Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact and effectiveness of the SmartGov application on tax payments at the Ampek Nagari Sub-District Office. The study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Smart PLS statistical analysis. Primary data was collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to taxpayers, tax officials, and relevant parties. The results show that the SmartGov application provides significant perceived benefits and ease of use for users. The application also receives positive acceptance from users. However, there are some independent indicators that do not directly affect information management. This study provides a better understanding of the use of the SmartGov application in tax payments and offers guidance for local governments in adopting information technology to enhance tax services for the community.

Abstract

The world of communication today is increasingly very broad both in terms of reach and effect. Especially with the presence of various media options to be able to accommodate the message you want to spread. One of these media choices is social media. And how social media can be the main tool for disseminating information and messages from political parties to the public, especially their sympathizers. Social media especially Instagram then becomes the main choice of political parties today to be able to build interaction with party sympathizers. The Bulan Bintang Party (PBB), which in the 2019 general election was ranked 14th in total votes, made PBB have to work extra to be able to reach more sympathizers in the 2024 political year. This research was conducted in June 2023. One of the publication activities that is actively carried out is through the dissemination of information on all activities, messages and information from the party to be conveyed to the public through the social media medium Instagram @partaibulanbintang.official. The UN Party Imaging and Public Communication Team said that the official UN Instagram account has become a platform that is the entry point for interaction between the community and the UN through various questions via Direct Message.

Abstract

Globalization and technological advancements often change the patterns of symbolic interaction, especially in the culture of livestock trading through "marosok" in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. The purpose of this research is to understand the symbolic interaction in the culture of livestock trading through "marosok" in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra, to recognize the significance of the culture of buying and selling cattle in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra, and to determine the existence of the culture of livestock trading through "marosok" in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. The theory employed in this research is symbolic interaction theory, which focuses on the relationship between humans and symbolic meanings, as proposed by George Herbert Mead, comprising three key concepts: Self, Mind, and Society. The research methodology employed in this study is qualitative descriptive research with an ethnographic approach. The findings of this research indicate th at the culture of buying and selling livestock through "marosok" is still practiced by the community and remains existent among livestock traders. However, many members of the community are aware of the practice but do not fully understand the symbols associated with "marosok." Technologicaladvancements have facilitated the spread of this cultural practice and have not posed a threat, providing a means for the community to promote livestock. There are numerous positive values associated with this culture, including tranquility and the absence of envy or rivalry among traders. As a result, the culture of buying and selling livestock through "marosok" continues to thrive. The local community is making efforts to preserve this cultural tradition by raising awareness among the local population about the importance of "marosok" and persuading them to support it, even if the scope is limited to the family environment. ABSTRAK Globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi sering mengubah cara pada pola interaksi simbolik khususnya pada kebudayaan jual beli ternak dengan cara marosok , Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui interaksi simbolik kebudayaan jual beli ternak marosok di Payakumbuh Sumatra Barat, mengetahui penting kebudayaan jual beli ternak sapi dan kerbau di Payakumbuh Sumatra Barat, serta ingin mengetahui eksistensi kebudayaan jual beli ternak marosok di Payakumbuh Sumatra Barat. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori interaksi simbolik. Teori interaksi simbolik adalah hubungan manusia dengan makna simbol, menurut George Herbert Mead yang terdiri dari tiga konsep diantaranya Self (diri sendiri), Mind (pikiran), dan Society atau masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripti kualitatif dengan pedekatan etnografi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kebudayaan jual beli dengan cara marosok masih dijalankan oleh masyarakat dan tetap eksis dikalangan pedagang ternak namun kebanyakan dari masyarakat hanya mengetahui tetapi tidak mengerti akan simbol-simbol pada marosok. Perkembangan teknologi membantu menyebarluaskan kebudayaan jual beli ternak marosok tidak menjadi sebuah ancaman dan menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat untuk mempromosikan hewan ternak. Banyak terdapat nilai-nilai positif dalam kebudayaan ini diantaranya ketentraman dan tidak menimbulkan saling dengki ataupun iri terhadap pendagang lain. Sehingga kebudayaan jual beli ternak dengan marosok sampai saat ini masih terus dilaksanakan. Upaya masyarakat dalam melestarikan kebudayaan marosok dengan memberikan kesedaran kepada masyarakat setempat tentang pentingnya kebudayaan jual beli ternak dengan cara marosok serta mepersuasi walaupun cakupannya kecil yaitu lingkungan keluarga. Abstract

