Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk Year 2012 – 2021 either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk in 2012 –2021. The analytical method used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumption Test with Normality Test method, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Regression Test Multiple Linear, Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Test, T Test, and F Test. From the results of this study obtained fluctuating data. Partially Current Ratio (CR) has effect on Return On Assets (ROA), with the results obtained tcount -3,507 > ttable 2.365 with a significant value of 0,010 <0.05. While the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has effect on Return On Assets (ROA), with the results obtained tcount -6,111 > ttable 2.365 with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.05. Simultaneously the variables Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has effect on Return On Assets (ROA), with the results obtained Fcount 22,354 > Ftable 4.74 with a significance of 0,001 < 0.05 and the independent variable consisting of CR and DER contributed 86,5% to ROA, while the remaining 13,5% was influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

In undergraduate level higher education, completing the final assignment is one of the important requirements for students to get a bachelor's degree. The final assignment is a scientific work based on a research activity by students, and can be taken by students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Pamulang University starting in semester 7. The initial stage of completing the final assignment is that students must make a research title according to the topic to be taken. However, due to the absence of a system that monitors the title of the final assignment, it is not uncommon to find a title at the end of the Study Program that is not in accordance with the Study Program's field of research, namely Computer Science. For this reason, a system is needed that can be used by students and Study Programs in the process of submitting and approving the title of the final project. The expected system can also detect the same titles so as to minimize plagiarism. By using a prototype development model, this system has gone through practical tests in the field and evaluations to suit the needs expected by students and study programs. This system is also equipped with a title approval letter in the form of a .pdf file for students whose title submissions are accepted by the Study Program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai frontliner, upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai frontliner dan kendala dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai frontliner di Bank BRI KC Tanjung Priok. Kinerja pegawai sudah cukup baik, namun kualitas pelayanan tidak penah mencapai titik maksimal dikarenakan pelayanan harus terus berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan kebutuhan nasabah akan jasa keuangan, bahkan kesalahan masih terjadi dan dilakukan oleh seluruh pegawai yang disebabkan karena kelalaian dalam bekerja. Peningkatan kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan telah beberapa kali melaksanakan program maupun kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, baik secara daring maupun tatap muka, baik pendidikan wajib maupun sekedar kegiatan untuk melakukan refresh produk dan pelayanan serta diskusi bersama. Masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang dapat mengurangi efektivitas upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai, baik dari segi peserta, waktu dan tempat terutama dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang mewajibkan pegawai untuk tidak melakukan perkumpulan (berkerumun), namun Bank BRI KC Tanjung Priok menyadari hal tersebut, sehingga langkah-langkah perbaikan dan alternatif terus upayakan untuk memaksimalkan pelatihan.

Abstract

This journal discusses the use of Academic Information Systems (AIS) in academic environments to manage various activities, ranging from student data management, class schedules, financial management, to academic performance processing. The article provides a definition and explanation of the main components of AIS and the features that can be integrated into the system. In addition, this journal also discusses the challenges and obstacles that arise in the use of AIS, including cost issues, human resources, technological infrastructure limitations, and system incompatibility issues. In conclusion, the authors review the convenience and benefits that can be obtained from the use of academic information systems.

Abstract

The hospital as a an institution providing health care for the, there are many funds in the data and information flows during the service.The role of management information system giving information accurate and timely needed to ease the decision making process and solve the organizational problems in decision making based computer that allows the planning function, control, and operational can run effectively at the hospital.This scientific approach in writing descriptive method used a qualitative approach.This research result indicates that development and management of the role of information systems manajamen organization based computer capable of igniting the not only fast and accurate but will also be in line with best practice in the structure of effectively and efficiently.Has been a source of information matters to manage hospitals in the modern world.

Abstract

Management Information Systems in business are used to solve or provide solutions to business problems such as production costs, services, or applied business strategies. With this Management Information System, it is hoped that a company or business can anticipate and understand economic opportunities in implementing new information technology. A business or company will also be assisted in ensuring the quality and skills of human resources in utilizing it. In addition, with this Management Information System access to data that has been provided accurately and in real time, company or business owners can develop plans that are more optimal and effective in analyzing the implementation of program policies and identifying needs to support information systems that have been developed.

