Abstract

Muhammadiyah University of Science and Technology needs an efficient management information system to manage meeting rooms in its environment. The management of meeting rooms that has not been done has caused schedule clashes, and delays in the process of borrowing and using meeting rooms. Therefore, this study aims to develop a meeting room management information system that can improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing meeting rooms at Muhammadiyah University of Science and Technology. To improve efficiency and order in managing meeting rooms at Muhammadiyah University of Science and Technology. The method used in this study is a literature study to collect information and understand concepts related to meeting room management systems and system development. This study involves data collection, such as observation, interviews, and needs analysis, to understand the problems and needs of users in meeting room management. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the efficiency of meeting room use, reduce the potential for schedule clashes, and strengthen the communication process between users and related parties. In addition, it is also expected to provide real-time information on meeting room usage and historical data that is useful for further decision making. This study includes the development of a meeting room management information system, system implementation, and testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the proposed system. In addition, an evaluation of the system that has been developed is also carried out to measure its success in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in managing meeting rooms at the Muhammadiyah University of Science and Technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kualitas penggunaan sistem E-Arsip Srikandi Kementerian Agama Kota Palembang dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Melibatkan 69 pegawai dari total populasi 84, penelitian ini menilai validitas dan reliabilitas aplikasi melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan hasil valid dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,712). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 67, yang termasuk dalam kategori "OK", mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi Srikandi memiliki kegunaan yang cukup baik meskipun tidak mencapai tingkat optimal. Penelitian ini penting dalam konteks perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat dan penggunaan aplikasi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pemerintah. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan mengenai kepuasan pengguna dan potensi pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas aplikasi Srikandi. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat memandu Pemerintah Kota Palembang dalam memperbaiki dan mengoptimalkan sistem informasi kearsipan mereka, serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai adopsi teknologi informasi dalam sektor pemerintahan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the construction of identity politics in the political campaign of Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election through social media. By using the theory of Primordialism, Constructivism, and Instrumentalism from Pierre Van Den Bergh. This research analyzes how political identity is built and used to attract mass support. Campaigns through social media such as TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube show direct interaction with the public, which allows the formation of identity politics based on religion, ethnicity, and political vision and mission. The results show that social media is an effective campaign tool in building identity politics and bringing candidates closer to voters.

Abstract

Pain after caesarean section surgery is one of the problems that often affects patients. This study aims to describe the level of pain in patients after caesarean section surgery using spinal anesthesia techniques in the ward of the Regional General Hospital, dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected on post-caesarean section patients who met the inclusion criteria during the study period. Pain levels were measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale at intervals of 2 hours and 5 hours after caesarean section surgery. The results of research on 25 patients after caesarean section surgery using spinal anesthesia technique with respondents who experienced pain levels 2 hours after caesarean section surgery were 14 patients (56%) experiencing severe pain. Then, for the pain level 5 hours after caesarean section surgery, 13 patients (52%) experienced mild pain. The conclusion of the study showed that, for 2 hours after caesarean section surgery using spinal anesthesia technique in the ward of the Regional General Hospital, dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga, 14 patients felt severe pain (56%). Meanwhile, the results of research on patient pain levels for 5 hours were 13 patients (52%) experiencing mild pain.

Abstract

Background:First Aid for Accidents (P3K) is an action that can be given to treat victims as soon as possible at the scene before medical personel take over the treatment. First aid for accidents in the home environment is very helpful in minimizing the occurrence of infection in victims. Purpose :The purpose of implementing this community service is to determine the level knowledge of resident regarding first aid for wound dressing accidents. Methode: The Community Service method is by lecture and demonstration methods. There were 30 participants present. The activity was carried out in Ledug Village on Monday, Juli 29 2024 with media used, namely power point, leaflets, and audio vinni. Results : Results of Community service the level of knowledge before education was carried out was 25 participants (83,3%) had low knowledge, 5 participants (16.7%) had high knowledge. Meanwhile, after being given education, 25 participants (83,3%) had high knowledge and 5 participants (16.7%) had low knowledge. The skill level obtained from the pre-test skill results almost all participants did not have the skills as many as 28 participants (93.3%) while after being given a demonstration and audi visual the skill level increased to 15 participants (60%) and 12 participants (40%) had not had an increase. Consclusion: based on the results of the pre-test and post test percentages, the level of knowledge and skills that have been carried out showed an increase in the output of Journal of  Education on First Aid (P3K) balut luka.