This research uses descriptive qualitative methods that aim to explain factually through in-depth data collection. Data collection was conducted through interviews with key informants from Aerostreet as well as a review of relevant literature. The results showed that the co-branding strategy between Aerostreet and Khong Guan has succeeded in creating innovations that attract customers' attention. By combining a popular shoe brand with a well-known food brand, both can leverage each other's advantages to create greater added value. In addition, this co-branding has also succeeded in increasing customer engagement. Through this cooperation, Aerostreet and Khong Guan can attract the attention of different customers and expand their market share.

Abstract

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Berbasis Web untuk Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan dan Pengelolaan Aset di Kamar Jenazah Rumah Sakit Dr. Soedjono merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan aset di kamar jenazah rumah sakit. Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah terbatasnya pengelolaan aset kamar jenazah dan minimnya pengawasan terhadap aset yang ada. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau penggunaan aset kamar jenazah, melakukan peminjaman aset, serta mengelola inventarisasi dan perawatan aset. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode pengembanagn berorientasi objek dengan menggunakan teknologi PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, dan lainnya. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memiliki fitur manajemen pengguna yang memungkinkan administrator untuk mengatur akses pengguna dan mengontrol tindakan yang dapat dilakukan oleh pengguna. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini mencakup aspek teknis dan non-teknis dari sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web. Aspek teknis meliputi perancangan database, antarmuka pengguna, serta implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Sedangkan aspek non-teknis mencakup analisis kebutuhan dan pengguna, pengembangan kebijakan dan prosedur, serta peningkatan kesadaran dan keterampilan pengguna. Ulasan singkat menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web ini dapat memudahkan pengelolaan aset kamar jenazah dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan aset. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat meminimalisir risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan aset karena dilengkapi dengan sistem peminjaman dan pengawasan pengguna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan aset kamar jenazah di rumah sakit. Sistem ini dapat memantau penggunaan aset, memperbaiki efisiensi penggunaan aset, serta meminimalisir risiko kerusakan atau kehilangan aset. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sus yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan nilai sebesar 71 dan dapat dikategorikan baik dan layak untuk dikembangkan Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit dapat mempertimbangkan untuk menerapkan sistem ini sebagai salah satu solusi dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan aset.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the re-planning of the layout of Light Fire Extinguishers (APAR) in plastic sack factories with the aim of increasing effectiveness and efficiency in dealing with fire risks. Availability of proper fire extinguishers and optimal layout is very important in maintaining security and safety in the plastic sack factory environment. This study uses a field survey method to understand the condition of the plastic sack factory and analyze the risk of fire that might occur. Factors such as accessibility, mileage, number and type of fire extinguishers needed, as well as safety regulations and standards are considered in planning a more efficient fire extinguisher layout. The results of this study provide concrete and implementable recommendations regarding re-planning the layout of fire extinguishers at plastic sack factories. This recommendation is expected to assist plastic bag factory managers in increasing the level of security and preparedness in dealing with the risk of fire. It is hoped that the implementation of this fire extinguisher layout re-planning will strengthen the safety system of the plastic sack factory and reduce potential losses due to fire. This research can also be the basis for further research in the field of APAR layout planning in other industries that have similar fire risks. Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan ulang tata letak Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR) pada pabrik karung plastik dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam menghadapi risiko kebakaran. Ketersediaan APAR yang tepat dan tata letak yang optimal sangat penting dalam menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan di lingkungan pabrik karung plastik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei lapangan untuk memahami kondisi pabrik karung plastik dan analisis risiko kebakaran yang mungkin terjadi. Faktor-faktor seperti aksesibilitas, jarak tempuh, jumlah dan jenis APAR yang diperlukan, serta regulasi dan standar keamanan dipertimbangkan dalam merencanakan tata letak APAR yang lebih efisien. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi konkret dan implementatif mengenai perencanaan ulang tata letak APAR pada pabrik karung plastik. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pengelola pabrik karung plastik dalam meningkatkan tingkat keamanan dan kesiapan dalam menghadapi risiko kebakaran. Diharapkan bahwa implementasi perencanaan ulang tata letak APAR ini akan memperkuat sistem keamanan pabrik karung plastik dan mengurangi potensi kerugian akibat kebakaran. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam bidang perencanaan tata letak APAR di industri-industri lain yang memiliki risiko kebakaran serupa. Abstract

