Abstract

The Web-Based Stock Provision System Design is a solution to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management in a company or organization. This system is designed to monitor and manage inventory in real time, thus assisting in more accurate and timely decision-making. With this system, companies can improve their inventory management capabilities, reduce errors and loss of goods, and enhance data security. This system was developed using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system development method and utilizes the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system offers features such as item data input, stock monitoring, stock reports, and notifications when stock reaches the minimum limit. Furthermore, this system can assist in managing sales and purchase transactions, thereby improving a company's financial management capabilities. This system is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing company profits. This system can also help reduce operational costs and increase company productivity. Therefore, this system is very useful for companies or organizations seeking to improve their inventory management capabilities.

Abstract

The high mobility of Technical Support employees at PT WiFiku Indonesia creates challenges in attendance and leave processes that are still handled manually, resulting in difficulties in validating attendance locations, delays in data recapitulation, and increased risk of administrative errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based online attendance system that facilitates flexible attendance and leave submission from work locations while supporting centralized monitoring by the Human Resource Development (HRD) department. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, conducted through observation, interviews, and literature review, with system development applying the Extreme Programming method, which includes planning, design, coding, and testing stages. The system utilizes geo-tagging to record attendance location coordinates and the Haversine method to calculate the distance between the attendance location and the designated work-area point as a radius-based validation mechanism, and is equipped with visual proof in the form of selfie photos as well as check-in and check-out features. The results show that the developed system is able to record attendance and leave data in a structured manner, validate attendance according to work placement areas, and accelerate monitoring and data recapitulation processes by HRD. This study concludes that the implementation of a geo-tagging-based online attendance system using the Haversine method improves the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of attendance management for field employees and has the potential to serve as an adaptive attendance solution for companies with onsite work characteristics.

Abstract

Conventional paper-based attendance systems often face challenges such as the risk of data corruption, attendance manipulation (such as leaving attendance on the desk), and a lengthy recapitulation process. This research aims to design and build a web-based student attendance system that integrates Quick Response (QR) Code technology to improve the efficiency and accuracy of attendance data. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with a MySQL framework and database. The system development method used is the Waterfall approach, encompassing the stages of needs analysis, design, coding, and testing. The system's working mechanism involves creating a unique QR Code for each student that can be scanned using the device's camera at school. The scanned data is automatically recorded in a database in real time, which can then be accessed by teachers or administrators in the form of periodic reports. Test results show that this QR Code-based attendance system can minimize data input errors and speed up the attendance recapitulation process by up to 80% compared to manual methods. The implementation of this system provides a practical solution for educational institutions to monitor student discipline more transparently, accurately, and effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the days with the highest number of customers at Spring Clothing Store using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research is motivated by the difficulties faced by the store owner in predicting peak customer days due to the large number of criteria that must be considered in the decision-making process. The existing manual and subjective approach, which relies heavily on intuition, often leads to inaccurate decisions, resulting in suboptimal stock management, reduced customer satisfaction, and potential financial losses. The SAW method is applied to provide a more structured, objective, and accurate approach by ranking alternative days based on predefined criteria. The research methodology includes data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies, followed by system design and implementation using web-based programming with PHP and a MySQL database. The results indicate that the SAW-based DSS effectively assists the store owner in identifying high-traffic customer days, enabling better stock preparation and minimizing the risk of losses. This study contributes to the practical application of multi-criteria decision-making methods in small retail business management and may serve as a reference for similar implementations.

Abstract

This study to analyze the effect of profitability and leverage on tax aggressiveness in Consumer Non-Cyclials companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2024. Tax aggressiveness is measured by the Effective Tax Rate (ETR), while profitability is measured by Return On Equity (ROE) and leverage is measured by Debt to Asset (DAR). This research is quantitative and used annual financial reports as secondary data. The purposive sampling method was used to obtain 131 companies with a sampel of 46 observations. For data analysis, Eviews 12 was used to perform panel data regression analysis. The Random Effect Model (REM) based on the Lagrange Multiplier (LM) test was selected as the best model. The result of the study partially show that profitability has a significant negative effect on tax aggressiveness. Meanwhile, leverage has no effect on Tax Aggressiveness. Simultaneously, profitability and leverage have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. The result, of this study are expected to be used as evaluation material for tax authorities in supervising corporate tax payers with high profitability levels.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Tax Collection Letter (Surat Tagihan Pajak) and Tax Sanctions on Individual Taxpayer Compliance at Pondok Aren Tax Service Office for the period 2019-2023. The increase in the number of registered taxpayers not accompanied by improved compliance quality, demonstrated by the surge in Tax Collection Letter issuance from 605 (2019) to 2,807 (2022) and persistent tax arrears exceeding 400 million rupiah, serves as the background for the urgency of this research. The research method employed is quantitative with a causal associative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The research population consists of all Individual Taxpayers registered at Pondok Aren Tax Service Office totaling 405,809 individuals, with a sample of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and convenience sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The research findings indicate that: (1) Tax Collection Letter and Tax Sanctions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance with an F value of 52.227 > F table 3.09 and a contribution of 50.9%; (2) Tax Collection Letter partially has a positive and significant effect with a t value of 9.056 > t table 1.987 and is the dominant variable; (3) Tax Sanctions partially have a positive and significant effect with a t value of 6.086 > t table 1.987. This research confirms Attribution Theory and Compliance Theory in the Indonesian taxation context, where the combination of collection mechanisms (Tax Collection Letter) and legal consequences (sanctions) creates an effective enforcement system in promoting taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

