Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product innovation, operational management, and promotion strategy on the competitiveness of the UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Ayam Geprek Ken at Universitas Malahayati. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using in-depth interviews, field observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that limited product innovation, unstable raw material supply, suboptimal service, and underdeveloped promotional strategies significantly reduce customer satisfaction and attractiveness. These findings emphasize the importance of continuous product development, efficient operations, and well-structured digital promotion to enhance the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of affordable pricing and service quality on customer loyalty among university students at Anomali Haircut in Bandar Lampung. Students, as consumers, have unique characteristics such as limited financial resources, making price a crucial factor in purchase decision-making, while service quality also plays a vital role in customer satisfaction and attachment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with several informants who are loyal student customers. The findings reveal that competitive and affordable prices, along with friendly, fast, and high-quality service, significantly foster customer trust and emotional attachment to the barbershop services, ultimately strengthening customer loyalty. These findings are expected to offer practical insights for barbershop entrepreneurs in designing pricing strategies and improving service quality, as well as theoretical contributions to the development of service marketing, particularly in understanding the consumer behavior of university students.

Abstract

The method used by researchers is the Quantitative Analysis method. Data collection techniques based on literature study, field studies, and interviews. The analytical tool used in this study is Break Event Point (Break-even Point), Contribution Margin Ratio (comparison of income from sales difference and variable costs represented), Margin Of Safety (safety limit). Analysis Results from the discussion, Calculation of Break Event Point (BEP) before determining Profit at PTPN VII Bekri Unit, Central Lampung in 2016 Palm Oil production reached Break Event Point (BEP) of Rp. 28,515,678,884 or at the time of sale 3,738,501 kg. and for Palm Oil production of Rp. 835,512,136 and at the time of sale 231,711 kg. In 2017 Palm Oil production reached a Break Event Point of Rp. 17,538,148,989 and at the time of sales 2,722,395 kg, and at the production of palm kernel oil Rp. 769,526,689 and at the time of sale 194,096 kg. In 2018 palm oil production will reach Rp. 103,144,553,486 and at the time of the sale of 16,001,461 kg. and for palm kernel oil production of Rp. 1,517,966,631 and at the time of sale 419,542 kg. Can also be known Break Event Point (BEP) after Determination of Profit on Palm Oil Production in 2016 amounting to Rp. 21,573,659,680 or 2,502,746 kg, in 2017 Rp. 18,453,624,090 or 2,090,759 kg, and in 2018 the amount of Rp. 73,391,316,904 or 10,990,240 Kg. Break Event Point (BEP) after Determination of Profit on Palm Oil Production in 2016 amounting to Rp. 827,479,773 or 200,644 kg, in 2017 amounting to Rp. 764,614,817 or 175,816 kg, and in 2018 the amount of Rp. 1,294,093,854 or 305,397 kg.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the influence of incentives on financial performance. This study discusses to study and evaluate the provision of incentives to employee performance, in accordance with the established hypothesis that it is suspected that there is a positive and significant influence between providing incentives to employee performance at PT BTPN Syariah Tbk Cibingbin Kuningan Branch. The method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis with the participation of 30 employees. Less than 100 people. Then there is no need for sample calculations. So the respondents in this study were 30 employees.The results of the study concluded that the hypothesis was proven, The results of the hypothesis testing proved to prove between incentives to employee performance through the results obtained a significant level of 0.0000 <0.05, which means the hypothesis in this study received H1 means incentives intended for companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find a solution to the research gap between green advertising and green purchase intention, by proposing environmental knowledge as a mediating variable. Based on previous studies, green advertising is believed to increase consumer knowledge about environmentally friendly products. In addition, environmental knowledge plays an important role in increasing green purchasing intentions. It shows that green advertising has a direct and indirect influence through the environment knowledge. Therefore this study seeks to build a conceptual model that is expected to contribute to academics and managerial practice. For academics, the conceptual model is expected to be empirically tested through field research. Whereas for green marketing management practices, the conceptual model can be used as a reference in an effort to increase consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the costs and costs obtained by farmers from smallholder rubber farming and smallholder oil palm farming in Pal 16, Pelepat District, Bungo Regency. The results obtained by the daily operational costs in rubber farming is greater when compared to the operational costs of oil palm farming, the cause in the process of collecting rubber latex is done every day using the use of a time spent more labor compared to oil palm farming. Revenues that can be obtained by rubber farmers are between Rp. 21,600,000 / year to 129,600,000 / year, so the income that can be obtained by rubber farmers is between Rp. 19,420,000 / year up to Rp. 127,191,500, - / year. The income of rubber farmers is greater when compared to the income of oil palm farmers. the value of ρ = 0.016 <0.05 and lower value in rubber ushatani> lower in oil palm farming with a difference of 0.0513 or 5%. Thus farmers 'income is 5% higher compared to farmers' income.

Abstract

In capital market activities, investors need accurate information so that investors are not trapped in adverse conditions because investing in the stock exchange is a type of investment with relatively high risk, although it promises a relatively large profit. The information needed is to know what variables that influence the occurrence of fluctuations in stock prices and also to find out how the relationship between these variables. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices in the consumer goods industry sector. This study uses secondary data from third-party publications and the research method used is purposive sampling with an observation period of 2017-2019 with the number of samples obtained by 32 companies per year. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. Test requirements analysis using the normality test. The classic assumption test in this research uses multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis with the t test obtained ROE has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and NPM has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. From the F test obtained ROE, EPS and NPM simultaneously there is a significant influence on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of profitability, solvency, and asset structure on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018. This type of research is quantitative, with a study population of 158 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX and only 61 companies which is used as a research sample because it is in accordance with predetermined criteria. This study uses only one year of research, namely in 2018. Processed company data, viewed through the company's financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and tested using the SPSS program version 16.0. Based on calculated used of SPSS program that profitability has a significant effected on company value. Solvency and asset structure have no significant effected on company value.

Abstract

Given the complexity and plurality of employee conditions in the Pesawaran District Government, the Civil Registry Service employees in carrying out their duties must always improve the quality of morals, morals, faith and of course also be followed by increased professionalism and commitment based on a spirit of service based on honesty and sincerity in public services . In this case, the professionalism assessment related to these problems is seen as a social process and a communication process rather than just a psychological or econometric measurement tool, so that it will answer the question of how important the role of professionalism is to improving service quality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of professionalism on service quality at the Civil Registry Office of Pesawaran District. The results of quantitative analysis show that partially professionalism (X1) has a significant effect on Service Quality (Y) at the Civil Registry Office of Pesawaran District. This conclusion is obtained from the Fcount value obtained at 8.644, greater than the Ftable value of 3.255. While partially it is known that professionalism (X1) has a significant effect on service quality (Y) at the Civil Registry Office of Pesawaran Regency. This is shown from the t value of the professionalism variable (X1) = 2.396 which is greater than the t table value of 2.040.

Abstract

In business activities in this era of globalization, technological developments are needed to expand business networks. The level of competition that is quite tight makes business actors more innovative in carrying out marketing activities for their products and services. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion through social media and word of mouth on consumer decisions in choosing a wedding organizer. This type of research is quantitative data analysis and in this study using descriptive analysis method to collect data in the field by taking samples from a population of 60 respondents to consumers of Art Project Lampung. Test requirements analysis using normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model using multiple regression models, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). And using statistical hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression analysis with t test, it was found that promotion through social media had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to choose a wedding organizer, while word of mouth had a positive and insignificant effect on consumer decisions to choose a wedding organizer. From the F test, it is found that promotion through social media and word of mouth simultaneously has a significant influence on consumer decisions to choose a wedding organizer.
