Abstract

Backround: mental health is a stase of emotional, psychological and social health that can be seen in satisfying interpersonal relationships, effective behavior and copinh, posifive self concept and emotional stability. Social isolation is a lonely state experienced by someone because other people express a negative and threatening attitude. Socialization group activity therapy is a therapy that is carried out in grops to improve the patients ability to carry out social interaction and play a role in the social environment. Objective:this case studies to determine nursing care for social isolation patients with a focus socialization group activity therapy session 1: introducing yourself. Methods: data collection methods used descriptive analysis and case studies. Results:after carrying out nursing actions for 3 days and giving socialization group activity therapy session 1, Mr. T was able to defend himself.  Conclusions: giving socialization group activity therapy session 1: introducing yourself is very effective for patients with sosial isolation.

Abstract

Realia is a kind of media that can be used by the teachers to increase students’ skill in writing descriptive text for stimulating the students’ idea. This research is aimed to to increase the students’ writing skill at Papua senior high school. The sample of this research is 20 students of first grade at SMA Negeri 3 Sorong. The researcher uses quantitative method of one group pre-test and post –test as pre-experimental design. To collect the data of applying realia for teaching writing, it is used writing test that divided into pre-test and post test. Those tests are aimed to evaluate the applying of realia for students who learning English in writing skill. The kind of writing test is showed by descriptive text and analysed by using the effectiveness of treatment score that determined by mean score of pre-test and post test. The finding shows that the researcher found students’ difficulties in writing skill from the pre-test result. Their obstacles in writing skill covered organizing the words, vocabulary, and grammar. The researcher applied relia to drill the students how to describe the realia by following the steps of descriptive text. The researcher concluded the result of pre – test and post test have different score. It showed by the pre –test (T1) was 58.75 and post test (T2) 65.62. It means that the students’ writing skill is better when they learn English  by writing an descriptive text using realia.

Abstract

This study aims to show the importance of expressing emotions in a healthy way in life properly and correctly, not to cause regrets and achieve success. Emotions are a normal expression of what happening in life. Being unable to express emotions make a numb, or avoid and give vent to addictive. Being unable to express emotions will be depressed for the rest of their lives and cause violent outbursts. This can be a barrier to success. Negative emotions are a sign that the body needed attention, and demands to be fulfilled. For this reason, a response must be healthy, so that it does cause bitterness, hurt, stress, depression, or even the desire to commit suicide. Self-awareness to always investigate the heart is the first step in detecting mental health. The process of restoring the heart is carried out with repentance, forgiveness, and reconciliation. Healthy mental can be expressed in positive emotions, including; joyful heart, humility, and gratitude. This research was conducted with literacy studies. Research results show that a person’s ability to express emotions healthily will help in finding an inner voice that is synergistic with God’s voice which is the real key to success.

Abstract

Social change has a significant impact on sustainable development from a multidisciplinary perspective. These impacts include social and political aspects. In the social aspect, changes in values, norms and social behavior can affect social relations, interaction patterns, as well as family structure, gender roles, migration patterns, education levels and public health. In the political aspect, changes in political order, political participation and power dynamics can affect public policy, institution building, as well as political stability, transparency, accountability and social justice in the context of development. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the impact of social change is necessary in designing sustainable development policies and strategies, with the aim of achieving political stability, community empowerment, and the achievement of social justice in the process of sustainable development.

Abstract

The cause of the damage and pollution of the Citarum river is the development of factory activities that produce waste from these production activities, if not processed properly it can disrupt the environmental ecosystem and cause natural pollution because the waste contains hazardous and toxic substances. Apart from causing contamination and damage to the river ecosystem, this is certainly endangering human life. Therefore, the West Java government is trying to improve the condition of the Citarum river by holding various Citarum river maintenance programs. Not only focusing on the government, the community must also be involved in repairing the Citarum river. In criminal law enforcement related to environmental issues related towaste water quality standards, emission quality standards, or disturbance quality standardsmost cases are resolved through administrative or civil channels. This law enforcement uses the principle of ultimum remedium which means that criminal law is the final case to resolve a case, or is called the final application. This writing aims to analyze the criminal law arrangements regarding the criminal act of pollution of the Citarum river and law enforcement against the criminal act of environmental pollution in the Citarum river in the form of waste disposal by reviewing Law no. 32 of 2009. This research method uses the method of juridical normative law. The results of this study are industrial waste that is not managed properly will be very detrimental to society, especially if the disposal of this waste is carried out to vital resources for the general public such as the Citarum river so that strict law enforcement is needed to provide a deterrent effect on perpetrators.