Fire is an event that can cause harm to people and property, it can happen anywhere. Fire is a fatal thing if it occurs in the industrial sector because it can disrupt the continuity of operational and production activities, and can cause huge losses to the factory. The aim of this research is to analyze the fire protection system in milk factories in Indonesia. This research was carried out as an observational research type. This research was carried out involving safety officers and safety inspectors. The results of this research show that potential fire risks have been identified in the Milk Factory and an active fire protection system and life-saving facilities have been implemented. The active fire protection system consists of fire alarms, fire detectors, sprinklers, hydrants and APAR. Meanwhile, life-saving facilities include exits, emergency stairs, exit signs, emergency doors, emergency lighting, gathering points. The conclusion of this research is that the milk factory already has a fire protection system and life-saving facilities in accordance with existing standards and regulations. Keywords : Fire, Fire Protection System, Milk Factory ABSTRAK Kebakaran merupakan suatu kejadian yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian pada manusia dan harta benda hal tersebut dapat terjadi dimana saja. Kebakaran merupakan suatu hal yang fatal jika terjadi di sektor industri karena hal tersebut dapat menggangu keberlangsungan kegiatan operasional dan produksi, dapat membuat kerugian yang besar bagi pabrik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa sistem proteksi kebakaran yang ada di Pabrik Susu di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksakaan dengan jenis penelitian observasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan safety officer dan safety inspector.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa telah dilakukan identifikasi potensi resiko kebakaran di Pabrik Susu dan telah dilakukan pemenuhan sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif dan sarana penyelamatan jiwa. Sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif tersebut terdiri dari alarm kebakaran, detektor kebakaran, sprinkler, Hidran dan APAR. Sedangkan untuk sarana penyelamatan jiwa berupa sarana jalan keluar, tangga darurat, tanda petunjuk keluar, pintu darurat, penerangan darurat, titik bekumpul. Kesimpulan dari penelitian tersebut adalah pabrik susu sudah memiliki sistem proteksi kebakaran dan sarana penyelamatan jiwa sesuai dengan standar dan peraturan yang ada.