Abstract

Rukun Warga (RW) 03 is one of the areas in the Cengkareng swamp crocodile neighborhood, West Jakarta, the head of RW 03 is in charge of protecting the community in the RW 03 area and takes action when residents make reports or complaints. At present the reporting procedures in RW 03 are still running manually and have many shortcomings and weaknesses so that it has hampered the organizational performance of RW 03 and has not been able to support the needs desired by the existing community, starting from the process of inputting reports to managing reports that takes up enough time. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based reporting information system needed by the community of RW 03. Design a reporting information system using the Waterfall method as the system development and Unfied Modeling Language (UML) as the modeling tool. The function designed for this system consists of reporting violations in the RW 03 area as well as tracking reports that are input and management of existing reports. From this research that was carried out and it can be concluded that the website application for a public complaint service system can be a solution and improve the quality of services in the area. Of course, this complaint system has its drawbacks. Therefore, to improve the quality of system development, the authors suggest improving the design to make it attractive and developing applications so that they become mobile-based. Abstract

Supervision of the water level in both canals and rivers is a job that is not too hard, but if there is negligence in monitoring the consequences are very detrimental because it involves the safety of the people around it. Not only that, the delivery of information about the water level is also very minimal. So that when the rainfall is high, residents who live around the canal/river don't have enough time to fix things that need to be secured. Uncontrolled water discharge due to extreme rainfall can make a channel overflow due to lack of information, this is due to the absence of a system that functions to provide real time and accurate water level information. One area of technology that is developing is microcontroller technology. The application of microcontroller technology is a Microcontroller-Based Water Level Monitoring Prototype. In designing this tool, using the ESP 6288 microcontroller as a data processor and an Ultrasonic sensor as a height meter. For early notification of a flood disaster, it is necessary to observe intensive and effective water level monitoring, so that the concerns of residents around the canal/river can be dismissed because of accurate information.

Abstract

Masjid At-Taubah dalam salah satu kegiatan dalam pengelolaan data Zakat infaq dan shodaqoh. Penerimaan dana sebagai amanah yang harus di jalankan oleh badan amil zakat infaq dan shodaqoh.Tetapi masih menimbulkan persoalan setiap masyarakat yang ingin membayar zakat infaq dan shodaqoh masih dilakukan secara tunai yang mengharuskan masyarakat datang ke masjid sehingga dapat memakan waktu lama dalam proses pembayaran nya dan dalam pembuatan laporan zakat infaq dan shodaqoh masih dicatat secara manual menggunakan buku dan proses pencatatan nya membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan rentan terjadi kerusakan sehingga kurang efektif sdalam proses pembuatan laporannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan kemudahan terkait proses pembayaran zakat infaq dan shodaqoh dan untuk mempermudah dalam membuat laporan sehingga dapat melihat data keseluruhan transaksi zakat infaq dan shodaqoh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development.Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah metode pengujian Black Box.Berhasil hasil implementasi dan pengujian sistem, dapat dikatakan aplikasi website pengelolaan data zakat infaq dan shodaqoh ini dapat membantu masyarakat dan staf masjid dalam pembayaran dan membuat laporan dengan mudah dan efektif.

Abstract

The design of the mosque news portal application uses the extreme programming method which is used for data collection on mosques and activity news as well as an infaq/sodaqoh donation payment system. This mosque news portal application was made based on the problems encountered in the mosque data collection system in the city of Tangerang, where the mosque data collection system and mosque news were not optimal and there was a lack of transparency of information regarding mosque data collection and news on mosque activities in the city of Tangerang. The purpose of making this application is to make it easier for mosque administrators to collect data on mosques and provide the latest news information to the public through a website. This application is made using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 3 framework, Javascript and MySQL database. The design was designed using HTML and CSS with the Bootstrap 5 framework. The expected result of making this application is that the data that was managed manually can be computerized and can be used by mosque administrators and mosque data collection and activity news quickly, precisely and accurately and can give confidence information.