Abstract

Besarnya dana yang di terima oleh desa tentunya menjadikan permasalahan bagi desa itu sendiri maupun pemerintah daerah yang bertugas untuk melakukan pendampingan, pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap dana desa. Pengelolaan Dana Desa hingga saat ini merupakan hal yang sangat diperhatikan agar lebih optimal dan dikelola dengan baik sehingga anggaran Dana Desa yang dikeluarkan tepat sasaran dan masyarakat bisa merasakan manfaat dari anggaran Dana tersebut misalnya pembangunan atau infrastruktur desa dan kerja keras pemerintah. Serta menciptakan perubahan yang signifikan terhadap kemajuan dan kesejahteraan di desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transparansi, kompetensi, sistem pengendalian internal dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap akuntabilitas pemeintah desa dalam pengelolaan alokasi dana desa. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah akuntabilitas pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah transparansi, kompetensi, sistem pengendalian internal dan partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Audit Mutu Internal dalam mengawal berjalannya Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 di PT. Anugerah Indo Maritim Sejahtera. Metodepenulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptifkualitatif. Penulisan deskriptif kualitatif adalah penulisan yang mengungkap fakta, kejadian, dan fenomena yang terjadi saat penulisan berlangsung. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah pelaksanaan Audit Mutu Internal di PT Berlian Eka Sakti Tangguh berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan ISO 9001:2015. Dalam pengamatan yang penulis lakukan, terdapat temuanya itu masih kurangnya pemahaman staff dan karyawan tentang ISO 9001:2015 yang menyebabkan pelaksanaan audit tidak berjalan efektif. Dari temuan tersebut penulis memberikan saran untuk dilaksanakannya pelatihan tentang ISO 9001:2015 kepada staff dan karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of production costs and selling costs on profitability at PT. Alpine Food Industry. This research uses quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study are the quarterly financial reports of PT. Alpen Food Industry 2014-2021 period. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with documentation using data from the quarterly financial reports of PT. Alpen Food Industry 2014-2021 period. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Production Costs have a positive and significant effect on Profitability, with the tcount value for the Production Costs variable (5.004) greater than ttable (2.045) and a sig value of 0.007 <0.05. Selling Costs have a positive and significant effect on Profitability, with the tcount value for the Selling Costs variable (6.950) greater than ttable (2.045) and a sig value of 0.005 <0.05. Based on the F test of Production Costs and Selling Costs, they have a simultaneous and significant effect on Profitability, with a Fcount value of (5.406) greater than Ftable (4.18) and a sig value of 0.015 <0.05. The test results for the coefficient of determination show that the R Square value is 0.686. This shows that the independent variables, namely Production Costs and Sales Costs, are able to explain the dependent variable, namely Profitability of 68.6% while the remaining 31.4% is explained by other variables outside the regression model.

Abstract

Aquaponic cultivation is a technique that is very easy to implement in Rungkut Menanggal Village because it has narrow land. Aquaponics is an aquaculture activity that is integrated with hydroponic activities. developing two different commodities, fish and vegetables in a maintenance system in dry areas and limited land availability. Aquaponic technology is a combination of aquaculture technology with hydroponic technology in one system to optimize the function of water and space as a rearing medium. The plants will receive organic fertilizer automatically from the remaining feed and fish waste. The advantage of using aquaponic cultivation is that plant nutrients can be obtained from feces and leftover fish food that settles at the bottom of the pond, so that quality water is produced that meets standards for fish farming. The stability of dissolved oxygen in water will be obtained from a water recirculation system in the form of a shower that results in collisions with pool water. In addition, the production of plants cultivated with the aquaponic system will be better than conventional because of the availability of sufficient water and additional nutrients from fish feces and food scraps.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify product quality improvement and promotion for repeat orders. Nowadays, more and more SkinCare products are emerging from various countries around the world, which is detrimental to the SkinCare industry. Bravo Swalayan Tulungagung is now the most contemporary supermarket in Tulungagung. The population in this study were 1,192 consumers of Garnier brand skincare products at Bravo Supermarket Tulungagung with a sample of 93. This research model uses a formative model. Partial Least Squares (PLS) data analysis technique using two correction models, outer and inner models, derived from Validity Test, Reliability Test. Based on the analysis results, it is possible to determine the unique validity of each indicator. When the reliability of the composition corresponds to a given variable, then the composition is reliable because the loading threshold is greater than 0.70. The coefficient of determination states that product quality and marketing efforts have a significant impact on repeat business, with a 57.3% correlation between the two factors and 42.7% not accounted for in the model.