Abstract

Social life in the era of globalization is increasingly becoming complex and sometimes imposes certain standards and and ultimately causes a lack of self-acceptance within a person. Self-acceptance is the ability of someone to make peace with themselves and accept all their strengths and weaknesses. BTS, a boy group from South Korea with global popularity, is spreading awareness about the importance of self-acceptance for their fans ARMY through an album titled "mono". This study aims to find out the experiences of BTS ARMY and how they construct the meaning of self-acceptance contained in the "mono" album. This study uses qualitative methods with Alfred Schutz's phenomenological theory to analyze the experiences and meanings of ARMY fans. The results of this study show that ARMY fans gain negative self-acceptance experiences and positive self-acceptance experiences from their experiences of self-acceptance in their daily lives. The meaning of self-acceptance in the album "mono" by boy group BTS which was constructed by Manado City ARMY fans is: (1) Appreciating Themselves and (2) To Get Happiness in Life. Kehidupan sosial yang semakin kompleks di era globalisasi terkadang memaksakan standar dan harapan tertentu kepada seseorang dan akhirnya menyebabkan kurangnya rasa penerimaan diri (self acceptance) dalam diri seseorang. Penerimaan diri (self acceptance) merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk berdamai dengan diri sendiri serta menerima segala kelebihan dan kekurangan dirinya. BTS, sebuah boygroup asal Korea Selatan dengan kepopulerannya secara global, turut menyebarkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya self acceptance untuk penggemar mereka ARMY melalui album berjudul “mono”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengalaman penggemar ARMY dan bagaimana penggemar ARMY mengkonstruksi makna self acceptance yang terdapat dalam album “mono”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teori fenomenologi Alfred Schutz untuk menganalisa pengalaman dan pemaknaan penggemar ARMY. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggemar ARMY memperoleh pengalaman penerimaan diri negatif dan pengalaman penerimaan diri positif dari pengalaman mereka terhadap self acceptance dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Makna self acceptance dalam album “mono” karya boygroup BTS yang dikonstruksi penggemar ARMY Kota Manado yaitu: (1) Mengapresiasi Diri Sendiri, dan (2) Mendapatkan Kebahagiaan Dalam Hidup.

Abstract

For accounting students, choosing a career represented the initial step in shaping their desired professional path. In the working world, graduates of accounting face various realities when making their career choices. After successfully completing their undergraduate education in the field of accounting, graduates have an array of career options to consider, one of which is becoming an internal auditor. Identifying competent and talented internal auditors remains a significant challenge. Therefore, it was essential to comprehend the factors that could influence a company's ability to attract potential candidates interested in internal auditor positions. The objective of this research was to investigate the impact of the work environment and salary on accounting students' interest in becoming internal auditors. Convenience sampling was the sampling method employed. The study included a sample of 70 accounting students from UNPAR. The research findings revealed that both the work environment and salary had an influence on accounting students' career choices to become internal auditors.

Abstract

Traffic congestion is a serious issue in densely populated urban areas, affecting mobility and transportation efficiency. Congestion often occurs due to the lack of synchronization between traffic signal timings and a high volume of vehicles. In an effort to address this problem, we applied a compatible graph approach to manage the traffic signal durations at the Andalas Four-Way Intersection. This study utilized traffic data obtained through field observations. Subsequently, we employed compatible graph analysis to model the traffic network and applied the Webster method to calculate traffic signal durations. Compatible traffic flows are two traffic streams that, when operating simultaneously, do not lead to accidents. The research findings showed that the waiting time at the Andalas Four-Way Intersection was 578 seconds, while with the compatible graph approach, it reduced to 114 seconds. The calculation of traffic signal waiting times using the compatible graph approach is more optimal compared to the existing configuration. Keywords ;; ; ; . Abstrak Kemacetan lalu lintas menjadi masalah serius di perkotaan yang padat penduduk sehingga memengaruhi mobilitas dan efisiensi transportasi. Kemacetan sering terjadi karena kurangnya sinkronisasi waktu tunggu lampu lalu lintas dan volume kendaraan yang tinggi. Dalam upaya mengatasi masalah ini, kami menerapkan graf kompatible dalam mengelola durasi lampu lalu lintas di Simpang Empat Andalas. Penelitian ini menggunakan data lalu lintas yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan lapangan. Kemudian, kami menggunakan analisis graf kompatible untuk memodelkan jaringan lalu lintas dan menerapkan metode Webster untuk menghitung durasi lampu lalu lintas. Arus yang kompatible merupakan dua buah arus lalu lintas jika keduanya berjalan bersamaan tidak menimbulkan kecelakaan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh waktu tunggu di Simpang Empat Andalas selama 578 detik sedangkan dengan graf kompatible menghasilkan 114 detik. Perhitungan waktu tunggu lampu lalu lintas menggunakan graf kompatible lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan pengaturan yang sudah diterapkan.
