP Diponegoro Medan Deposit Interests. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination seen from the Adjusted R Square value is: equal to 0.574 means that Product Attributes and Market Segmentation can explain Purchase Interest by 57.4% and the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: advertising, service quality, personal selling and so on.  Keywords: Product Attributes, Market Segmentation, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a measurement of consumers or users of company products or services who are very happy with the products or services received. Discounts are discounts given by marketers to consumers as a reward for certain activities of a pleasant purchase for marketers. Sales volume is an achievement that is expressed quantitatively from a physical point of view of a product and is something that indicates the ups and downs of sales which are expressed in terms of units, kilos, tonnes or liters.This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between customer satisfaction and discount variables on sales volume. While partially found that the customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on sales volume. Abstract

Leadership style is : a pattern of behavior of a leader in influencing employees to work in accordance with the directions given. Job Promotion is: an increase in a position to a higher position followed by greater duties and responsibilities, higher authority and higher salary than the previous position. Work motivation is : an encouragement in a person to do a job better.The research method used is quantitative data analysis method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The research population was 39 people using a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled. Variables were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the simultaneous analysis of Leadership Style and Job Promotion  effect the Work Motivation of Employees of PT. Naga Hari Utama Medan. Partially, there is no influence of the leadership style variable on the work motivation of employees of PT. Medan Main Day Dragon.