Abstract

This study aims to use a quantitative approach to the phenomena that occur in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Meulaboh Employees. The Data Method used in this study is the Non Probability Sampling technique with a Sample of 25 Employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Meulaboh. The data used are Primary data and Secondary data. The data analysis techniques that will be used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS22 Software and Determination Coefficient. The results of this test state that the Influence of Commitment and Work Discipline has an effect on the Performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Meulaboh Employees.

Abstract

Hypertension is a medical condition characterized by an increase in blood pressure above normal limits. It is characterized by a systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg or higher, or a diastolic blood pressure of 90 mmHg or higher. One of the nursing problems in hypertensive patients that requires special treatment is pain. This research aims to provide pain nursing care to Mrs. S with Hypertension in the Sankai Room of Nishihara Keiaien Hospital, Okinawa, Japan. This research uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The case study instrument uses a format for documenting nursing care, observation, interviews and physical examination. The results of the research after the nursing care process was carried out for 3 days showed that complaints of pain decreased, complaints of grimaces decreased. It is hoped that by applying deep breathing techniques, treatment actions can be in accordance with established procedures.

Abstract

In banking companies, it is never separated from fraud cases, this fraud certainly makes the name of the banking company tarnished, causing losses to the company. According to a survey from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in 2022, Indonesia is the country that has the 4th highest number of cases of fraud in Pacific Asia where the cases committed are dominated by acts of corruption, misuse of assets and fraud on financial statements. For this reason, the existence of a Whistleblowing System and Good Corporate Governance is considered to be able to overcome the acts of fraud that occur. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This data collection uses purposive sampling so that 27 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are obtained within a one-year period.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Implementation of Educational Process Standards as a Manifestation of the Vision and Mission of MIS Hikmatul Salridho" which is based on the discrepancy between policies made by the central government and their implementation at the madrasah level. This is caused by several factors, including a lack of resources, be it competent teachers, adequate facilities, or sufficient budget. Teachers at MIS Hikmatul Salridho and the head and deputy head of the madrasah for curriculum serve as information sources for this qualitative research technique. Three methods are employed to gather data: documentation, interviews, and observation. The present study employs data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drafting as data analysis approaches. The research results revealed that (1) The availability of facilities and infrastructure at MIS Hikmatul Salridho was sufficient to accommodate all the existing romber, namely 11 romber. The facilities in each classroom are considered good enough to carry out the learning process. (2) The implementation of the learning process at MIS Hikmatul Salridho consists of planning, implementation and assessment stages. In its implementation, based on observations made, it was not fully implemented according to the RPP and lacking in classroom management, (3) The effectiveness of the learning process can be seen from student participation in learning and participation is not evenly carried out by students. Based on the research results above, the implementation of process standards must be managed well, apart from that, the head of the madrasah together with the Curriculum WKM must always carry out monitoring, and teachers should carry out learning in a structured manner to achieve learning goals.

Abstract

Zakat memiliki potensi untuk membantu banyak orang di Indonesia, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara efektif. Hal ini terjadi karena masih banyak masyarakat yang belum menunaikan zakat melalui organisasi resmi OPZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Ngawi tahun 2021-2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengukuran efisiensi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Peneliti menggunakan metode analisis Allocation to Collection Ratio (ACR) untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas.Hasil efisiensi penghimpunan dan pendistribusian Zakat pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Ngawi tahun 2021 sebesar 95,03%, tahun 2022 sebesar 93,98%, tahun 2023 sebesar 100%. Rata-rata efisiensi penghimpunan dan pendistribusian Zakat pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Ngawi dari tahun 2021-2023 sebesar Rp 97,44% yang artinya berada pada rentang 90-100 dengan kategori sangat efisien. Hasil efektivitas penghimpunan dan pendistribusian Zakat pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Ngawi tahun 2021 sebesar 95,89%, tahun 2022 sebesar 98,36%, tahun 2023 sebesar 98,76%. Rata-rata efektivitas penghimpunan dan pendistribusian Zakat pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Ngawi dari tahun 2021-2023 sebesar Rp 97,67% yang artinya berada pada rentang 90-100 dengan kategori sangat efektif.