In the world of education, efficient administrative processes are very important to support the smooth running of teaching and learning activities. One aspect of administration that often requires special attention is recording student attendance. At SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency, recording student attendance is still carried out using attendance agenda books, namely through physical recording which is prone to causing data inaccuracies and takes quite a long time. This condition hampers efficiency in the process of processing student attendance data which should be done more quickly and accurately. This research aims to overcome problems in the student attendance process which is still carried out using the attendance agenda book at SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency. The scope of the research includes the development of a web-based student attendance information system using QR Code as a media for identifying attendance. This system is designed to be accessed by teachers and students, so that the attendance process can be carried out digitally and in real-time. The system development method used is the V-Model. The final results of the research show that the implementation of a QR Code-based attendance information system increases efficiency, reduces the potential for fraud, speeds up data validation, and makes recaps, reports and evaluations of student discipline easier.

Abstract

The procurement process of internal goods at PT Rolupat Kriya Indonesia is still performed manually through WhatsApp, physical logbooks, and spreadsheets, which leads to data inconsistencies, delays in the approval process, and challenges in monitoring stock in real-time. This study aims to design and implement an internal web-based goods procurement information system with multi-level approval features to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes phases of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The data collection methods utilized include observation, interviews, and literature review. The research findings indicate that the system can facilitate digital submissions of goods, provide real-time tracking, implement structured approval workflows, and improve stock monitoring through a low stock alert feature. The implementation of this system significantly reduces manual errors, accelerates the approval process, and enhances coordination between divisions. Therefore, the developed system can be an effective solution to improve the procurement process within the company.

Abstract

The use of digital technology in healthcare communication remains minimal in Indonesia, with over 80% of health facilities not yet optimally connected to digital systems. This study aims to design and implement a Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based chatbot integrated with WhatsApp to enhance patient service efficiency at Klinik Khitan Dr. Sarwoko. The system was built using Node.js (Baileys library) for WhatsApp integration and Python (Flask) as the NLP processing backend, with SQLite as the database and an HTML/JavaScript admin dashboard. The system supports over 35 intent categories using a rule-based keyword matching approach with Sastrawi preprocessing. Black Box Testing on 47 test scenarios across 7 categories achieved 100% success rate. White Box Testing on 5 main modules produced an average cyclomatic complexity of V(G) = 4.0 (Low Risk). A questionnaire survey of 20 respondents yielded an overall satisfaction score of 4.42/5 (Excellent). The chatbot operates 24 hours a day with an average response time of 1.5 seconds, significantly reducing repetitive workload for administrative staff and improving patient service accessibility.

Abstract

The process of accepting new students (PPDB) at SDN Legok 3 has traditionally been manual, using paper forms and a large book for recording. This approach often causes problems, particularly discrepancies between the data on the family cards of parents/guardians and the central data held by the Department of Population Registration and Civil Status. The accumulation of physical files also fills the administrative office and slows down the search for documents. To address these issues, this study has designed a website-based PPDB information system using PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. Data was collected through field observations, interviews with school staff, and literature studies. The system built has features including a school profile page, a self-registration form, a facility to upload documents (birth certificate and family card), and a panel for school operators to verify data. As an added value in its development, the PPDB system is integrated directly with the school's existing digital attendance system. Through this integration, admins can use one central dashboard to manage both student enrolment and attendance data, eliminating the need for dual systems and reducing administrative workload. Pendaftar juga dapat mengunduh bukti pendaftaran secara langsung. On the other hand, the system can automatically generate reports on enrolment data in Excel or PDF format.
