Abstract

Unemployment is a problem that is not foreign experienced by developing countries,for example indonesia, which currently has a population of at most fourth in the world. The cause of the occurrence of unemployment caused by population growth is increasing year increased but the amount of field effort is still minimal and in addition also the rate of economic growth is increasing. In the city of Kendari, the relationship between economic growth and the unemployment rate in the year 2017-2019 contrast as that between the unemployment rate has a relation which is negative. Furthermore, to determine the relationship between the education level and the unemployment rate in the City of Kendari in the year 2017-2019 which states that the level of education is not constant against the increase in employment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah, angkatan kerja dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap ketimpangan wilayah di Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan selama tahun 2010-2016. Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan dipilih karena berdasarkan data badan pusat statistik propinsi ini menunjukkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang cukup signifikan  ditahun 2016. Data yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini menggunakan data dari badan pusat statistik Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Index Williamson. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Angkatan Kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan wilayah di sulawesi selatan. Variabel pendapatan asli daerah menunjukkan pengaruh negatif tapi signifikan terhadap terjadinya ketimpangan wilayah di sulawesi selatan, sedangkan variabel indeks pembangunan manusia tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap ketimpangan wilayah di sulawesi selatan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the balance of money supply to the inflation in Indonesia period is 1998-2018. Using the data time series from 1998 to 2018 sourced from Bank Indonesia, the research method used is the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results showed that there was a long-term balance relationship between inflation and the sum of the money supply over the period from 1998 to 2018. Inflation will decline over the next period to correct the short-term balance mistakes over the long term and the money supply has a positive and significant impact on inflation for 1998-2018. The increasing amount of money supply will have an impact on high inflation. Bank Indonesia as a monetary authority can suppress the rate of inflation by controlling the amount of money circulating in the community at any period to maintain the stability of the price of goods and services in the market.

Abstract

One indicator of good government in the success of each institution is the creation of gender equality at every level. This study aims to determine the participation and access of women in haluoleo university institutions. The type of research used is qualitative research. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data is gender-disaggregated data which includes the number of male and female participation, namely: 1) students, 2) lecturers, 3) administrative staff, and 4) structural officers in all faculties and programs within the scope of Haluoleo University. Based on the objectives to be achieved in this study, the method that will be used is the Pathway Gender Analysis Method, which is an analytical method that is comparing and not measuring. The gender analysis method is a method used by planners which aims to make improvements from a situation to a better situation. The analysis technique used is called the Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP).

Abstract

One of the success factors of a region's economic growth can be seen from the quality of human resources and the budget that can be spent by the region itself. In the current era of globalization, these conditions need to be assessed by linking the influence of labor and government spending on economic growth. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Labor and Government Expenditure on Regency/City Economic Growth in Southeast Sulawesi in 2016. The data used are secondary data, the method used in this study is the documentation method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the labor variable has a significance probability value of 0.462> 0.05, which means that the workforce variable does not significantly affect the Regency / City Economic Growth in Southeast Sulawesi. Whereas for government expenditure has a probability value of 0.018<0.05, meaning that there is a significant effect of the variable government spending on Regency/ City Economic Growth in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the socio-economic conditions of the community in the UD rattan business area. Muda by Wantulasi Village, Wakorumba Utara District, Buton utara Regency . The research method used is field research by conducting observation, interviews, and documentation.  This can be seen from the education of the respondents, where out of 23 respondents, 6 respondents or around 26.08% completed their formal education at the high school level, then seen from the health condition it can be categorized as good, which can be seen from the type of treatment of respondents who seek treatment at the health center as many as 15 people. or about 65.21%, then seen in terms of the number of family members, indirectly with the presence of UD. Muda Karya affects the ability of each family to bear the burdens of their respective families due to the existence of UD. Muda Karya affects livelihoods and income in every family. The average number of dependents in the family is 3-4 people, 11 respondents or 47.82%. Then from an economic point of view it is classified as moderate where the average income of respondents of month Rp. 1.844.348

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of monetary policy transmission mechanism in Indonesia through exchange rate channel on period 1990:2-2007:1. This research use time series secondary data take from BI, BPS and IFS from many publications. Analysis technique that used was properties of Vector Auto Regression (VAR) model: Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Variance Decomposition (VD) The result of this research indicated that transmission mechanism of monetary policy through exchange rate channel work effectively with time lag about 16 quarterly. Exchange rates variable in this channel can be experience final target (inflations) about 19.69 % and interest rates differential about 43.36%. The result of this research is useful for Government and Bank of Indonesia to formulate and implementations the monetary policy effectively. This study result also can be used as reference for the researchers that want to hold further research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effect of the development of regional balance and spending funds on economic growth in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The data used are secondary data for the 2004-2014. The data analysis is used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the development of the allocation of balanced funds and regional spending has increased. Balance funds which include general allocation funds and revenue sharing funds. General allocation funds have a significant effect on economic growth, while revenue-sharing funds not significant on economic growth. The other side, the effect of  regional expenditure on economic growth not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the unemployment rate has on the poverty rate in South This study aims to determine how much influence the unemployment rate has on the poverty rate in South Sumatra from 2010 to 2020. The data used in this study is secondary data. The data was obtained from published data from the Statistics Agency (BPS). This study uses quantitative methods. The analytical technique used in this study is a simple regression analysis using Eviews 11. The results show that the unemployment rate variable has a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate in South Sumatra in 2010-2020 as seen from the t count > t table (2.89 > 1.81) with probability 0.0180 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap perubahan struktur ekonomi di Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder hasil publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik Sulawesi Tenggara periode 1994-2008. Struktur ekonomi diproxi dengan produksi sektor industri. Adapun metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan struktur ekonomi. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan koefisien estimasi sebesar 0,518 yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pengeluaran pemerintah akan mendorong pertumbuhan sektor industri di Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.
